Car started running rough, so we found Gatto's online and headed there. They were very very busy and couldn't get to us before the next day but we needed to get back to Lakeland so l asked for a recommendation. The manager suggested your shop and called ahead to let you know we were on our way. Computer diagnosis indicated a bad spark plug snd your team got right to it!!! In at 11:30 and on the road again by 1:00! Wow! Great service. Great people! Thanks, Eric and Mike.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning

They did a great job detailing my truck, my truck is a 2003 and believe me, it has seen it's better days. They did amazing, I would recommend them. Well just picked up my fiance vehicle and WOW!!!what a Great job an such a great price. With that combination is why I keep going back

321 Auto quoted me over $400 for a wheel bearing and tried ripping me off. I was able to get my car down to Eric on a recommendation of a friend and Eric originally quoted me for half the price of 321 auto. But after looking into it, Eric told me it was just loose lug nuts and only charged for the diagnostic. Extremely fair pricing, 100% upfront, and knows exactly what he's doing. I cannot recommend anyone else other than this fine lad.

Eric is extremely knowledgeable and fair. He looks for best pricing which gives him the edge as well. Best price and top quality work. Highly recommend Quality Auto. I wouldn't take my Audi anywhere else.

Honest Excellent Service deserving of more than 5 stars!!No inventing extra invisible I$$ues. Hidden Gem of Auto Repair, tucked away in MI. Almost don't want to share!A great auto mechanic/repair shop is on this throw-back Thursday, like stepping back into the 60's & 70's, hanging out, all day, fixing cars, readying hot rods & so much more. Priceless!

I thought I needed a clutch, but Eric said, no you just need a slave cylinder. Saved me a ton of money and charged a great price besides. I trust him to give me the straight scoop and charge me a fair price. Have heard similar things from friends. Took 2 Chevy trucks to this facility over a period of two years. Both visits were great - owner and mechanics are detail oriented and perfectionists! They are busy and generally appointments are required. I highly recommend this auto repair facility for its fair prices and superb work.

Eric has been caring for my Toyotas for several years. I trust him to give everything a check when in for an oil change as he knows I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to car care. My June oil change came with a reminder to change the front brake pads with my next oil change. Eric just did that, topped up my A/C and other fluids, checked my tire pressures. Feel ready to go, safely. Thanks Eric. Sandy

One of my best friends referred me to Eric with rave reviews.And I must say from the moment I spoke to him on the phone I knew I was talking to a shop that not only knew their stuff but, that was about what TRULY needs to be fixed verses dealerships who want to chuck on every part possible and charge you ridiculous prices.Brought my 2015 Kia Optima to them on Monday for check engine light that Kia dealer popped up three codes...two 02 sensors and a P2096 code which is catalyst fuel trim system too lean bank 1.All in all Kia wanted to replace both 02 sensors for $1109.53 and for the cat they said the part alone would be $4,000 mind you I am still paying on this car!! I declined...and left.So back to Eric at Quality auto repair. I came in Monday and he put on the computer just the p2096 code came up. He said there we other reasons this code may show up like a bad 02 sensor..So that is what we replaced for a quarter of the cost of the dealer. So instead of being like Kia and ready to sell me the farm he looks at the car and does what needs to be done..He explained details of how things work and was just so easy to work with. I dropped my car off Tuesday and by Wednesday at 1030am it was complete!! NOW THAT IS SERVICE!! His other mechanics are also Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and communicate well with one another.This shop has found a lifetime customer and I promise, you will be too. Eric is the most honest mechanic in Brevard County! I would only trust him with my 2 cars! Quality Auto is the only truck maintance place that my family and I use. They are professional in every way. Quality Auto doesn't have high prices for what they do.
