I brought my Dodge Caliber to Inmon Auto shop during a vacation as I was visiting from Orlando. Alex handled my situation with a professional demeanor who was willing to work my car in on a busy day. He revealed that 7 codes came up on the computer test, but he was able to ease my mind that all would be taken care of to get me home with no problem. I left it overnight so they were able to get it up & running by morning which calmed my stress. JP explained all the issues with precise details in a way I could understand the solutions given. He showed a caring, hopeful attitude & provided an affordable price that helped me relax. I would definitely give Inmon shop an opportunity because they are honest, trustworthy people who have your best interests in mind. I will definitely use them in the future even if I have to drive from Orlando.

I took my vehicle for a tow bar removal and replacement. These guys did a wonderful job, were honest through out the process and kept me informed. I would say that they are very honest and professional!!!

Finding a honest and reliable auto repair shop can be a real challenge. I reached out to JP regarding some work I needed on my truck. He and his crew were all personable, professional, honest, and professional. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the level of service I received here. Heck, I came back again for an unrelated issue and they fixed me right up. Stand up guys and a solid shop. The level of detail they take on every vehicle is outstanding. When you wall in they treat you like family. I recommend this auto shop over any other.Straight up and honest is all I need, but they were that and more!

We have been very pleased with Inmon Automotive. They are so kind, and very knowledgeable and have taken great care of our vehicles. We are happy to have found the best car mechanics on the island! And our AC is working the best it ever has!!

In over forty years, Inmon has serviced all of our vehicles, including a vintage Corvette, which is still on the road.they put the customer first, they communicate well and keep me informed on progress. They have a positive attitude and the customer is met with consideration, even when the news isn t always good. They have a wealth of knowledge and a can do attitude. I have never had a problem with their service and I trust them without reservations. This place is the best! My check engine light came on and I wasn t sure where to go. I found Inmon on google and I am super happy I did, everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. They let me know what was wrong with my car, and how to fix it. Timelines and prices were clear and they followed through on everything. The staff at Inmon never cease to amaze me. Their level of service, professionalism, and honesty is refreshing in a world where those traits are disappearing.While many auto shops will take advantage of a customer's lack of knowledge in automobiles, the folks at Inmon are the complete opposite. The first time I took a vehicle to them -- around 2003, I came in because I thought my car was leaking oil and needed to get it checked out. Turns out it was burning oil (not leaking). They could have replaced numerous things on the car, charged me an arm and a leg, and I wouldn't have known any better. Instead, they shot me straight. Told me it was burning oil, and that it would be fine to drive for awhile as long as I kept an eye on the oil levels. The craziest part was, they didn't even charge me for labor after working on the car for 2+ hours. Seriously, who does that!? And again, this was my very first visit. They didn't know me from Adam.Several weeks later I was at a gas pump and one of the owners came up to me because he recognized me and the car, and asked how it was running.That first encounter was an incredible experience, and every time I have been back since has been equally amazing.Even after moving to the other side of the state, I still drive 2+ hours to Inmon any time I need my vehicle serviced. Regarding my car's AC repair, Inmon told me what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. They did the work at the cost they quoted and in the time they stated. And it is all working great. What more can you ask for?

I Always have a great experience at Inmon Automotive. I can trust that my car will get fixed properly and in a timely manner. JP and the staff are consistently polite and accommodating, too, no matter how much of a mess myself or the Mazda are on a given day. It's hard to know who you can put your faith in these days, but when it comes to my car, it's Inmon's %100 of the way. Come for the quality work they'll put into your vehicle, stay for the genuine care they put into their customer service. They are my Ride or Die car guys!Service: Auto maintenance

Inmon Auto was great! Took my car in for a belt noise and they did a full over check for no additional cost. They told me what the car needed and only was what necessary to take care of. Had the car in and out the same day! I have taken my car to Inmon for multiple different services over the years. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, and they have never overcharged or tried to hard sell me on extra repairs. Due to the Covid lock down our company van had been mostly sitting for about two years and the van had a few issues before then. We needed the van to be reliable to haul equipment to an important job in Miami, about a 4-hour drive away. I had received good service at Inmon on personal car, so we took the company van to them. We told Inmon about known possible issues and the fact we needed our van to be reliable for our trip. Inmon listened, inspected the vehicle and gave us an estimate for recommended repairs. Inmon offered us a fair price, completed the work on time and within their estimate. We drove the van to Miami and back. The van performed flawlessly without any issues. This is the place that knows what they are doing and is out to provide honest service at a fair price. Their level of knowledge along with running a business that tries to do right by the customers saved me a bunch of cash (many hundreds of dollars, at least). I just had some work done on my 10 year old Toyota van and these guys far exceeded my expectations. They fixed my air conditioner and while they were at it refastened the plastic panel under the front of the car that was making all kinds on noise at no charge. Sounds like a small thing and I guess it is, but they could have tacked on another half hour of labor or some shop fees, or worse said i needed unnecessary work. I ll definitely bring my vehicles here in the future and the other nice bonus is I will feel comfortable having them do work that in the past I would have either done myself or deferred.

I had my front brakes done here on my Lexus and I must say the service, price and just overall experience can't be beat. Staff is super friendly, communicative, efficient and honest. I have been with Inmon's since 1965, I have never had a problem with service or price. They have (and still do) the best attitude and customer service for me. I have had several emergencies over the years and they have never failed me. I know when I take my vehicles ,one is a vintage Corvette, in for a service that I can trust them to take care of the problem. Eric and JP have a great level of communication, also. And they have very knowledgeable technicians who stay current with modern vehicles as well as old ones. Many thanks, guys!Services: Brakes, A/C installation & repair

Just moved to Merritt Island. Wanted to find a shop to service my 1983 rx7. Did some research and decided on Inmon. They did a great job on my car and offered good and reliable advice. I'll certainly bring my car back to their shop again.My girlfriend and I have used Inmon auto service shop several times. Every experience has been positive. The work has been done effectively and efficiently. The mechanics look over the and report and possibly or necessary service. The people behind the desk are friendly and pleasant. A comfortable waiting area, if you're waiting for the work to be completed on your car.

Hybrid Ford escape repairHybrids are tricky. I had mine towed to Inmon feeling very vulnerable because my non-start issue could require several different expensive repairs. I normally like to figure out exactly what is wrong before I ask for help, but weeks of research still had me perplexed. They were able to fix it super fast and for 1 hour of shop time!!!. I'm adding to their 5 star rating with my 5 stars. Hope they are not too busy with their other repeat customers the next time I want to be one.

Honest, trustworthy, exceptional customer service! Reliable and reasonable rates. Once again, Inmon Automotive went above and beyond!!! I had a regular oil change scheduled. At the last minute we had an unexpected family medical emergency. Rather than cancelling the appointment, Eric and Larry had the job done in 40 minutes. Wow, where do you see that level of help and compassion. This is the reason we are customers for life!Service: Oil change
