Matthew at the front desk is so chilled and easy going. He did not beat around the bush. Tyler was super willing to help me with my concern that even said hey you want to show me what your hearing and we hopped in my car and I drove around and immediately he heard what I was hearing. He put my car on the lift and made his recommendations. He s definitely going to be my guy when it comes to brakes, wheels, or even shocks. They gave me peace of mind as I have to drive to Orlando. Hopefully the recommendation doesn t come out overpriced. I will wait and see when they call me. UPDATE: never received a call back for any of the work needed on my vehicle:(.

We are regular customers.They always do an excellent job on our vehicles.Done right the first time!The prices are reasonable and excellent services.When you have car problems this is the place the locals go.I highly recommend this place .

The team at Tires plus accepted my car after I ran over a bolt which punctured my aluminum rim. I had to wait over the weekend 4 days to have rim shipped to me. They kept my car in the garage while we waited and the team from the front desk to the installers were very professional and helpful.Great job and appreciate all your help and support during our unfortunate road hazard event.Highly recommend Merritt Island Tires Plus for all your tires needs and get the road hazard insurance totally worth it!

Brought my car in to replace a flat tire this morning - the staff were very friendly and comprehensive. They were polite and all seemed very knowledgeable and well-informed. I would recommend this location to anyone considering auto care business in the area.

My wife and I have been going to Tires Plus for years. They always have very reliable services and they do excellent work at reasonable prices.I highly recommend Tires Plus for all your vehicle needs.

Went there with a 29.99 coupon. It costed me 60 by the time fees where added. When I got back in my truck all my change was gone and there was a Grease spot on my seat. When I complained the threatened to call the cops even thou I was just asking about the stain on my seat. Would never go back.

VERY much overpriced for brake services compared to others in the area. They also tried to nickel and dime for EVERYTHING, further increasing the cost, and recommended things I knew for a fact were not needed. Recommend going elsewhere unless you re in an extreme bind. Staff was friendly.

This place sucks don't go here unless you like getting screwed. Don't agree to any work other than what you came in for because they can't make money if you do that don't agree to anything over the phone because that's how they get you 880 dollars later and my back breaks got changed and I was only here for an oil change and tire rotation scam artists if they put anything on your vehicle you have to pay they won't take parts off that's their scam even if you're still in their lot once its on the vehicle you have to pay they suck take the time do your own breaks do your own oil change worst experience will not be coming back.

The staff are helpful and relay necessary information and ask before doing work on other issues noted.Was told it would take 15min., but was closer to an hour. Otherwise, very satisfied and will continue to use their services

I looked all over town for 20in tires. I got quotes from about 10 other places who didn t have any in stock didn t have appointments and wanted $600 for two tires. Tires Plus saved me today!! They had them in stock AND charged me $498!

This place is super shady. My work van needed an immediate tire/sensor repair after a bad blow out. My dash display was flashing CHECK TIRE PRESSURE after the blow out and my company paid Tires Plus (Merritt Island) almost $700 for the tire and sensor repair that they stated was needed to get me back on the road.NOT THE CASE AT ALL!!When I picked up the van I was told that the dash display would reset after a few miles and it did! Three times!! Now it just flashes CHECK TIRE PRESSURE. I called to set up a time for them to repair thinking clearly the job was not done and was told by a manager that they are not responsible to fix the display and wouldn't have the ability to fix if they wanted to. STAY AWAY!!

I have been a Tire Plus customer for over 10 years and 4 cars. I loved their service and was never disappointed. However, a few months ago, I asked if they could price match Walmart's Synthetic Oil change price. I was told they could and would, so I had my vehicle serviced. I came back last month asking them to price a match again, and they told me I've never had Synthetic Oil used, only semi-synthetic. So Tire Plus deliberately made me think they were price matching, giving me Synthetic Oil. The rep who disclosed the info had previously agreed to a price match but gave me something else. The issue is not whether they could price match; you told me you gave me one product, and you did not. My vehicle was driven miles according to having a Synthetic oil change, not semi-synthetic. I am very disappointed and now view them as an unreliable place for vehicle maintenance. They lied to get a sale. I should have looked at the bill, but I regrettably assumed you did what you had done the last 10 years, giving trustworthy service.Disgruntled CustomerService: Oil change

I ve been going there for years and really enjoy the service at the Merritt Island location. This time I needed to have a tire replaced. When I called to set up the appointment and the next day when I went in I was assisted by Mark and he was awesome! Every time I deal with him he s incredibly friendly, helpful, and explains everything to me very thoroughly. Excellent service every time. Thank you again Mark.Service: Tires

2 stars because they are friendly. My daughter had a double blow out and we had the vehicle towed here. We had two new tires put on. They put both tires on the passenger side. This is not the correct way to put two new tires on a vehicle. The tech was lazy and didn t want to move one of the other tires. When replacing two tires the new ones go on the rear axle. Then when I picked it up the employee told me it s pulling to the right. I didn t notice the tires mounted incorrectly until I got home so that s my fault. But what irritates me most is the employee told me I should bring it back for an alignment. It s pulling because miss matched tires on the front. Needless to say I won t bring the vehicle back or recommend them.

We were on vacation and had trouble with our rental vehicle. Richard and Dallas were amazing! Not only did they stay open past closing to be able to help us, they also communicated with our rental car company so we didn't have go. They worked quickly to get our family back on the road to enjoy our vacation! Can't say how much it meant that Richard and Dallas went above and beyond to help our family on our trip!Service: Tires

The employee I had, Richard Mendez, was fantastic. He took care of my car quickly right before closing so I'd be able to pick my kids up from school and make it to work on time the next day. He's a life saver!

The person on the phone was very nice. The same guy was at the counter when I got there. He was very very professional and nice. He greeted everyone when they entered and told them how soon he would get to them. The store was a normal shop style, a little run down. There was no soap in the bathroom which was unfortunate. The car was ready a few minutes before the promise. Overall excellent experience and good tires for a great price. I will buy from them for now on

Tire shop put new tires without checking anything, didn t share policy info and said sign, then call saying suspension messed up and quote me $1500 to fix, yet they have new tires on my truck! Tell me I have to pay $200 for mount and what not, store manager isn t her and won t even talk to us!! Do it use this shop, they are crocks!!! Customer Beware!!!!!

I just want to give a huge thank you to Mark today. I came out to a flat tire on my rental car at 5pm and while waiting for AAA to come inflate it began calling around to see who could patch the tire, since most places were closed or closing soon. I called Tires and Mark reassured me that he would help knowing I was waiting on AAA and needed to go back to Orlando today. AAA arrived at 545pm. I called Mark and let him know I was on my way at 6pm, & made it to Tires in ten minutes. Unfortunately the tire was not repairable due to where the damage was done. But I was driving away at 7pm with a new tire for an unbeatable price. Less than 2 hours to fix a bad tire on vacation thanks to AAA and Mark, who showed he truly cared. I still think the gentleman helping him singing Avril Lavigne while changing my tire needs a raise as well. Highly recommend this place, as they actually care

Tires Plus is nice and clean even in the back & work spaces. Employees are friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful.A rude disruptive client came in, yelling & threatening to call the police!None of the employees dealing with her, raised their voices or said anything abusive or wrong back. I was impressed by how well they handled the situation!They fixed my tire repair in record time, & for a great price.If you're going East on 520, it's easier to turn a street earlier, (Grove I think), and come in from the back on Parnell. Otherwise you can go to Courtney and make a U-turn.They'll do a great job, if your vehicle needs any kind of repair!

My experience at Tire Kingdom in Merritt Island was 5 star!! The team up front (Lou and Haley) were professional and friendly from the get go! I ran in close to closing with a screw in my tire (AAA took off car) and although short handed they were ready to help. My time was short so they kept my tire and i returned tonight to pick it up and they installed it back on my car. Kudos to the guys outside in this horrible heat!! Thank you to all of you! WOW ! WORST DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE I EVER HAD.. THE MANGER SOULD FIND A NEW JOB . For the words I want to say about him would be to Very harsh on here. Sean was his name and is very RUDE telling a customer that he is going to Trospass me .what an %�_@^�>@^@<Never again and I will tell everyone in my area about this experience. Just because I was upset when I came in from a bad day. Instead of tell me it's going to be fine sir we will help you as much as possible.NEVER AGAIN
