My vehicle broke down right in front of their shop on 520. I asked for assistance in order to remove my vehicle from the travel lanes. Next thing I knew, like 10 guys stopped what they were doing and came out from the shop area to push my truck across several lanes of traffic during the height of the lunch tome traffic. Everyone was so great and treated me like I was part of their family. Many, many thanks to all. I now have a new auto mechanic shop.

I was visiting from NY and had a major brake issue. The people at Triangle took in my Jeep right away and had the issue fixed within a few hours. And they did it for a price that was much better than I expected. They are a fantastic place to do business with and if I was local, I'd be taking all my vehicles there. They are professional, honest, affordable and do GREAT work. I have no idea how I would have gotten my truck home without them.Service: Brakes

Been here twice in a year for brake pads, spark plugs, and a new battery. Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a car shop - these guys rock. Don't waste your time shopping around, this is the best shop on Merritt Island hands down.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Scheduled an appointment to rotate tires and alignment. The day of the appointment, the person that was supposed to work on my car called, informing me he was running late. Once I dropped off the car, the job was done under 2 1/2 hours. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Very professional. I will take all my vehicles to Triangle. The best auto repair shop I have ever done business with............

First time charged me $400 and the vehicle made it as far home depot. Second time, $300 later, it made it to Viera. Had to get it towed back. $700 Later(All charges were Labor only) they fixed NOTHING.I took it down the street and $200 later it was fixed correctly. Only needed a fuel pump and filter.Money down the drain visiting this place. THEY WERE VERY NICE ABOUT RIPPING ME OFF THO.TERRIBLE WORKNOT WORTH $125hr!!!NOT WORTH $25hr!!

Visited there before my appointment. My air conditioning was having a problem and I told them my mechanic in Indiana who had worked for Honda for 26 years suggested they change the compressor relay switch. They ignored my request and checked the Freon said that it was low on Freon. They changed out the Freon charge me $210. I drove off and the air-conditioning was still not working. I went back to the shop and ask them to do what my mechanic in Indiana had told them to do, they did it and the air-conditioning is fine. They gave me a little bit of money back, but not nearly enough. Would not recommend this place to anyone.Service: Air conditioning

They are excellent on service and the most kind people. We were traveling I-95 north and bumped a piece of debri on the road that ripped part off the engine shield leaving part hang and making a terrible noice and also could have caused more damage while driving.Not anyone except them helped us.Just a few places like them are left in Florida.We live almost 2hrs away from them, but I will drive to there shop for a repair, the driving will be worth it.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent experience. They were able to take my car without an appointment, as a first-time customer, and work it in right away. The staff was friendly and professional, the waiting area was clean and had available WiFi. The technician explained that it would likely be at least an hour before they could diagnose the issue, but it took much less time than that. The customer service experience was the best I've experienced in a long time. It's a neighborhood shop, and they treated everyone like a neighbor. I will be back!

You know, sometimes you hear that customer service is dead, or that it's rare to encounter good service or something like that. I am young but I know how important it is to treat people kindly, to be honest, and to respect people. I brought my car here to have it looked at and my experience was incredible. Marcus, Shannon, and everyone that I encountered there were so helpful and explained their findings with my car in a way that I could understand it, despite knowing little about how cars work. I felt like I was bringing my car to my family to fix it. I felt like it was absolutely worth it to bring my car here for service and I would recommend them to anyone!

Summer is here ! I came in to get a diagnostic on my ac , they didn t charge me for Freon in diagnostic , as the Freon they added they also removed. (presumably the charge fee didn t exist because my system wasn t leaking Freon and all was recoverable ) They diagnosed the problem and gave me a honest bid for doing that work. In my circumstance they addressed a completely separate and more important problem with my vehicle the, oil leak. And I was ready to pay for them to find the leaks. They came back after like doing a 10 minute look whereas the two leaks where, because they literally where just focused on the ac and didn t search for a source of oil whilst smelling and seeing the dirty oil stained engine compartment. so they did a great thing for me today and quoted me for worst case scenario and found it wasn t necessary and actually gave me a bill less than quoted for oil leaks. Family lives in Merritt Island - visiting from Maine. Recommended and went for loose fan belt and brake issues. Excellent care! Notified of needing only Maintenance and no emergent issues - not pushy at all and very Professional. We chose to have maintenance care done while there - which we had taken care of. They did excellent maintenance fan belt and brake work. Family was right! Will go again when drive to Florida again. Family continues to use.

2001 Jeep wrangler clutch cylinder lists from $85 - $160By their own admission 1.5 hours labor. Two days later at 3pm I was advised they had started work on it, I picked it up after closing (5pm) the same day.Bill was $770 !!! and while driving it home on the I95, the clutch pedal linkage came off!What more can I say...Service: Transmission

Very happy with Triangle and Ray's. Got new tires and alignment. Sold me only the parts needed unlike another nearby shop that wanted to rebuild the entire front end. Will be using them for all my service.

Took our 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 to the 520 location for a failed water pump. Extremely pleased with the service and cost. Everything was explained in detail and we re confident ours sons truck is safe to drive. Would recommend Triangle to anyone looking for quality auto service and reasonable prices.

We were stranded while visiting the area. They took our car in even though they were busy. The staff was friendly and helpful with rides. They assessed the problem and kept us informed while parts were ordered and work completed. The charges were reasonable for the work done and they got us back on the road as promised. Would definitely go back to Triangle if needed and no problem recommending them to others. Thanks Triangle!!

I have lived in this area for a long time and Triangle Auto has always been around! They are the best. I am finally taking the time to write the review they deserve. Years ago when I did not have much money the owner was very kind and helped me out. Now years later we just took our car to them and they saved us $300 over what was quoted by Tire Kingdom and Honda. This is the place to take your car. They are honest and good old fashioned customer service. I can not thank them enough for being one of the best businesses in Merritt Island......thank you!

Marcus, and the entire team at Triangle Auto, have done it again. Thank you team for saving the day again!Life is crazy at our house with toddlers and babies and teenagers and dogs and bearded dragons and things slip through the cracks Like getting the car battery replaced this weekend. Marcus and the awesome crew at Triangle Auto have again displayed incredible flexibility, professionalism, skill and integrity today as they have done so many times in the past for me and my family with respect to our auto repair needs.This time, however, I had to come on to write a review to let all of you know that you should not just change over from whichever mechanic/auto repair company you have used in the past, but you should do so with the insider information I am giving you right now that these guys are honest, hardworking and skilled and you can trust this team.I owe you big time Triangle Auto and this little review is the least I can do. Midas merritt island said I needed a new alternator and new battery, I came to Triangle for a second opinion, and they said all I needed was a new battery and the alternator was testing good... Takota, was soooo honest and so helpful, so fair, so accommodating, they do only carry top of the line batteries, interstate, so it was a little pricey for my lexus but I still chose to have them replace my battery instead of going to Walmart because I always want to support a fair and honest business. They all were so amazing, and as a single woman whom just lost my daddy its scary going to the mechanic so I can't explain how much I appreciate their honesty and hard work. I even made them go 10 minutes into their lunch break and they still had me in and out within literally 20 min! Thank u guys sooo much for all you do!!! -Amber HabibService: Battery

Excellent service and very considerate. I showed up at lunch time yet they jumped right on my problem. My engine light had come on. The gentleman told me what the problem was and reset the computer. The light has not come back on but if it does I'll most definitely take it back to them

I had a radiator hose blow out at the TJ Max parking lot. The owner of Triangle answered the phone when I called. He had a tow truck dispatched, literally while we were on phone. He had his guy look at the truck quickly. We needed to order a part. They kept the truck over night and had an employee drive us home. How often do you hear stories like that from a mechanic?

After my Kia got stuck in park when the gear shift broke, I took my car to the Kia dealership to get it fixed. I was quoted over $500 for the repair. I was shocked, as it seemed to be something simple to fix. I was driving by Triangle Auto at the corner of 520 and Courtenay, jotted their number down and gave them a call. They set an appointment, called me with a quote and $28 later (including labor) my car was fixed. Not only did they save me money, lots of money, but Shannon and the team were more than respectful, accountable, and authentic. THANK YOU ALL!

The mechanics there are ok but they are very expensive, the service manager , Nelson , is very rude has no customer service what so ever treats everyone like trash . He was rude to me and also tried to tell me to charge me cash on the side to do my repairs, but without a recipt. VERY SHADY! DON'T GO THERE, TRUST ME!!
