I brought my truck in to get my tires balanced cuz I brought it to a previous shop twice and they could not get it done my truck does not vibrate and shake anymore I also had a front end alignment now my steering wheel is not off center anymore.

From finding a massive nail in my tire to getting it fixed was all in a matter of 15 minutes! I could tell this place is family owned. They were friendly and the tire repair was an honest price. I was looking for some new tires for my truck, but the outside was wearing. I took it to the ram dealership who told me I was driving aggressively and my alignment was fine. I took it to Ramsey's and they were able to fix it. I got my new tires put on and have not had a problem since. They are my new go-to for oil changes and rotations! Great people! Great service!

Great service place to get reliable repair and at a fair price on the day of your appointment! This place has been around for decades and I recommend them absolutely. I needed Tires, Alignment, Suspension, and Brakes repairs that my 2009 GMC Sierra. Happy to report this work was done quickly and perfectly. It feels like i have a new truck! A+

I tried to get my tire patched at a different place and they said it would be 1.5 hrs wait time. Went to this place and it literally took 10 mins and was only charged $20. If you want to go to a place that has integrity, this is the place. Loved that it s so close to my home too. I highly recommend!!

Ramsey's replaced the entire front end of my 2004 F250. Drives better than new. Thank you John Ramsey!

John Ramsey and company are the best! I have been taking vehicles here for years and have always felt so confident with the expertise and service. Mr Ramsey went out of his way for me today to make sure I was in good hands when my electrical system went out and I was able to limp into his parking lot. Big relief!

Nice friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the trade but most of all Honest! NOT. trying to pull a fast one on you like a lot of other shops that will take advantage of you by adding items that you don't need. For sake of a quick buck. Like Tire Kingdom... I've had the pleasure I'm doing business with this establishment for over 35 years now John Ramsey was someone my father trusted to do work on his vehicles as well. A nice clean well respected establishment job well done guys. Keep up the good work.

They did an excellent job aligning our Chevy 3500 it s about 25 feet from bumper to bumper. We will be taking this truck to them from now on since there isn t a shop in Titusville that can handle this truck.

Coming from Iowa just a couple of years ago where I knew the reputable shops, this was a 'leap of faith' based on Google reviews. I had a leveling kit put on my F150 and they gave me good advice on what type not to purchase (polyurethane) and gave me a good price for install. They're right on my way to work and I love supporting local businesses. I will be sure to give them work in the future.

New to the area I was looking for a trusty place to take my vehicle that reminded me of the good old fashioned Hometown service I'm used to well I found it here the staff is amazing the work is top notch and you can't complain about the prices my vehicle 300 drives like new thanks for the alignment' tires and oil change guys

Amel and the guys at Ramsey's are top notch! I come from Seminole County to have them work on my vehicle because the customer service and prices can't be beat! Turn around time is speedy. Always same day service.I've had front end work done, alignments, etc.And, this last time I was in, they actually popped a little dent out of my rear bumper without me having to ask! Just noticed that today, awesome! Thanks guys for everything! THE place for alignment & suspension work! These guys will accurately diagnose your issue and fix it once and for all. The owner has been in business over 50 years and is considered an authority on wheel balance & alignment. I've used their services twice and couldn't have been more pleased.

I was headed out of town for a family members memorial service when my battery went out the morningI was leavin. I went to Ramseys because I knew they were close, had been in business for long time in our area and I thought were reliable, honest and dependable. I explained the situation to the gentleman that I was headed out of town and why. They looked at my car and determined I need a battery. Which my neighbor pretty much had told me the same thing, when they helped me get it started. I was grateful that they did it immediately but in shock when they told me the price. The charge was $200 for a battery, I said the last battery I bought was $89.95. The gentleman explain they've gone up a lot. I took what he said, I paid him and thank him for his quick service so I could get on the road. I later called Nissan to inquire why they wouldn't have found my battery issue before hand since I take it for service there due to my warranty. I spoke to my normal service man and I ask him what I would have paid had I bad the time to take it there. He told me $119.00, I was in shock. Ramsey's took advantage that I am a female, that I was headed out of town, and had to get on the road. I'm thankful for the quick turnaround and service but appalled by how they over charged me.

Excellent job installing the new michellin tires.. and getting the alignment perfect... Other shops.. including dealers tried but could not get that great feel after the alignment..but this shop did it.. this was eight months ago.. tire tread is perfect.. really.. this is the place to go

Beware. Takes advantage of unsuspecting people in my opinion. Trusting family member not familiar with mechanic work was charged $190 for literally a 10 minute job and owner recorded our conversation without my knowledge when I called to complain. Recommend finding someone honest to work on your vehicle. Recommend avoiding at all cost.

This is a long overdue review for John Ramsey s Alignment Service. We have taken our cars there for years.I am truly blown away by their honesty, amazing customer service, and most importantly the quality of their work. I am wholeheartedly a customer for life.

I called and was told it would cost $50 to check the front end and alignment on my 1963 Ford Econoline Pickup. I waited while it was checked. I was told it was all set and that as soon as I replaced tires it would drive as it should. I was surprised that the charge was over $100 but paid it and left. I could not tell any difference in the way it drove but thought tires would solve problem. After new tires, no change. A friend who retired from the tire business looked at it and told me the shims on the front axel were backwards. After changing them there was a world of difference. Apparently whoever worked on it must not have been familiar with this type steering system. In fairness, I did not return because my problem was solved. It was simple and obvious to someone familiar with straight axe front ends. After seeing this review Mr. Ramsey called me the next day. He was very cordial and was intent on making me satisfied. We reaches a satisfactory agreement. I am sorry I did not just give him a call instead of posting bad review. I have no doubt that business subscribes to Old School" customer satisfaction which one rarely experiences today. Thank You

So so happy. They fixed my sons tire prior to a long work trip . It took Like 5 minutes then he was back on the road. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

The fella's in the garage know their stuff! The gent that serviced my car found and fixed the problem within 20 minutes compared to 2 days at another shop that recommended me to Ramseys after multiple failed attempts at determining the issue with my car. I recommend them without any hesitation! Keep up the good work!

After several poor encounters with bad mechanics who tried to take advantage of me, it's nice to finally find somewhere I can trust to take my truck to after work. The mechanics at Ramsey's quickly checked my truck after it hit 100k and took care of the check engine light without making up things that were wrong with my old truck. I can't express how thankful I am for the team at Ramsey's. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
