Super friendly, very honest and matter of fact. Went there to get a quote on a major repair which they gave me the best price so far and put my mind at ease on the urgency of the job. Telling me I still had plenty of time and gave me signs to watch and listen for. Also wanted to add that John Bell is Super knowledgeable about Mini Coopers as he has several of his own! Absolutely zero pressure. Very good experience.

John is a really good Mini mechanic. Almost as good as me . He reassured me once that I could fix a problem with my wife's Mini because he had such a long lead waiting list for the repair I needed . Did it myself ! Just needed a little push. Thanks John!Bill Pierre

The Staff at Ron's are knowledgeable and fair. I took my 2018 E300 for service, it was the most detailed, thorough B service. I highly recommend Mercedes owners to stop in and give them the opportunity to tell you about the. Service and mercedes warranty

They treat you like family, first time and explained to me in detail about the car and print out a chart of recommended services. Also bc I lost my job due to hurricane Ian he gave me a super extra discount and even expedited the part and service, gave me 24 month warranty or 2400 miles. Wow I never hope to see then again however it s a piece of mind knowing that they are confident on their work and super honesty people. I called to get my car aligned after I replaced the shocks, struts, and control arms.The guy answered the phone like I just interrupted him and I had no business calling there. I stated I needed an alignment, and the guy then asks in an angry voice, "Why do you think you need an alignment?!"I thought for a second, then just hung up. I don't have the patience to justify why I want something.Those two small interactions told me this is not a place to do business. I went elsewhere. I have two cars in which I fixed the struts and control arms, I'm sure other qualified technicians can help me in a more customer focused manor.

Just had my 2007 Mini Cooper S repaired by Ron's Auto in Merritt Island and they did an excellent job keeping me appraised of the situation and got my car that was on its last legs humming great again! Heather, John and Bill are top rate professionals who know their craft and excel in customer service. They also give you a 2 year warranty on their repair/parts work, so I know I have that safety net at my disposal. We are new to the area and have a mini cooper...we need a place to service it...we stopped in to ask a couple questions...introduce ourselves to the people who we hoped would take care of our car. I assume it was the mechanic or owner comes walking into the waiting area...looks at me like I just pee'd on his floor....doesnt say anything to me...just stares...so I say..."Hi, how ya doin"...he grunts at me....its clear Ive annoyed him my standing in his store wanting to set up a service appointment...after waiting to hear him try to communicate something, anything....maybe even ask me, "can I help you"....he just kept looking at me...so i said, nevermind....sorry for bothering you...and left.If thats the level of performance they endorse....I have no interest in them working on my car....I can only imagine what a conversation would be like if he was working on my car and called to give me bad news.

Great service!!! And fast. They are very honest and they get the job done. Absolutely love them, and this will the the only car shop I use for my Mercedes Benz. They worked with us, and Brian did an amazing job at helping us try to get this done as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend!!!

I am so please to have returned to Ron's European Auto! John loves my Mini and treats it like it is his own! He looks at the car and checks every joint, every throb of the engine, testing systems I didnt even know existed! Well versed, thorough and concerned with my well being on the road. That's a car guy with a heart!Highly recommend Ron's!

Love this place! Super friendly and professional! This is the only place around central Brevard county I would ever trust with my BMW! Heather and John are super people and extra nice! Recommend this place of you have a European car! They also have a great 24 month and a 24,000 mile warranty on all work!

John was extremely helpful with an electrical problem on my Mercedes. He explained the fault and then showed me the cause of the corrosion. He offered me alternatives to purchasing new parts to limit my financial exposure. The entire staff were courteous and prompt.

I ve traveld all over Florida and before I do take to the demanding road I only trust the professionalism of Rons . John takes your vehicle in like a brand new baby no matter how old it is , just like it belongs to him . The Mechanics take their time to make sure it s almost better then new when it leaves the shop. Let s not forget if it s not right for any reason they will make it right 24/24k warranty ; not even the dealerships give you that at least none I ve dealt with in the past. keep up the excellent work.

I highly recommend them, amazing customer service! I came to him first with my Saab that he saved me from purchasing and earned my trust. I now own a dodge magnum, not the typical manufacturer that they work with, but they agreed to look at my car. They found the problem but we're unable to fix it because it was computer related, and they ( being a European car shop) did not have the program. Even tho they could not fix the problem they did suggest places to take it. They were able to figure out the problem when the dodge dealer next door couldn't. I highly recommend them.

After tiring of paying excessive charges for diagnostics that often exceeded the cost of the repair at the Mercedes Benz dealer, a local shop that didn't service Mercedes Benz directed me to Ron's European.Ron's located the source of my check engine fault and repaired it correctly. Apparently it was the result of a previous repair completed incorrectly.As for the price, my CLK550 will be seeing a lot more of Ron's than the Mercedes dealer service bays.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

**Mini owners beware* DO NOT bring your mini here! I brought my car to John twice. I was hearing a strange noise coming from the engine. He looked at it and test drove it. He stated everything was FINE; He then replaced my serpentine belt and sent me on my way. About a month later my power steering pump failed! To my surprise my power steering pump cooling fan had seized up which created extra heat on the pump causing it to fail. I attempted the repair myself until I realized I need a new wiring harness. I took them about a week to fix my wiring harness and 500 dollars later. When I told john about the fan seizing up all he said was sorry I must have missed that. Sorry? Well Im sorry your mechanics are incompetent!! Sorry doesn t fix my issue! I know they work on may other european vehicles so maybe they haven t a clue when it comes to fixing a mini cooper.

So bad service, so rude front desk!Never use their service!Very bad educated people!Why do you give me an appointment and when I came to your workplace, you said that you have no the appointment? Where s my appointment?Finally the front desk doesn t give me the following morning to change oil.The man so rudely said: l don t want your business!OMG!!!!!

This is written in defense of John Bell and to correct the statement by glenn johnson posted earlier.There's a few things wrong with this story and since my name was brought into it I need to correct them. I know NOBODY named glenn johnson so I cannot be his "good friend". When this comment was first posted I was 80 yrs old, not 82. (A"good friend" would have known that.) What actually transpired that day was this: I dropped my car off and walked to the nearest bus stop because I had intended to do so all along.The ONE truth in glenn johnson's comment is that the mechanic who worked on my car, Don, did give me a ride home. That same mechanic mis-diagnosed a battery drain problem and replaced a battery cut-off master switch, which didn't fix the problem, which cost quite a bit.Since John Bell moved Ron's European to his new location on SR520 I've taken that car to him for service and repairs a number of times and have been VERY PLEASED WITH HIS GREAT SERVICE. BTW, his mechanic there found the cause of the battery drain problem in about an hour, but John didn't charge me because of my previous experience at the former location. I STRONGLY recommend Ron's European!

John does great work!! and he is even a hero. Today he saved an elderly dog when he accidentally fell in the canal. Fished him out and saved his life! Thanks for being a great human.

I have a bmw 535i and there is a noise coming from the bottom of the car I can hear and feel it.i told the woman on the phone that I have taken the car to five other shops paid 30 for the inspection and was told they dont know what that is . So I ask her If i am to bring my car a pay money to find out what's the problem can you give be a straight anwser..... she says vary assuring yes ... but that will be 100 a hour until they find the problem never heard of anything like that in my life.So if it takes 3 hours I have to pay 300.

a good friend of mine 82 year old robert gotcher told me about his dealings with rons european after droping off his rolls royce and agreeing to an 8000.00 repair the owner john bell jr could not give him a ride home because he was late for a hair cut appointment so robert walked to the transit bus stop in the rain and waited on the bus until one of the mechanics heard about this and went and picked robert up in his personal vehicle and drove him home I DO NOT CALL THAT GOOD SERVICE and by the way if you found rons european on the internet and have never been there how did you know the employee,s were new ?
