I got my car fixed here. The owner was very nice and gave me a goodwill discount because I was very low on money. The workers went above and beyond to help me understand the things that were malfunctioning in my vehicle. I'm very fortunate to have found this place.Thank you all at Jimmy Vickers for your service and understanding!I lowered to these 3 stars because I did wait over one� week because there was a mechanic who quit the job, and my car was just sitting. That did upset me because I am financing. Plus, I had to pay for Lyft rides everywhere for almost two weeks, including mybSons School, which is 2 miles each way=8 miles a day.

Thank you for the excellent service I received today on my Land Rover Discovery. I was really in a bind with a battery issue. You guys took me in immediately and found the correct battery. A very short wait for the battery to be delivered. And I was on my way. Thanks again.

I have been going to this great shop for years. I am always treated fairly. They are very informative, TRUSTWORTHY and kind! I called to get a estimate for a tune up and oil change. Almost $700.00 for a tune up and oil change. For 2010 camary. I could not believe it..waaayyy to much. No thank you

The absolute BEST service center and staff. Family owned and operated so you get the quality of service that you can't get with larger chains. Quick, easy Uhaul rentals and very caring mechanics. The office is run super professionally. Tiffany is SO sweet and helpful. These guys are great!!!! They have never been anything but polite, honest, and thorough. I have had two family cars with issues and they have been right there. Transmission on my daughters jeep during the hard times of COVID. It took a minute, to get parts, but they keep me updated, when it was done like new.Then our van, she s been through a lot, but had this front end problem. Took it a couple of places nothings wrong well I did fall off a turnip truck but it wasn t today. Went in, to Vickers, explained the issue and just like the Marcus Welby, diagnosed and repaired! With smiles on faces and not to much out of pocket even for the transmission On the road again!!!!Thanks to the whole team Services: Transmission, Brake service & repair

4th time renting a U-Haul here, their contactless pickup/drop-off is SO convenient when you can't possibly get there at a 'normal' time.They're lifesavers!!

I wanted my serpentine belt tightened and belt dressing applied & figured it would be fairly inexpensive , I was told that the belt needs to be changed & charge would exceed 300.00, I should have simply said no thank you but I said go ahead.No, I was not satisfied & will never use Jimmy Vickers again , the belt was in good shape .

I had an A/C problem with my 1998 Dodge van, after having it fixed at a nother local shop it worked for a while, then started dropping off and on again. Next time I thought I would take it to the dealer, where after it didn't work at all and they told me parts for it were no longer available. Well I found out parts were available and took my van to Jimmie Vickers Auto and the we're able to find a vacuum leak in the system and replaced a vacuum line, my A/C works like new now. Very pleased with the service and price I received at Jimmie Vickers.

Outstanding service!!! I ve had several issues with my 2009 Jeep Wrangler over the last few years & they were able rapidly identify problems that other shops, including the Jeep dealership were not able to.Jimmie Vickers explained the problems, showed me the actual issues on my jeep, and took the time to make sure I understood the work they were doing.Well prices, friendly, and extremely competent.I fully support this local business.Satisfied Customer,Kevin Key

Buddy Vickers sold me a 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ two years ago. It hasn't skipped a beat, and Buddy was not just the owner/salesman that day, he's the only car dealer I've ever worked with that I felt was a friend when the deal was done. I'm keeping an eye on your inventory, Buddy. I will be back!

My name is Jo kidd I have taken my car over the years to buddy Vickers. I would not use any one else. I took my car in to replace a water pump. When I picked it up he said no charge. All is under warranty. I so appreciate his honesty. Whatever I have needed over the years I take my car in and the cost is minimal as a woman on social security I appreciate him and his staff so much. They make you feel welcome I m not a number at buddy Vickers I feel like family. Thank you

I have been going to Jimmy Vickers for 17 years! I have never had a bad experience with them. They are honest and very accommodating and listen to me when I explain any car problems I am having. Vince is an awesome mechanic! He has kept my same car running for all these years and encourages me to drive it for many more years to come. Buddy has always found a way to accommodate my schedule and has gone out of his way to loan me a car when mine needed to stay overnight. I cannot say enough good things about Jimmy Vickers! You can't find a more personal friendly crew than at Jimmie Vickers. You want experience, talk with Vincent as he knows how to do it and faster. Mike had my car up on the rack and still chatted with me while working under it. Buddy has been at the helm forever and a day. I arrived just to get a quote, and less than 30 minutes they were done. We have been customers of Jimmie Vickers for at least 20 years or more. We bought our first new vehicle at Jimmie Vickers when they were selling vehicles and over the years we ve bought at least four vehicles from them and we were always please with our purchases. They ve always worked with us and they were upfront with us when we had to have our vehicles worked on always treated us good and with respect and they were always there for us. We continued to use them when they became a service center for oil oil changes and when our cars need repairs. We are familiar with them we and trust them and they are familiar with us. It s good to have someone you can rely on. The Vickers family and staff @ Jimmy Vickers are top notch in every way! Definitely a team of professionals, technically competent, best of the best in the industry of automotive service and maintenance. My most recent experience was having air lift bags installed on my 2020 RAM 1500. What a professional looking install, attention to detail in every way from air hose routing and attachment to testing the system's integrity and functionality. Add this to my past 16 years of excellent vehicle service by Team Vickers, without question, I believe that this team should be a consideration by any individual looking for any category of automotive service. I go to Jimmy Vickers because the ONLY mechanic I trust works there. His name is Terry Morrissey and I followed him to Jimmy Vickers from his previous employer. Terry has always given me great advice and is quick to tell me what I need, but more importantly, what I DON'T need when it comes to properly maintaining my car. An added bonus is the demeanor and personality of Mr. Vickers and his staff. They are ALWAYS professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment
