I brought my brand new truck to them for its 1st oil change. I watched as 1 technician spilled and overfilled the oil as he was filling. After the 2nd technician finished below, a 3rd technician verified the oil level by laying the dipstick on my truck and taking a picture. Not very happy at all. I ll be taking my business elsewhere. Gave me a cold water and warm smiles from all the guys. Truly a pleasant experience. You need to put a gratuity line on bill for those of us who don't carry cash. I would have left a generous tip

I will not be returning. I did not feel comfortable with there work. They didn't carry themselves like seasoned oil change mechanics. The mechanic needed oversight and help. The attendant asked for my phone number. I said I didn't want to provide because I did not want spam texts he assured me that wouldn't happen. It was only for recall of materials. But here we are. i have received 2 spam messages EVEN AFTER I opted out.

Chris was efficient, fast, knowledgeable, and thorough he made sure to inspect all of my fluids and explained to me what was needed. Will definitely return to this location and will be asking for him moving forward. Thank you so much for the great service!

My first visit...fantastic experience! I had a coupon, but WAS ASKED if I was military...I said I'm a disabled vet & was told to keep the coupon b/c id save more with the vet discount. REFRESHING! It seems no one asks that anymore. I'm going back again & will let the locals know about the fantastic service!! Plus, the guy doing allllll the running around was funny

I understand trying to up-sell but intentionally not having the economy oil in stock to sell the more expensive oil is unacceptable. Nine out of the last ten times I went there, they told me they didn't have the economy oil in stock. If I call ahead to see if they have it in stock then they say they aren't allowed to share that information over the phone. I prefer Take 5 to other oil change places because it's quick, easy, and affordable. I would drive from Palm Bay to Merritt Island just to go to Take 5. If their affordable option is out of stock then I may have to just take my business elsewhere.

I was in there really quick in and out they did a great job. I got an oil change air filter change windshield wipers all that needed doing and they had me Done very quickly I couldn t be happier. The Gentlemen were all pleasant. And respectful, I highly recommend them

That was the best oil change experience I've had in a long time, the guys were quick efficient very friendly and it was at a good price. Their customer service goes above and beyond I was very impressed I will continue to use Take five, also have told everyone in my family what a great experience it was and hope that they use them too

Great service! The only issue was the amount of time it took. I think I just hit it on a day they were down a few employees though. Everyone was very nice and apologized for the wait. They also offer complementary water.

Very efficient and polite service at this location. Plus, they offer free top offs on oil and air in the tires between changes, very nice perk. I will likely be back for my future oil changes while in this area

I was concerned about going to a chain and not getting personal service!!! It was exactly the opposite. Each person could not do enough for me and checked all parts of the car!!! I will be back at that location from now on! Great employees. Thank you for hiring them!!!

Everything was fantastic. I had the oil and 2 air filters changed. Service was quick and friendly.I had direct contact with 3 different guys. All of them were very nice and efficient. Everyone in the location seemed happy with their job . They all worked together as a team which is nice to see.

Super fast. First, they offer me a free bottle of water as I drove up. Then, they let me stay inside my vehicle while they do the oil change, and check out the entire engine compartment area. They did everything so fast, I barely had time to check my emails,lol. Plus, I can see and hear them check, verified and check again with each other about the new fresh clean oil and oil filter installed. Caps back on, verified again and a again . What a system that they have. Super professional and very nice customer services. Oh, and they have a pit to go underneath your entire vehicle to check it all out. Safely.Really Super great price and with military discounts on top of it.These guys are just Thanks again,Bill Thomas

I was serviced 10/3/2023 at the merritt island, fl location for an oil change. I went today to get my routine oil change and was informed that the last place that changed my oil overtightened the bolts on my oil pan and stripped them along with causing cracks to my oil pan. The plug was also re-installed incorrectly and essentially fell out on contact.What costs me 109.00 every time I get my oil change is now about to run me 576.00 to get it fixed.The service technician also asked me for cannabis while servicing my vehicle? I used take 5 exclusively for years. I can promise you I won t be back and my lawyer has already reached out to their corporate offices.Don t waste your time or money. It ll just cost you 5x the price to fix their mistake.

What an amazing group of people! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Getting my oil changed is a trigger for my grief over my 17 yr old son that was murdered a year ago. John worked at Take 5 it was his first job. He was so proud and I was so proud of him . I put off getting my oil changed because I always end up in tears by the time I pull up but the guys ALWAYS are so kind and understanding and they do the Best work and in no time at all I'm back out on the road. I know John would be as thankful and appreciate that Take.5 takes care of his Mom. Thank you to Louis the manager and the crew at Merritt Island you all are the Best!!

Very quick! Most convenient and quickest oil changes I have had done anywhere! They were fast, friendly, and thorough with the services I needed, and offered me great prices! You can also get coupons on future services when you give them your email and answer the survey. The oil level was perfect when they were done. They also checked my cabin air filter for free, and I opted to replace that as well. They didn't try to offer anything I didn't need but were able to provide multiple things I needed done in a very short time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a busy life!Service: Oil change

Waited over an hour for my filter to come in from the auto zone down the street. Ended being crazy late for work. It would have been nice if they asked if I didn t mind waiting before draining my oil and forcing me to wait. First time trying Take 5 and sad to say I don t see myself coming back here.

Love the free water when we first got in, the person on the register was great at his job. Even though the air compressor was down , they let us know about the inconvenience which was nice. Shows that they care for the people that come in. Also the military discount is great

Had a simple oil and filter change. Employees were attentive and courteous. Pricing was not posted until the time of the oil change. A few signs would make it clearer for patrons. The only other criticism is your are selling a 10K mile synthetic oil but the sticker only recommends a return after 3K. When Asked about this process and discrepancy, the employee recommended a test after 3K????? Not sure but found it very confusing and made my wonder DID what I hadbought. Did I pay for 10k oil and only got 3k oil???

Awesome crew they did such a great job on my son's car and went above and beyond that night. I cannot remember the techs name that did the work I'm so sry, he did a great job n very helpful. Defined go to them for oil changes I'm a customer for life too.

The 2 young men that serviced my vehicle were amazingly nice and efficient. They informed me of all of my options, changed my oil, made sure everything else under the hood looked good, earned my windshield and I was out of there. Very professional and I will most definitely continue to support this business.

A lot of Issues Lately!Yesterday April 1st, they RAN OUT OF OIL how is that possible?Today April 2nd, they told me their system needed to be rebooted to come back 15 minutes later. I refused and decided to wait.Once the worker realized I wasn t leaving, he let me come into the bay and proceeded to change my oil.But again, they only had premium All of these issues is due to management, not ensuring their location has oil is a huge red flag.,.

Great treatment and quick service every time!! They won t screw you plus for a girl who never wants to air her tires and check all the filters and things they do that for you! Amazing every time. Never had any issues, and the longest wait for the whole thing I have ever had was 30 minutes and that s when they re super busy! I will keep coming to them!!!

This was my first visit to take5 and I highly recommend it! I visited the Merritt Island location on a Saturday morning and the two gentlemen working were very nice & the service was fast.Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile & bottle of water, as well as two treats for my dogs. The service was very professional, friendly & fast.I don t think I ll be going elsewhere from now on for my oil changes.10/10 recommendService: Oil change

The guys were knowledgeable, they showed us what they were doing throughout the whole experience. They taught us things about our car, filled the tires and treated us with respect and full honesty. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Decent service, but the employee didn t close my hood fully! I didn t find out till I was on the highway and the hood started to fly up from the wind! Thank god I noticed it and pulled over on the side of the road to fix it. I had my wife and baby in the car. Could have been a very dangerous situation

Don't leave your coupon under people's windows wipers. Especially a brand new car. Then it falls inside the hood valance for who knows how long it's been there. If your service was that good you wouldn't need to solicit.

Second time at this place to get my oil change done and they did a great job. They didn t have the oil required for my car, but they told me which oil I needed and gave me directions for Autozone. I went and got the oil at Autozone and they did the oil change for me. In addition to their great customer service and honesty, they gave me a 25% Veteran discount. 100% recommended.
