I rolled in late in the afternoon to get shocks on my RV without an appointment. ALF was awesome and took me in and was able to get the parts. Robert was the technician who did a fantastic job. I sat and watched his work He was most professional and was passionate about what he does. Both Alf and Robert should be recognized. I recommend them to anyone. I'm not from the area. I just wish this was located in Arizona where I reside. The shop is impackable and the service and courtesy was extended far beyond my expectations expectations

Such a great location. Service was excellent and everyone here is super nice. Been to a couple auto repair shops in the area over the years but this place has by far been the best. I won't go anywhere else now. Mike the manager was extremely helpful.

I came to them with a terrible rattle that at first looked liked a catalytic coverter issue. I got the qoute an agreed to the repairs, after being there for some time Alf came in and told me that the catalytic converter was working fine it was the honeycomb casing around it that needed repairs and the cost was less than $100 to fix!!!!!!!! Huge thank you to the mechanic or mechanics that worked on my car I appreciate you so much and wish I knew your name or names. Thank you to Sean and Alf for taking the time to explain things to me! I will definitely be back for further work to my Subaru :)

I want to say how great they did on my exhaust for my 2001 Corvette. The tech did a fantastic job measuring, cutting, and welding everything, making sure it looked super clean, well crafted and factory appearing. Took only a couple hours which was quicker then expected for being all custom fabrication and the pricing for parts and labor was very fair and still cheeper then just buying an aftermarket exhaust system that wouid have been less appealing. Also the staff over all, including the owner/manager were extremely personable and friendly and very welcoming. As someone who loves working on my own cars it takes ALOT for me to be willing to let someone else touch my vehicles. I m Very happy with the results and I will be returning for other services as I need them.Service: Exhaust

I went in because my regular repair guy botched a catalytic converter/exhaust install on my Explorer. Midas disassembled the work and welded it back together again. The exhaust sound and smell were fixed after that, and the car ran much better. The next day, my timing chain broke, and I ended up getting rid of the car anyway. I would recommend them for fair prices and services.

"STAY AWAY" This is my third time using this shop first time they called to inform me it was going to cost double. Second time they charged 60 to tell me I had a locked calliper I did my own brakes to fix it as their quote was ridiculous. Third time was the charm. Under new owner was told $275 for thermostat replacement then the call going to be $330 more I loaded my wheelchair to go see why i had no choice at that point but to have them finish as it would of still costed as much to put back together. It ended up costing $721. Yeah I got robbed. I will never go back and don't recommend anyone use this place. Complete rip off

Fantastic customer service. I had Midas install an aftermarket exhaust a few months back on my truck and it developed a slight rattle . I made a appointment to have it looked at and come to find out they are under new ownership /management and they still stood behind the work that was done under the previous ownership/management. Excellent service. I brought my truck into this Midas after having a terrible experience at the Firestone shop. Beware of the Firestone in Merritt island, they will try to scam you. We had a problem with exhaust system due to snow storm on way down from New York State. When we got into Florida called Midas and they advised to bring right in. Problem was taken care of in less then 1 hour. Very professional staff and service!!

I made an appointment for a 2nd estimate of my exhaust issue. The 1st estimate I received was $900+ to replace my WHOLE system. Came here to Midas and they said that was absolutely not necessary. They fixed it while I waited and drove out with a quiet new ride. They fixed the problems. The whole exhaust system was NOT the problem. Crazy how different garage owners can be. We will ALWAYS come back to this location for ALL our car service needs. Very trustworthy and highly recommended.Service: Exhaust

I have lived in a few different states. By far this shop is the BEST! Polite, courteous, and take the time to explain to you and take the time to listen to you, their communication is awesome. The owner is a great guy and his employees are really good at what they do a friend of mine, had gone to him for years and he led me to Midas. I have not been disappointed yet with their service and their expertise I highly recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend this Midas location. Girgis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They had me in and out for my oil change in 30 minutes. I absolutely loved the scripture and worship music playing inside the shop. A+

They were able to get me in at the last minute to do a repair and the price was great. Very courteous and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. Very quick to get my vehicle in the bay and me back on my way. First time I have gone to a chain store in over a decade and this location has changed my mind about how they are. I'd highly recommend this Midas.

Expensive, office decorated like a chapelI'm suspect that faith and religion are displayed to promote honesty. Was quoted $559 to fix an oil leak. I had asked them to tighten the oil filter because I just had an oil change a week ago - that's when the small leak started. I chose not to have the $559 oil leak fixed. When I got home there was no oil leak and hasn't leaked again. Pretty sure the tightening of the oil filter was the fix.

Gary & company were excellent! Gary & Karlos we re able to help us get the right parts to get the sound we were looking for on our 2016 Cruze. Robert D. did a custom job & treated the car like it was his own. Our car has a nice deep rumble that turns some heads. Thanks for a great job! Will definitely recommend your shop!

I have been a customer at this Midas for 12 years! I moved to Orlando for a few years and drove to Merritt Island to have my vehicles serviced. I d drive further if I had to. I've been going to M.I. MIDAS on Courtenay Pkwy since we moved here in late August 2019 and I've always had a great experience with them. I'm writing this review because even after three years of bringing my vehicles to them, they continue to pull through. More recently, Girgis (Manager at this location) went above and beyond for my situation. While in TN on vacation, my family and I were run off the road that ended up damaging my AC compressor and condenser. When I submitted a claim with the insurance he was a proponent on making sure that the insurance company covered the costs as much as my policy would cover. He was very accommodating and patient with my situation given insurance company was dragging their feet on reimbursement. I will continue to go to Girgis at MIDAS on Courtenay and recommend others do the same.Service: A/C installation & repair

Disappointed in the results of my visit. My car's AC was failing after ~5 minutes of driving. I brought it in and suggested it was due to a clutch issue on the compressor. They must not have heard me, because they instead recharged the freon and nothing changed. $150 later I walk away without any resolution. If I hadn't known better, they offered to charge me $800 for a new compressor. I spent $20 on a tool online that let me fix the problem in under 3 hours. 2 days later and the air conditioning still hasn't failed.The owner was very friendly, but definitely do your own research before coming in with a problem. You'll probably save a lot of money.

My wife's rear blinker light bulb needed to be replaced so I stopped into Midas to have the bulb replaced; however the staff found that the bolts keeping the light casing on were broken off inside the casing. The staff at this shop possessed wonderful attitudes and immediately addressed the issue. I found the pricing fair and I only had to wait 30 minutes for the whole process from start to finish. I believe I'll use this shop I'm the future for other repairs.

Gary and his mechanics are fantastic! I have used them without fail for many cars and over 10 years. Please don t hesitate. I know finding an honest good mechanic is very difficult.

Gary and his guys do great work at a great price. Have been to them numerous times and the work is always done right the first time. I love that fact that they are a full-service garage, so you can get everything done at one stop. Truly a pleasure to work with.

They do not try to pull fast ones on you! You get what you ask for and if they see something else needs attention, they will let you know but they will not just take it upon themselves to add more services which shows honesty and integrity

We had our A/C compressor replaced. Everything worked great for three days. Then it stopped. Well we put off getting it looked at. Three months later. Pretty sure close if not after the 90 day warranty. We finally had a chance to drop car back off, and fix it. They looked at it again, and refilled it with freon. Checked stuff, tightened, and replaced a valve. Ever since then the car has cold air again. We were not charged, and we can finish out the summer with A/C. Awesome guys! Thank you.

I came to this location to get my ac leak fixed. I had told them About a problem with my AC leaking all over my passenger side floor and they told me it would cost $45 to fix. Next thing I know I m getting charged $80 with no explanation as to why the price increased? Then a the next day I wasn t able to drive my car because a wire under my car was unplugged and I started to notice the issue after I drove the car home when they finished working on it. Going forward a couple days and I turn on my AC to find the leak even WORSE spraying liquid all over the front passenger side floor and I am unable to use my AC without this happening. They ensured me my problem was fixed and i trusted them but it turns out that was wrong. I am very unhappy with this service and this outcome. I am not the type to complain about anything as I m very lenient and easy going but this has caused me too many issues. I should be able to come back and get it done right with NO CHARGE but I don t know if I trust this business because I even been told not to come here but I still have them the benefit of the doubt.

What a wonderful contribution to our community. The owner and his crew are just wonderful. Everyone is so nice there. They seem like an honest and genuinely caring group of people to do business with. They even had a blood drive and gave all donors a free oil change and had a cook out. So impressed. We need more businesses this. Thank you Gary and crew!

Went in because I thought I might have a brake problem because of a sensor reading. The owner asked to see what I was referring to and went out to my car and checked. He informed me that the sensor could just be referring to my tire pressure and he would check. Turns out that one of the tire pressure monitors was bad. They tried a couple of things to try and get it to work without replacing it with a new one. The rear rotors and pads were worn down so I ended up replacing them. The cost was about $50 cheaper than the lowest average price for my vehicle. They came across as very honest and I felt like they were truly trying to save me money and to not make unnecessary repairs. This to me, is a big deal when it comes to choosing someone to work on your automobile. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honesty, reliability and good value
