Five stars for Ms. Madeleyne, she has an excellent customer service, help us in respect, diligence and with all the information we need to know.So guys, if you have an option to pick an store for anything regarding your car do it in this location.

Great service. I recently had to buy a lot of parts and supplies for repairs on my Honda Accord. Alex at the counter was patient and helpful as we sorted through the options/prices for what I needed (brake pads, spark plugs, oil, power relay, etc) When it comes to any future work/repairs on my car, I'm glad to live so close to this place.

My first time experience in Advance Autoparts was worthwhile with the help and hospitality of Ms. Madeleyne. Once I entered the store Ms. Madeleyne made me feel welcomed. I had to get a battery replacement, so the entire process was fast with the help of Ms. Madeleyne. Overall, I appreciate her support and cordiality in making me feel at ease and welcomed.

I needed a battery and called Advance Auto Parts at Normandy, on the phone Maria was very helpful and nice, she answered all my questions. Once I got there my experience was even better, Jason was also very polite and nice, as well as fully bilingual which is a definite plus for that area. He changed the battery, checked the alternator and did everything that needed to be done fast, and most important with a great attitude and a nice smile! As a costumer, I was treated with consideration a and respect! What else can you ask for? Kudos, keep up the good work!

They didn't have the the specific, necessary, tool to unscrew/unlock my spare tire that's stuck in my trunk that I can't get loosened with my hands alone. Somebody who worked there recommended me to a mechanic that was there inside the store just looking for $. He doesn't even work there, he wanted to charge me $25 for it. I told him I don't have cash I'm broke & he said he was unwilling to help. I was looking for help & got none whatsoever.

Just stopped by to get our battery checked and ultimately changed. However stressful that situation may be, the staff was wonderful in helping us out every step of the way. Highly recommend if it calls for it!

Absolute rude lady shortbdark hair with glasses she s an older lady I tried to be as nice and respectful as possible. I have a light on my car and needed to scan the car to get a diagnostic a single mom with a child . And I asked if there is someone that can help me she said we don t do it and it may not work someone else had to help me from outside and I went back in gave her back the equipment and she s like oh like I told u it doesn t work ! As a manager my self customer service was horrible ! And you don t say like I told you ! You say let me see when we will get one that works or use this instead but call me grossers because I said you should have one that works ! This makes me not want to step foot in this place again . You don t speak like that to a mother when she s just trying to see what s wrong with her cat ! Unacceptable behavior or even to any customer she was on her phone instead of helping me !

Great people, they greeted me at the door and help me get what I needed. Thanks to Jason and the store manager Jc i was able to figure out what was wrong with my car and got it resolved quick. Overall great customer service

I went today to fix a nut on my bike and the General Manager was really helpful. She invited me to check the correct size for the tools I needed. I wait in line less than 5 minutes because she had 2 customers. She finished helping them and at the same time she told her assistant to help me. I fixed my bike fast. By the way they open at 7:30 am, before anybody else. This is a great advantage. Also, be nice to them, remember we are all in the same town. Thanks very much. Keep it that way.

They told me my battery was good even though my car was having a hard time starting. The next day my car was dead and I was stranded, got a jump and took my car to ORielly, where I bought a battery and my car works great.

Great service, fast honest and no nonsense. The way it should always be. Went in to buy a new battery, we were greeted right away as soon as we walked in and were taken care of right away by the manager of the store, Keith ( I hope I have the gentleman's name right) who directed us to the right battery and took care of everything from beginning to end.

Great staff very helpful very clean location. I didn't have to ask for any help they offered was wonderful they helped another lady besides myself. All smiles and happy. Josua filled in for manager who was on vacation and he did a phenomenal job I know him from a previous location. Hope he makes manager one day he's always very helpful! Thank you ~

This people all they want is your money. I went there to buy a new battery. It was thundering and the guy that went out to install the battery accidentally tilted the cart with all tools including the new battery which slammed in the floor really badly. Battery was all scratch up. Since it was thundering, he rushed into the car to install the battery. I didn't want the guy working under those condition so I let him install the battery. I came back few days later to change it and the guy that was there claiming to be the supervisor refused to change the battery since after he tested he claimed to be good. The battery after the car sat for two day wouldn't start (obviously is not ok). He refused to take accountability and claimed he didn't slammed the battery and that it wasn't his fault. Please, scan people a little better when hiring, this is very poor customer service and lame regards for the public (customers) which are the ones keeping the business alive. BTW he is the same person that sold me the battery and claimed its guarantee (the supposed supervisor).Update:Went back the next morning looking for the manager which wasn't there. The lady that took care of me (Madelinne, I believe is her name) took excellent care. She apologized and gracefully ordered the battery since there were none available in the store and even installed in the car. This lady always has exceeded in her customer service when I have visited the store even if it has meant getting out of her way to help. Thank you for your help one more time.

The lady at the counter on Saturday april 2 at 7 pm is very aggressive because i asked her if it was possible to check my car with the computer and she asked me if the light in my car was on and i said that there was a light on but i didnt know if it was what she meant and to come with me to see it and she said no and that she was not checking so then i told her that before a young lady checked for me some other time and she said that that's why she is not working in there any more!...very insolent !...so i had to leave without knowing if what my car had was the battery or spark plugs.....i will never come back to that store again!!!

Great customer service! I went yesterday to get replacement bulbs for my car. Appreciated the advice given, by the manager, I believe, a nice lady (JC). She took her time explaining the benefits of a particular light bulb (Sylvania�H7 SilverStar zXe Halogen Bulb) and shared her own positive experience with the bulbs that she recommended. Even gave me a pair of gloves to help me install those bulbs properly. Overall a great experience and super friendly staff. Thank you!

According to the manager, my car has the key to unlimited energy. Her diagnose on my dead battery is that the alternator is broken even though the battery charges as I drive. Truth is she doesn't want to do the paperwork for the battery warranty.

I use this place almost on a monthly basis. It is my local auto parts store, but yesterday was the last time. Normally, although the service is slow, i would give this store a 3 or 4 star rating, however, after yesterdays experience. one is the maximum i can ever give and most probably i have been to that store for the last time.Elio, really should consider a career that is not in customer service. Not only is he rude, but his obvious lack of knowledge comes across as extreme arrogance.

i come here with my boyfriend because his car battery kept dying on us , so we came to the closest advanced auto parts location to us. We come here wait 30 minutes for someone to finally look at our battery, they test it maybe 2 or 3 times and say its still a good battery. My boyfriend then asked someone else to make sure its a good battery, it was a lady , she checked it once and said it was good, and as my boyfriend wanted to check whether it was or whether it wasn t she just rudely walked away and kept saying oh its a good battery . We carry on with our day and our battery dies AGAIN. We go to another advanced auto parts and immediately have a paper coming out the battery tester and they say we need to replace it. This location on 71st is by far the worst auto part location i have ever been to. Don t waste your time here go to a different location and you ll have all the help you need.

Ordered online for pickup. Upon arrival at the store the manager went outside to install a battery for another customer. Apparently, the manager is only person who can release an online pickup order. We waited 15 minutes and then left without our order... Will try again this weekend or maybe just cancel the orders and go someplace else.

The advanced autoparts in Normandy drive tried my battery twice and it was good i go to the mechanic and the battery is bad so i go to another advanced auto parts and the battery ended up being bad conclusion the 1st place didnt want to replace my battery with guaranty or they just didn't want to work
