Had a spectacular experience here. My tire was in need. They were outstanding in their service it was super clean. They were really fast and exceptionally thorough. I cannot recommend them enough.Steven was wonderful to deal with and a really big help. He gave me a lot of information about my car and what it may need and more importantly he told me lots of things that it didn t need that I thought it did.

Amazing service. I got a screw lodged in my front driver-side tire and needed a quick patch before I went into work. Haley was able to get me scheduled and I was back on the road within 30 minutes.I highly recommend everyone to get their tire needs serviced here

Cache and the manager Steven at this store are awesome! Not only did they get me serviced in under an hour, but they also were able to help me get enrolled in the tire hazard program that will take a significant amount of money off any future tire replacement due to nails and screws or whatever I might run over on the road. Out here in Florida. There is a lot of that and I ve had to replace a tire once a year because of it. Thank you guys for always being a company that I can rely on.

Wow. What can i say. Haley bailed me out today. I had a slow puncture on my rental car and didn t want to risk it. Haley at once got to work had one of the professionals look and repaired my tyre for me! This could of cost hundreds. But it didn t! That service cannot my faulted!! Thank you jon ! You saves my holiday guys.

My first experience at the tire kingdom in Merritt Island was so spirit lifting my family was blessed with They're kind service and great employees. I highly recommend truly made my day after a long week!! Excellent place all around.

I came in and the manager was very helpful in finding the most affordable set of tires for my civic. I'm struggling to make ends meat, prices are at an all time high. Times are tough, but this Tire kingdom is one of the good ones!

Came by with my kids after a cruise went across the street to get a tire quote they said 2 hours i went to tire kingdom and cache helped me immediately! Took care of me super quick was pleasant to deal with his team got me back on the road ! Kids are happy wife is happy will be back !I appreciate it ! Will see you for my next flat if it comes down to it again

Went to tire kingdom at 9:00am, was told about 45 minutes, I am happy to say it was no even half hour. And was treated very good. Cash and Haley was so pleasant, and for me that's awesome. Thank you everyone at Tire Kingdom on Merritt Island

Went in for a repair on a tire and left with a total appreciation of what good customer service is all about. Cache was super friendly and took us right in. Haley checked us out and was very friendly and helpful! Both had great customer service skills. We had come to this particular store because 3 years ago we came here and had great service. I m glad to see they have not changed!

I had a very low tire and I stopped in to see if it could be repaired. Cache was my tire advisor and he was very professional, letting me know what the issue was and how long I d wait. I was lucky he had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Cache for taking care of my tire!! I ll be back again!

I Had a perfect 5 Star experience with Haley (Store Mgr) at The Merritt Is store location. When I stopped in with a Nail recently discovered in My front tire, (stressing over getting ready for a long distance Vacation planned) I thought I d probably need a New tire however she (in a timely manner) had Her Service tech find the nail, remove, and patch it in just a few minutes and Saved Me $$$$! Fantastic Experience and She Totally won Me over for Future repairs!

I had a tire leaking down on a rental car and found a nail in it. I called Tire Kingdom and was told to bring it in and they would get on it quickly. They repaired that tire and also inspected the other 3 tires. They found a nail in a second tire, called me for approval and made that repair as well. Kudos to the Tire Kingdom team on Meritt Island for taking the time to ensure I didn t have an issue with another tire. They saved me the trouble of having to come back for the second repair. They have a very customer oriented and professional team.

I've always had good service here. Today I bought 4 tires and an oil change, and was given some online promotions that I didn't know about, so that was lovely! I needed a battery late on a Saturday afternoon a couple of years ago, and they happily helped me on that day also. I've only had positive experiences here so far!

The staff here is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about any issue with your vehicle. Steve and his crew perform excellent service and work with you to resolve whatever problem you are experiencing. I would recommend them to anyone on Merritt Island or surrounding area to use them for your service, you will be glad you did! Thanks you guys

I dropped my car off for a tire flat repair and my car was finished in less than a half hour. They were also very helpful when my car needed 4 new tires. The ones they recommend have great driving in heavy rain. Thank you.

Had a misfire on the # 6 cylinder on my way from North Carolina to Cape Canaveral on my way to get on a cruise ship. Parked my car and went on the cruise. Got back on Sunday and had to find a car shop open, knowing nothing happens on a Sunday. Went to several places and nobody could do a diagnostic until Mon or Tue. Stopped at Auto Zone and they ran diagnostics but I still couldn t find a mechanic. Auto Zone called Tire Kingdom for me and Tire Kingdom's representative was very helpful and friendly and told me to come on in. It was 10AM Sunday morning. While at Tire Kingdom, they recommended the repair needed. They couldn t locate the parts. I let them know I really needed to get home and they called another store and navigated getting the part in Titusville and at 11:30 a Tire Kingdom staff member drove to Titusville (20 Min away) to get the part and I was on the road at 12:30 on my way home. They went above and beyond. Car ran great all the way home, no issues. Great, great experience. Good work and really nice people. 5 plus *

Went in to get a new battery took over an hour and when they were finish nothing electrical worked in my car and the check engine light was on. I asked them to fix the problem they caused they said I would have to pay for a diagnostic test over $150 for their mistake. I don't think so. I'm going to go to the dealer and have them fix it and I guess take tire kingdom to court. Dont go to them they obviously don't know what they're doing. They were extremely rude about how they screwed up my car. The car has only 21k on it so it's not like the engine is bad they just don't have a clue what they are doing

Had a horrible experience attempting to get a tire alignment today. I was polite and patient but the guy who runs the shop is a pale face skin head. I had to get my keys back before they started working on it thankfully. Nothing but bad vibes from staff while that pale face skin head was standing with other employees whispering and looking at me. Just standing around and the tire alignment bay was completely open. Bad service needs to stop over racism. If you're a minority I wouldn't go there. If don't believe this. Go walk inside you'll see him immediately. I don't want to hear your lies or excuses.

This is the second time we have come for tire issues and everyone is super helpful. Fixed issues with minimal wait and highly recommend this store. I even sent my Dad when he had an issue.

Haley and her crew were very helpful. They had my flat properly repaired, pumped up and remounted my spare and had me ready to go in a short time. I'm from out of state and I really appreciated the great service.

This hands down is the best tire kingdom in the area! I repeatedly have the best experience here. I can not say enough good things about the entire staff and the manager. The front desk girl is so positive and easy to chat with! The manager constantly makes sure you are comfortable and taken care of during your visit. It's extremely nice they have a 'luxury car specialist' on staff to handle all my cars wonky needs. I thought I would forever have to go strictly to the dealership to have my car serviced but they are able to take care of it all. Way cheaper and WAY better service. I highly recommend this store. As a female i feel confident bringing my vehicle here, i know i won't get overcharged or upsold on things i don't need.

I ve read reviews and I see there are a lot of positive ones so I m not sure what happened during my visit.I went in to get two new front tires because the ones I purchased a year and a half ago wear completely bald within 30,000 miles of use. I dropped it off with Haley and was told they would check the alignment as well and probably would be about 45min to complete.I waited to hear back about the price of tires because I was in need of a rebate since my tires had a warranty. No one called so I contacted the manufacturer and found out I had a 50,000 mile warranty and should receive 40% off the tires. I call Haley backexplaining I called the manufacturer and have a claim number to give her. I gave her the number to call to confirm my discount. She claimed to be writing this info down and would call me back with the price. Then she tells me my left axle is leaking and my right axle is starting to leak. I ask what kind of fluid is leaking. After some time asking the mechanic she returned and said it s axle grease leaking and it would be roughly $850 to replace both. I tell her I ll take it to my mechanic and just want the tires done.I then wait two more hours for a call, so I call Haley back. She says I was just about to call you , and tells me the car is done. I have no idea why no one called to tell me the price of the tires prior to doing the job and why I got no call to pick up my car.I head back to the shop to see what s going on. I get there and Haley has to still determine how much the tires would be. For some reason no calculation or calls to the manufacture were made in that 3 hour time. She tells me my tires have a 40,000 mile warranty so she can do 20%. I explained that s wrong. I asked if she called the number I gave her. She looked super nervous cuz she was caught in a lie and admitted she didn t call. I asked 2 times how she came up with the info that I have a 40,000 mile warranty and she wouldn t answer. She left for another 25 min to call the manufacturer. Once she was told I had a 50,000 mile warranty she wouldn t offer the 40% off. The best she would do is 37%. I agreed so I could get going and get my car back after nearly 4 hours at this point to change two tires out.I take my car straight to my honest mechanic and he puts it on a lift and shows me the axles. The left axle was leaking grease as tire kingdom stated but it wasn t a bad leak. The right one has No leak at all. So they lied about that completely. My mechanic about lost it when I told him they quoted me $850 to replace both axles. He tells me he can do one axle for $150. Never am I returning to a place that would lie to my face and then not even take accountability when caught.Haley is the manager there so I m highly disappointed she didn t make the phone calls she needed to make from the start to get correct info on my warranty and instead took the lazy way and lied to my face. Lost all credibility.

Incredible! Just ran over two screws and pulled into the nearest shop!Cache, was extremely helpful and was able to get me going again in record time- saves my day!I ll be back to this shop and don t even live close by!

This is the best store with the best staff representing Tire Kingdom. Very honest in every aspect. I have used them in the past but the quality of these professionals NOW is beyond anything I have ever experienced in the past. The shop is clean and the attention to detail made my day! Haley, as the service manager, was both honest and knowledgeable, she quoted a price that was fair and better than any other store. The work performed was of high quality. Lou, as the store manager, made sure I was informed of the all the post repair warranty information. I feel they took a personal interest in providing service above and beyond my expectations. The attention was as if I was family......nice to see old style work ethics. I highly recommend this store and the staff to everyone that requires any automotive work. I feel safe and confident with the work that was done. You could go anywhere but it won't be as good as here! Probably cost a lot more too!

Best in Brevard! Had a big nail in front tire and they managed to pull it out and patch it _ I was afraid we had to buy new tire! We will definitely make this pur repair station for all!

Always willing to get on whatever I bring in. They are very friendly and never pressure you in any manner. Offer suggestions on repairs, but never pushy. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

I've been coming to this Tire Kingdom since I moved to Brevard. Best one in the county. Love the excellent service,friendly, informative, and attentive staff. Will always be my favorite!!! Highly recommend
