They did a good job and took me in to get tires put on like 15 mins before they were closing. I was very grateful. Balanced and left my car clean with no greasy hand prints like other places have done

I was in for a oil change second time , they took quite a while .I got my truck back & the next morning there was oil all over my garage , I took it back in , they said my oil plug was stripped out or both oil pan & plug was stripped out and had two washers on it , I told Billy that you are the only ones I bring my truck to for oil changes , long story short I took my truck to have repairs made that Walmart screwed up , it cost a arm & a leg to have it repaired , I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLES TO WALMART AGAIN & I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM . This has to be the worst managed Auto Care Center.Was there for an oil change and specifically asked to check the tires because the light came on. They said, that s included. And yes, it is included but that doesn t mean they do it.Sure enough. I get the car back and the light still on. They told me it will adjust itself. It did not. Not that night, nor the next day. Or even the day after that when it was no longer 95�.So I go back and told them, no one checked the tires, even though the paperwork said all tires checked. They checked the tires again and sure enough, one tire was noticeably lower than the rest.There were other issues concerning this Auto Care center as incorrect pricing showing on the shelves. And by incorrect, I don t mean a few cents here and there, but incorrect by $10 per unit. Like charging $44 instead of $34 as noted on the shelves.Definitely this location needs a much better management team.

The Automotive Team is Awesome.The whole crew - very friendly - accommodating and knowledgeable. Made for a pleasant experience. The Value is the Absolute BEST around.

Got 4 new Firestone tires. Fast service,waited just over an hour and done!! Go back after 50 miles for retorquing and free rotation and balance for life of tires, every 6000 miles

Only Walmart I'll go to for service. Any other place no matter what the service has been I leave and one or more tires ends up flat!!! They're fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. My last visit Patrick helped me get set up for some tires and even explained to me why I might have issues with ordering on the app. Most people don't care but I was grateful he took the time to explain and show me the problem even though they were short staffed and it was late. This was valuable information that will help me greatly for future purchases with them. Love the staff there and look forward to getting an oil change soon. Please don't blame employees for things that are out of their control because my issues all came from the app and they did their best to accommodate me. Thanks again Patrick!!!!!

I have been to this location several times. The wait is always atrociously long and though I pay for topping off of my fluids, it is never done. On one visit, my oil was drained and never refilled. After politely approaching the attendant and making my concern known, I was ridiculed for not understanding that fresh oil is clear on the dipstick. I insisted that they take a look and then they quickly realized their mistake. This sort of issue should have destroyed my engine had I not caught it early. Even though the problem was eventually rectified, I was not even offered an apology. I understand that mistakes happen in high stress environments, but that is no excuse for not taking responsibility.

Took a very long time. They were short on help. Then only fixed one problem so had to wait on original issue.

Irene was great. She was very helpful and showed actual concern and regret that an oil change took over 2 hours. Gene was awefull! I was told by Gene that there was a 1 hour wait for my pit stop oil change, it actually took 2.25 hours.

I know Walmart Auto care Centers get a bad wrap because it is anything but fast. Though I imagine they wouldn t be so busy if you could beat the price on their tires.I am dealing with a warranty problem with my car and I needed a receipt for an oil change my wife had done in Jacksonville in June of last year while on weekend drill for the Air Guard. I was unable to get a copy of a receipt from them directly as their computers were down. I called the Merritt Island Center and Roger was able to get the paperwork and printed it out for me when I arrived. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you so much in helping a stressful situation a little less stressful.

needed a tire patched. Called ahead and ask what the wait time was, the lady that answered said it was only 20 minutes. I arrived less than 10 minutes later and was told it was a 90 minute wait. The wait is fine, but no need to be off that much. Had the tire to be patched in my trunk. I had to bring it in. ( I'm a middle-aged female) when the service was finally completed ( which I had to ask repeatedly), the worked rolled the tire out under the chain and said "have a nice day" and walked away. So again, I had to carry it back to my car.Customer service is severly lacking!!!Service: Auto tire replacement

We arrived at 8AM. There were no other customers. My goal was to get an oil change and tire rotation. After one hour, my car had not been started. We had been shopping and returned expecting it to be complete. We were told it would be 45 more minutes. After another hour we were upset as we had other appointments and told them to skip the tires.I would not have been upset if I had walked into a busy service station. As I was first and it was very quiet, I feel as if we didn't matter at all.

Have something in my tire, need a patch or replacement. I called to see if they had availability as our Walmart s, in Titusville, compressor is broken. The guy who answered said to come on by. Mind you I live 30 minutes away, hence why I called first. I got there and the person in front of me said she was there 4 hours. When I got to the front of the line he said I m booked until end of day; best bet is to come back tomorrow around 7am . I don t understand why you would tell me to come 30 minutes waste time and gas if you knew you were booked from the start. Very frustrating.

Well I'm still waiting to get tires put on I had to purchase online and have delivered to the store. I made an appointment but it's been 1 1/2 hours and they haven't even pulled the car in for service yet. So why make an appointment? Seems drive ins get priority. I won't make the same mistake twice. Ended up leaving and taking the tires with me.

I ordered two tires online at a good price then had them installed at the Auto Care center. What a money saved and time saver! No haggle or fuss over tires with a salesman. In and out in under 90 minutes!

At 6:30pm I stopped for gas and when I went to start my car it didn't start. My had died and it was super unfortunate timing. While I was waiting for a jump, I called Wal-Mart on Merritt Island. Thank the sweet Lord for Irene. She told her manager our situation and that I'd get there right at their closing. They said that they would help me out! I got there at 7:00pm exactly and I was out by 7:15pm with a new battery. The guy's were friendly and Irene's friendliness made my experience all the better. Really. You don't know when car trouble will pop up, but I do know that I'll continue to go here for all my car services. Especially thankful because I had my young son with me in the middle of the night.Truly grateful!

Scheduler had no idea what was going on between her desk and the shop. Waited an hour to tell me the my nail in my tire was in a non repairable spot. Went two blocks down to a mom and pops shop (rays tire shop), was patched and done in 15 minutes for the same price.

I wanted to be first in line thinking they opened at 7:00 so I got there at 6:40. That was totally my fault as I didn't check to see that they now open at 8:00. I was in desperate need of tires as AAA had put my temporary spare on the night before where I noticed I definitely needed 2 new front tires. My plan was to be first in line, get in and out, and on my way to work in Orlando. Whoops. I was first greeted with "I don't have any Technicians here now, so you're going to have to wait until 9:00". That was followed by (after checking stock physically because we all know whatever total the computer states is wrong) "I have no tires in your size needed". I drive an everybody Nissan....not a Hummer. Not coming back.

Horrible service. I mean, I pay less at walmart, so I don't expect great service, but I think it should be at least decent. I waited about more than an hour just for a flat tire repair. Repairmen were friendlier than their costumer service. The service employee, Kaylee, were so unhappy to be there and help customers. She was giving service like she earns 1 dollar per hour. That was the service quality she was showing. Not answering my questions, making me wait long, getting confused with her job, extremely slow act.... she literally doesn't give a s..t about any customers. And she look like she is working high. I will definitely stop going to that walmart auto care.

Bought a car battery in September 2020 has 3 year warranty turned out to be a bad battery in August 2022 took it in and they gave me a new one for free. Nice surprise I though they prorated for a new one.

Went in to get 4 new tires put on my truck. Was told they had 4 in stock gave my keys over and wondered around the store for an hour picking up a few items. I get called over the pa system to come to the back. Once I'm there im told the tires do not fit my truck, but they can order them .Nope not waiting .Then I'm told they have yo put my old tires back on .So again i wait.They finally bring my key back and not once during the time I waited and wad ignored did anyone say I'm sorry for the mix up.Really tho how can you look up the year and model tell someone you have what they need in stock and still get it wrong.So I'll buy my tires else where. Thank you .

While I'm not the biggest Walmart fan, I have always had a positive experience with the car center. I've used them for oil changes, tune-ups, tires and never had a problem. It's always quick and easy plus you can watch the mechanics while they handle your vehicle to avoid being taken advantage of. Unfortunately we have to worry about crooked mechanics these days.

Walmart automotive has some of the best prices around. It is not a full service repair shop. For example they do not do breaks. But new tires, tire balancing, battery with free install and headlight lens cleaning are all very inexpensive. In some instances you can even get parts elsewhere and bring it in for install.

Treated very well! Cashier was very friendly. She Got us in very quickly and she was very nice. I got better treatment than Jiffy Lube in Melbourne where I previously got all my oil changes.

Called 5 times on Saturday, put me on hold and never answered the phone twice. Told me they were open till 7 PM and would not answer the phone at 620 PM! Had to call the front desk to ask a simple question. Your advertised Auto hours on your Merritt Island store website are NOT the hours your Auto department is open in M Island??

I actively avoid Walmart, but wow this auto department is run but some very kind people. I ve been there twice and each time they were more helpful and honest than any jiffy lube or auto shop I ve ever been to.Also great warranty on their batteries.
