I have been bringing my 1996 Ram 2500 with near 400,000 miles on its. Cummins 12V to them for a considerable amount of work, from replacing the fuel tank, to leaking seals, replacing the front end, general maintenance, etc. They have been excellent to work with and their work has been top notch. Glad to have found a place I'm comfortable with working on my truck.

I couldn't have asked for better service. I am giving my F150 to my Air Force 2lt son but one of the turbos was leaking. They got it running like new. I truly appreciate them. Added bonus...got some excellent doggo time with their Cane Corsos.

I had a particular job I needed and the shop owners worked very well with me despite my difficulty with my vehicle. I have a general mistrust of auto shops, so I was surprised and grateful at the results and outcome on more than one of my vehicles. I would definitely recommend this family business.

Have used LD for a few Services. Customer service is by far the best I have ever received in regards to automotive anything. They are fair and honest. They also go above and beyond with communication.Highly recommend!

Agree completely with all the other negative reviews - spot on! Liars, cheats, thieves - they are creepers . You will sense this after about 3 minutes into a conversation with the owner. He will give you an estimate and then start positioning himself right away to increase that estimate to drive up the cost to their customers - especially when they have you stuck (on their lift) - BUYERS BEWARE! These people are dishonest.

I took my car over because of a sound on my car. Ended up being just a can under driver seat. I was called a couple hours after dropping the car off and was charged nothing, not even an inspection fee. My wife had brought her precious car multiple times and always ended up happy. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

They do such great work! You can tell they know what they're talking about and they're not trying to nickel and dime you. They'll be honest with you and help you save money. Family owned and so nice! Great prices on tires too! Lifetime alignment and balances, seriously what a deal!

I took my VW there after it sat in storage for 6 years and they treated me great !! They had it all fixed up and running within a few hours and gave me a really nice courtesy car to drive around while we waited for parts to be delivered. 5 Star service in my opinion. The Owner and his son were very nice and helpful and got it fixed right away. I also have a motorcycle I'm fixing after it sat and they have helped me with that also. I couldn't ask for any more from an auto repair shop. The prices were lower than a dealership and I didn't have to wait a week to get my car in. Thanks guys !!!I'll keep going back and if anyone needs anything repaired I'll send them to 321 Auto in Merritt Island :)

I have been taking my cars and trucks to 321 Auto for about 6 years. There friendly service has always made it a pleasure to do business with them. Rich and his techs are incredibly talented and have all the necessary tools and equipment for any job. 321 auto for the win, I highly recommend them.

Visiting Cocoa Beach from Ottawa, Canada and needed our A/C checked out. They fit us in immediately and were done in less than an hour. Prices very reasonable. Staff friendly and courteous and even offered to drive me back to our hotel and pick me up. While I was waiting 2 more customers came in and said they are return customers because they had found a fair and honest garage to work on their cars. Highly recommend, very happy customer.

I'm very happy with my experience with 321 Auto. Being somewhat new to the area and apprehensive about leaving a 6.0L to just anyone, it was pure luck I stumbled into 321 Auto.I had both a complete turbo back exhaust replaced and cab mounts replaced. Colette is very personable and professional. Rich not only recommended great products, but looked over my truck like it was his own. His techs have great work history and experience. The conversations with Rich and Colette felt different from other shops I've used in the past. It seemed like I was leaving my truck with friends and not just a business. I plan to use 321 Auto for some upgrades and fixes in the future.Service: Car towing

Rich and his staff are unbelievable! I was having car issues and they were able to get it in, figure out the problem and fix it! The fixes done in a very timely manor. Now I'm driving what feels like a brand new car!I highly recommend 321 auto for all your auto needs. The customer service was fantastic from the beginning to end of my experience! I couldn't be happier supporting a local business.

I needed to have my vehicle towed, so I called 321 Auto and Towing. Sarah answered the phone and let me tell you, awesome, professional. She gave me a price and that price did not waver what so ever. Driver was there in 10 minutes, delivered my car and she call me right away to let me know that the car was at it's destination. This is a top notch company and I will use again. Thanks so much!!

I hit a nail on 520 and my tire immediately started losing air. I limped it over to 321 Auto with my tire almost completely flat. They jumped on it, checked out the tire, were able to patch it, and sent me on my merry way in practically no time at all. Very nice and generous, honest people working here. Glad to have them in Merritt Island!!

These guys are great. Dropped one of our work trucks off to have a goose neck & airbags (for heavy hauling) installed. I recieved a call from the owner this past Friday night at 8PM letting me know his right hand man and him were finishing up everything for pick up in the am (we were on a tight deadline to have this done). Great service and it turned out better than I could ask for. Thank you!

I don t really like to write bad reports about local companies, but when they practice dishonesty and lie outright I feel like I should make other people aware of the business so they can make a more informed decision on whether to work with them.I called 321 Auto in Merritt Island to schedule an alignment. We discussed what I wanted done and I was told it would probably be in the $150 range.I arrived on time for my 2:30 appt and the car was on the rack around 2:50.I asked for specific alignment numbers, the tech said okay and I waited.Car was done at 5PM.I was given a bill for $315.70. $299.67 of that was labor. I was sort of shocked into silence so I paid and left.I called the next day and asked how they arrived at the price. I was told $99.89 is their hourly rate and my alignment was 3 hours.When I said it was 2.25 hours max as I was there the whole time, I was put on the phone with someone else, maybe the manager or owner.He started by saying the car was at the shop for around 4 hours, I countered with the actual time I was there.He then stated that it usually takes 3 hours but they re so good at alignments that it was done faster but they still bill for 3 hours (what??)Then he changed his story again and said that they charge $100 for the base alignment, then charge for the amount of time it takes them on top of that.In short, they overcharged me without consulting me first, then backpedaled to try and cover their error when I called them out. If they had just said sorry, let's work something out I wouldn't be here right now.The other part of this is that I didn t actually get the alignment specs I asked for. I won t bore you with too many details but I asked for .07 to .08 degrees of toe in front and zero toe rear. I got .05 degrees on all 4 tires.I got an explanation that they couldn t do zero toe on the back because it s just too hard, and I didn t notice that the front was wrong till I got home since they didn t give me a print out from their computer, I just got a phone picture of it. I found that kind of funny after today s conversation where they re so good at alignments they charge more time than they actually spend doing them.So now I have to spend more money to have someone fix the incorrect toe settings on top of paying way too much for the original alignment.For reference, here are some other shops I contacted today for pricing:Gatto s in Palm Bay - $89.95Frank s Tire - 89.95Boniface Hiers - $139.95Crusin Gold - $125 to $150Robbie s At Your Service - $159 to $259All of them were made aware that I wanted a 4 wheel custom spec alignment.Why didn't I go to one of these other places? I was actually referred here and had heard good things about them.So even the most expensive place I contacted was not $300, and they disclosed the pricing to me up front, not when I got the bill.Bottom line, go where you want for your auto service. But if you go to 321 Auto get an iron clad estimate in writing first.

This place took my van all day and never called me. When I called them, they informed me they would not be comfortable working on my van because I had stuff in the passenger seat and a privacy curtain for the campervan portion in the back.

Best alignment ive gotten on my mustang. They offered 2 ways:one to save my tires and one for best handling. They are extremely helpful and remember small details about your car. Thanks guys

Rich answered the phone - courteous and kind. He had us come straight there. We arrived, had what we needed taken care of within 15 minutes! Professionals yet friendly with above and beyond attitudes. We recently moved here from Colorado - definitely be back!

I moved back home in November and instantly was having car issues. Rich and 321 Auto saved the day in a timely manner and did such a great job with my car. Fast forward to June 30th I wake up with contractions, decided to head to my moms and as I start my car I realize something is wrong with it! In fear I may not make it to the hospital when it's time i called 321 auto and they told me bring it right in! They knew it was an urgent matter since I could have the baby at any time!! They diagnosed and fixed the problem so quick for me and by 10:06 that night we had our baby! Thank you 321 Auto for the amazing work and having my back! I only trust you! And give those gorgeous doggies my love

I had a difficult problem to diagnose on my Ford Ranger. Not only did these mechanics figure it out and fix it, they took my truck in right away and gave me a loaner car to use while they worked on it. Charlie White, the previous owner, sold his business to a very capable young man to follow in his legendary footsteps. If you are looking for an honest garage look no further than 321AUTO.

Today I picked up my 2005 Dodge Magnum with over 200,000 miles on it. It waz having its transmission rebuilt. They were super quick and efficient. They only had my car for about 4 or 5 days. And that's only because they were closed on Saturday and Sunday. My car drives like a completely new car and I cannot express how happy I am. I must have called him 6 times which I know was annoying. I had a stressful weekend ( that's not an excuse )and they still were extremely professional with me even though I know I must have been annoying. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I'm so happy there is a trustworthy professional shop that I can entrust my car to.

Best Shop In Florida Customer Service: The Staff was above and beyond EVERYONE I've talked to! They answered the phone professionally and made time for My car SAME DAY without an appointment! They drove me from the shop back home, and even picked Me up! Needless to say the guys at 321 Auto truly care about their customers! I felt like I've recieved a white glove installation service! Honestly, you won't find better service in all of Florida..let alone Brevard! These guys are truly top flight professionals! Like wow! I'm extremely impressed! I'm a 1st time customer by the way, so if you were worried about a 1st time experience don't be! My GOD they are excellent! Work: Fast as lighting and 100% accurate! They did a 3hr rewire job in just 1hr! I needed a full rewire and installation of aftermarket headlights. They got My car into the shop in absolutely no time at all, and they had multiple cars to work on when I showed up! The work ethic is beyond miraculous! Upon seeing the car it was abundantly clear that they had done a marvelous job with My new headlights! The shimmered and shined like never before, making me feel like I got a new car! Everything functioned properly and there were 0 issues! Like seriously, the work is flawless! Price: Explicit auto was charging $400+ for the same headlight work! 321 Auto did it masterfully for $216 after tax! At 321 Auto you aren't being ripped off, you're treated with dignity and respect! Which, to be honest is a new experience for Me..when dealing with repair shops. I gladly payed every penny. If you want a fair price, and walk away gladly paying the amount due, then 321 Auto is THE go to place! Shop Comparisons: My wife and I called all around Brevard, and nobody was anywhere near as genuine and professional as 321 Auto! I used to think dealerships were great, until I went to Bob Steele. $2.5k later and the problem still wasn't fixed. Unfortunately, they force you to sign complex legal paperwork, stripping you of your ability to fight back if they mess up and refuse to help. At 321 Auto I had no such troublesome paperwork! They treated me and my property with respect! Nothing damaged! Nothing stolen! Nothing wrong! They are better than ALL the other shops no lie! I CANNOT believe this was in Merritt Island the whole time! Unmatched service and quality bar none! Summary: In short stop looking at GO to 321 Auto! They will take the best care of you and your property! The work is perfect, and frankly you're not going to find a better shop! NOT EVER! Im BLOWN AWAY! And NO, I'm not a friend or employee! They really are that dang good! Seriously, put the phone down. Get in the car. A go to 321 Auto. Your search is over!

Terry towed our vehicle for us. He was super friendly and went above and beyond getting it under our carport, physically pushing it so we could still park our other car. I highly recommend these guys!!

I called 321 Auto for a tow a few weeks ago. They said they didn't have a working Tow truck. Maybe there auto shop is run better. But that was enough to keep me away.
