This shop does amazing work. They're friendly and honest. Rocky was up front about cost and checked in with me multiple times throughout the repair. The repair was done quickly and my car feels better than ever. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this shop.

98 accord timing belt noise. They said, "must be a chain use thicker oil keep driving it." Belt breaks take it back. They said "oh motors toast."Neighbor kid changes timing belt runs perfect. Avoid at all cost

After two garages, three mechanics, $$$, I took someone s advice and went to see Rocky at Rapid Auto Repair. After 3-4 hours my car was finally fixed! He found what no one else was able to find for the last three months!He will be my go-to mechanic from now on!

Thought I heard grinding in my wheel. I was referred to this business. Rocky, owner, answered my call. He thought he may be able to see my 4Runner on Friday. Not earlier due to Hurricane Idalia, though. A few hours later, he calls me back. Let me mention, I didn t give him my phone number earlier when I called. He asked if I could bring my 4Runner to him now to test drive it. Thankfully, there wasn t a major issue with it. He was honest and efficient. He didn t want to charge me either.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Integrity is important. You will absolutely find it here. I've been in this area for several years and often struggled to find a reliable, honest repair shop. my struggle is no more! my vehicle was fixed without pressure for unnecessary repairs. The cost was reasonable but more importantly, did not exceed the quoted amount. I'm very pleased with the service (oh and my car runs great!)Service: Steering & suspension repair

Excellent service! Rocky and his team are professional, knowledgeable and honest, a rarity in today s business world. Their prices are the best I ve come across. I took my car to Rocky he was honest explained everything he was going to do was reasonable in price and didn't charge me for some parts he replaced. It runs like it just came off the show room floor!! I recommend Rapid Auto to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle by great mechanics who care.

Rocky, and his guys did a great job on our requested repairs and caught some other items that needed to be addressed for safety sake. They are fast and reasonably priced. I will be back again.

I cannot say thank you enough to Lou. I brought my car to him this week . Being screwed over many times by mechanics . I am so thankful that Lou is honest . I understand that sometimes repairs cost money . But everytime I take it to other places it's hundreds of dollars. Lou you are awesome for being honest . I was so stressed about it and so happy a friend recommended you . Thank you so much :-) thank you thank you thank you . Would highly recommend this shop .

Had never been here before and was told by a neighbor about this place, went and had Lou and his crew change out the fan on my 07 dodge ram 1500 and then recharge my AC and now it blows nice and cold! I'm moving to Texas so definitely thankful for their help! Another popular auto shop wanted to charge me $500 but Lou and his team helped me out for $250!! Lou will give you fair prices for what needs to be done!

Been here a few times now. They are more than fair in their pricing. Very honest. They have gone above and beyond for me an hour before closing time on a very hot Friday afternoon. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. I tell everyone I know about themI think this is the first review I have ever written. That's how thankful I am to have found these guys

Very grateful for this shop! We were on vacation when our wheel assembly went out. They got us in right away. Checked it out, fixed it and got us back on the road as fast as possible. I was driving around and all sudden my air conditioning went out, and it was 85� I called around and nobody could look at my air conditioning, I called rapid and the gentleman on the end of the phone said sure come on over When I got there I met Rocky he took me right in, lifted the hood and had a look .it ended up being my clutch fan, he had the part there in 20 minutes and had me fixed out the door in less than an hour and the price could not be beat Almost felt like I was taking advantage of them so I went ahead and got an oil change as well , There were several mechanics buzzing around fixing like 10 cars at a time it was awesome they answered all my questions and I m going back on Tuesday to have them look at a few other little things As a woman it feels good to know that I can go get my car fixed without being taken advantage of I would recommend this place to anybody and have!!!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

I needed a part put in for my 2002 Chevy Blazer and Rocky and the crew got me in and out in a short matter of time. Super nice and reasonable. If I have any car trouble in the future I will only go to Rapid Auto. Thank you so much Rocky

I've been taking my car to him since I moved to Merritt Island-- he's honest, friendly, helpful-- pretty much everything you don't expect any more in auto repairs. I was getting a false warning light on my dash (that's a known glitch to an expert mechanic) and one of those outfits on Courtney had charged me hundred of dollars chasing this ghost. Lou diagnosed it, got the light turned off, and charged me nothing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Called around about my mustang which needed a clutch,throwout bearing and a rear seal. They were almost $300 dollars cheaper. They fixed my mustang she is a 2001 and now she drives like shes new. I will make Rapid Auto my place from now on. And yes I would diffenitly recommed them. Thank you Rapid Auto for fixing my Scarlett Red

I am a Canadian who spends 4 months every winter in Cocoa Beach.I feel that after many years of taking my Cadillac into Lou that I can call him a friend of mine as a friend I always get the straight goods from himand the best possible price. Pulled up with a question, and they not only explained, but performed the fix for free... no parts involved, but did take approximately 10 minutes to complete. I will be back for almost next repair needs!!!

If possible to give a negative I would. More things have been broken on vehicle than before it was taken there. Customer service is non-existent. Every repair made had failed and we have had to return. Never fixed right the first time. After picking up vehicle things we didn't even asked to have looked at are broken, pieces missing, fuses left laying on battery and cowling. I have over 25 years of experience in the same industry, worst I've ever seen. I wouldnt let them work on my lawn mower. Also over 500 dollars of rental car charges that we are out of pocket due to return trips. Vehicle still not repaired correctly.

Finally found an honest Auto Shop and the prices charged for repairs are very reasonable.
