Robbie's At Your Service team is AMAZING. A friend of mines recommended them to me. She said they are very professional and work quickly. If she said it I trust her. Anyways I called on Friday asking if I could have my car tolled over the weekend to the shop due to painting and etc at my apartment complex and without a hesitation I was told yes no stalling or anything. Long story short I got it tolled there Monday and they started looking at my car that day instead of the day of my original appointment day. I got a call within a few hours stating what was wrong what needed to be fix and how much. They ordered the part Tuesday it came in Wednesday and Thursday my car was ready. Very Fast and FRIENDLY service. I'm no longer using anyone else when it comes to my car and the care of it. They definitely got a lifetime customer.

If you prefer quality and safety over quantity I highly recommend Robbie s!! I own a 2003 Nissan pathfinder that is still going strong because of Robbie! I ve never taken my truck to any other mechanic and don t plan to! You will definitely be made to feel like family every time you go! I m now welcoming my 2017 Hyundai to the family!! Safety and quality first!! :)

Robbie s was excellent! I had received a diagnosis from another shop the engine on my BMW was toast. Robbie s determined it was a crushed spark plug and a fuel system that needed cleaning. The total bill was a little over a thousand when I was expecting closer to eight thousand. The car runs great now. Their expertise, integrity and honesty is greatly appreciated! They will be receiving more of my business and I will be passing their name on.

I took my car to Robbie's. I never heard of them. I'm glad I did! The staff and the mechanics are great! Friendly and professional! I needed oil change and AC compressor. Before they did anything, they called me and discussed the situation! Nic is so friendly & thorough! I will be taking my car there for any of my issues! I want to thank them for their service! They gave us a Military discount as well! They even sent an email to follow up! Who does that in this day & age?! I recommend them to everyone! Thank you again! Ellen

Prices are fair and the service better. For many nowadays it would be too much 'energy' or effort to go the extra mile for a customer in this particular industry - auto repair, but this company goes there, and beyond! With all the concerns we have in our days it is nice to know they not only have our back but care to follow through with all they know to keep your vehicle as reliable as we'd like the rest of life to be! As always, JJ, Nick and mechanics provide awesome support, advice and assistance on getting my vehicles in tip, to shape! I never bring them anything easy, but they always make it right and a reasonable price!They repaired my exhaust, checked out the brake system, set the timing and carburetor and eliminated all other problems.I highly recommend them for any of your automotive repair needs!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes

Robbie's is great! The guys are super nice, hardworking, and efficient. They are always very clear about what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and the prices so there are no surprises. They even left a handwritten card for us for the holidays after my car service! I would recommend Robbie's to anyone.

We have been going to Robbie s for a couple of years now, and have been so pleased with the service. We recently took in our 17-year-old van to be evaluated, and Robbie checked it over for us, gave his opinion, and did not even charge us. We really trust his expert advice and service.

I went here for the first time on Monday with an appointment. Got me right in on time and kept me informed through the whole process. I had not had my car serviced and looked at as detailed as they did here. I surely appreciated it as a woman who knows nothing about cars. I highly commend JJ as he was the one who took care of me all the way. Robbie you have a great worker right there. Thanks again and I will be back often.

Robbie s is our go-to repair shop for all our Land Rover repair services. We have been using them for 2 years now. They are super helpful and detailed and provide frequent updates while your car is being repaired. Never any surprises and they always take the time to go over any questions you may have. They also have Land Rover certified technicians and do everything they can to keep costs down. They are a great repair shop. If you have an import they are your go to shop. We have a Mini Cooper and there aren t many shop in our area to repair it. They have quick turnarounds and they are reasonably priced.

Absolute excellent service. Talked to me like i m a competent human being, was very honest and thorough about everything that needed servicing. Didn t try to sell me things I didn t need or overcharge me for services. I am very happy with them, actually happier than i ve ever been with any auto mechanic service i ve been to. Very thorough about everything including pictures of the things that needed servicing. Took extra time out of their day to give me advice on maintaining my vehicle. I couldn t recommend them enough, i m just overjoyed with my experience. Very very good communication. Just an amazing company with even more amazing people working for them. :)

Fast. Accurate. Professional. Good mechanics and service. Nick and his dad, Robbie, are awesome, and definately on top of their game. JJ is the best service writer and coordinator of all the details. Knew where I stood every step of the process. Lots of classic cars at this place and always busy when I go there.UPDATE: Had my transmission issues finally diagnosed properly by Robbie/JJ...others could not get there. JJ coordinated the third party warranty replacement and organized a re-engine of my car concurrently (250 k miles on a 303HP V8), and saved me the transmission installation cost. He also had the experience to know to replace all key parts, including the 18 yr. old radiator because the header tanks are plastic ... appreciate the good call for my peace of mind. Got to have lunch with the team the day I picked up the car ... good group of guys working here and the wings were tasty. We then put 3000 miles on the car and had some minor issues. Robbie's stood behind their work, and fixed all the issues. Then later Robbie quickly diagnosed my ground wire issue after the car stopped cold on our way home, they organized a tow back to their shop and we were out the same afternoon..... Warp factor 8 Mr. Sulu..... I have never experienced excellent and timely service of this caliber from anyone in 52 years of driving. Robbie's is a notch above anyone else . Highly recommended. Robbie s at your service has wonderful customer service and communication. They were able fix my part at an affordable cost whereas the Toyota dealership was going to charge me an arm and a leg. Was really appreciative of the fact that once I picked up my car, there was a little note in my cup holder saying that we cleaned your headlights on us that little gesture won my heart and made my day. Professional, honest, and trustworthy. As a woman, it is intimidating to take my car to a mechanic. From my first call to Robbies, I was completely blown away by their integrity. From appointment to diagnosis to final bill, my repair was done in less than the time they promised. I also paid hundreds less than I expected it would cost. It took a little while to get in with them but it was absolutely worth the wait. From now on I won't take my car anywhere else. Robbies has absolutely won my business.

Excellent service! I needed a Factory Service Maintenance on my vehicle and they were able to provide me a detail report on what needed to be replace and give me estimates on how much it would be. The inspection took 2 hours which is fine, I only say that because I felt bad that they took their time at looking at my vehicle, only for me to decide to come back another day to get repairs done. That being said they did an amazing job and I appreciate the care that went into the inspection of my car. Definitely coming back for those repairs that need to be done. 10/10 Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been coming to Robbie's at your service since 2013. That is almost 10 years. I keep coming back and we'll continue to do so not only because they're very experienced mechanics but they actually care about their customers. They take the time to hear you out and let you explain what you've experienced with your car's problems and then the shop will give you options on how to correct your car property not just to eliminate problems you're already aware of but also those that may be underlying issues. Other mechanics or shops would charge you by the so-called book that they go by. That is only one more exception about Robbie and his shop that I feel I'm truly blessed with. They charge you by the time the effort and labor not by the book. Doing it this way it takes on a more personal loving care and affection that they use to take care of your car as if it was their own. Hence, customer tends to save a lot of money that way. In this day and age every penny counts which is why everyone and anyone that I know who has car problems, I will always suggest them to go to Robbie's at your service. The level of trust, confidence, and expertise, tends to have them work with high moral and ethical traits thereby the customer benefits in many many ways. As I said in the beginning, I have been coming here for well over 10 years and I will continue to do so. This is why I highly recommend to new and already existing customers to continue to go to Robbie's at your service. My part or my behalf is to keep recommending others to this kind of working environment or place for all your repairs.

I called to get a quote. JJ answered the phone was very rude. Told me they didn't do quotes over the phone. They don't say that anywhere. How would I have known and then he hang up on me. I probably do somewhere else.

I had my oil changed at Robbie's. It was a very reasonable price for synthetic oil, they did a very thorough inspection with pictures, a tire rotation was included and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were absolutely great. I originally went in for an oil change and a possible alignment. It turned into something bigger as the place I bought the vehicle from clearly didn't do they're job before they sold it to me. However I appreciate the the way Robbie's does business. My car is very good now. Having a full report sent and pictures of what is wrong with my car and having an actual conversation of what needed to be done and why is something every place should do. It builds a trust there that isn't often felt. I've already told so many people about how great Robbie's was and I'm happy to say I know who I'll always be going to for future car needs. Trunk strut replacement and windshield sprayer replacement. Just moved to this area and am.quite fortunate to find an excellent repair shop on our first try. These people are the best. Honest, professional, reliable, and informative. And did I say honest!!!! Would recommend Robbie s to anyone who cares about their car maintenance.
