I highly recommend Jim s Auto to anyone looking for a great honest auto mechanic. I took my vehicle to the dealer for vibration, well they told me that the fuel injection system needed cleaning and spark plugs!!! $2500.00 later when I picked it up it was still vibrating. Jim and Chris checked it out saw fluid leaking and it was my motor mounts. Thank you for your honesty with repair and price! You re the best!

Jim's Auto heard my issue over the phone and told me to get it to the his shop. Dropped it off Thursday afternoon and it wad ready Saturday at noon. Work completed all new brakes / rotors and headgaskets. He is very knowledgeable and fair priced. I highly recommend his services to anyone. Jim is a great guy that gives good fair service. I sent my mom up there to get her AC checked out. He took her in and was able to get her AC cold the same day. We really appreciate that because it's 95+ degrees and she's about to travel back to South Carolina.I will come back and refer Jim's service to others! Thank You Jim!Service: Air conditioning

I can't say enough good about the mechanics at Jim's. I took it in for a steering problem and they took care of it. There was only 1 problem arise, the shipping of the products needed to repair the vehicle were delayed because the shipper didn't bring in all the parts as promised. Not Jim's fault, they depend on the shippers to do the job so they can do theirs. So I do not fault them at all for that. The work went expertly, they replaced the front control arms, rear brakes, and several other items. They were very nice to deal with, they will show you the problems and explain it in layman terms. They truly seem to love the work they do and are very darned good at it. I give them a high recommendation. I trust them, and in today's world, that says a lot. If you care about your car and care about your safety on the road, take it to Jim's. The mechanics will make sure it is safe and in top running condition. And they do it for a very, very reasonable price. They will work with you to keep cost low and affordable if you are in a bind. I was in a pinch and Jim bailed me out. My daughter was stranded in FL with a bad fuel pump and Jim s stepped up when no one else would. I am from Michigan and was more than a little stressed out about being so far away. Jim s recommended a towing service and had her back up and running in no time. I appreciate the professionalism of this business and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I've only had a few minor issues with my car, but my husband's has been torturous. No matter what the issues are for either of us, Jim can figure it out and get us back on the road quicker than anyone else. Prices are more than fair, and time quotes have always been accurate. I've referred everyone I can think of over to Jim and his crew, they're honestly terrific and I smiled just reading the other reviews because I know exactly how his other customers feel - I'm lucky enough to be one of them.

Took my Jeep to Jim and was extremely happy with the work he did for me.It will be an easy call next time I need service. I'm happy to recommend Jim's to all of my friends. Thanks Jim for taking great care and getting me back on the road in record time and at a super value!

I took a car in to have a tire repaired. They said it could be plugged and it would be fine. The tech put a new hole in the tire and had to plug two holes. Two weeks later the tire was leaking air. I took the car to a trusted mechanic and he said it was a bad job and the tire was ripping and needed to be replaced. This used to be a good shop but I guess they have had some turn over and the service is suffering. I m glad I found another mechanic.

I work in the automotive suspension industry for Arnott Inc. Jim has kept my old vehicles (from Volkswagens to Honda) running better than anyone I ve ever known. In fact, I have recommended their service to all of my family members and Arnott's customers. They were all pleased with Jim s integrity and quality repairs not to mention the great value. I would not send people anywhere else.

Very happy with every job they've done on multiple cars. Jim and his team are extremely knowledgeable. I like looking at the 1940's+ cars while my 2017 is getting worked on.

Amazing, honest mechanic. I only take my vehicles to him. He has quick service and is very reasonable. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else but him. I would recommend him to anyone!

The only mechanic I've ever trusted. He has done the big jobs like replacing my motor. He's also done numerous small work for me and every time it's done right. He's also the only mechanic I would ever recommend

Jim is great! I went in for new brakes and he quoted me before the work was finished and I didn't have to pay anything extra! He didn't try to force anything extra either which is refreshing to a single female!!!

Anything I need done Jim is who I take it too. On many occasions I have been to the other local auto shops and not one I can honestly say comes close to the work Jim and Fred do especially for the price they charge.
