Service was fast and friendly! Steve was honest and helpful to me because I asked for tire rotation with oil change and he said my tire tread was good and could wait until next oil change. Thank you!

I am a guest from Boston. On the way back from Miami, I found a nail on the tire. I went to many repair shops, and they didn't even look at it, they said 200-300 to change the tire. Finally, I found this place with good luck. The manager at the front desk was also very polite and friendly. After checking that the nails were not stuck in, They pulled the nails out and they didn't take any money. Here I would like to thank you guys and post a 5 star likeService: Tires

Got my oil changed here. Staff is very professional. Nice waiting area with tv. Complimentary coffee and tea while you wait.

All the gentlemen that work there were very very pleasant. two of the mechanics showed me how to use things on my new truck that I never use, because I didn't know how. That is an awesome shop, Good prices and they get you right in.

Gattos was quick and very efficient when they tuned up my Jeep. They also looked into the underside of my chassis and gave me a heads up on anything needing attention on my vehicle. So knowledgeable, and I thought all they did was tune-ups! I love my new mechanics! Thank you Gattos!!!

Really had a great experience here. Was able to get in very timely. All the staff I came in contact with were very nice and professional. Took care of problem without issue. Will definitely come back

By far the most polite and insightful mechanics shop I have been too. Great prices and work. The manager Matt had me in and out on Labor Day weekend without emptying my wallet. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I took my car to have it diagnosed for an engine light and ignition switch not working and they didn't find a problem and charged me 2 hours labor. This seemed unreasonable considering they didn't find anything wrong with the car and continued to work on the car without informing me of the time invested. Charging for 1 hour labor would have been acceptable to me. I'm unhappy with the service and will not be back.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Called on a Friday for an oil change. They said they could squeeze me, if I dropped my car off. I got a call a few hours later for more than just that. Apparently, I needed two new tires, alignment, and fluids topped off. I gave them the green light, and picked up later on that day. Grateful for their fast, and through service. Also, waiting area was a lot cleaner than usual Auto shops. Thank you!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

The guys here are the best. My family brings 4 cars here for regular maintenance as well as special repairs and they always provide top notch service and repairs. They re a great time to chat with and always do the best they can on pricing. Murph especially goes above and beyond. My family will continue to go to the Merritt island location exclusively for auto work. Where do i start.....Got there at 8am, I had called Tuesday at 10 and scheduled my appointment (per phone log) no appointment found, no biggie, i was dropping it off.Get a phone call later that I needed a cabin and engine filter, I declined and asked if my lights were ok, he said yes. Well.... i knew I needed a Headlamp and tail lamp bulb.Needless to say they really didn't check the lights. ( we would get a ticket if pulled over)Went to pick it up, and the lights weren't changed.This was our 2nd time at gattos on merritt island, and I will never return, and will tell anyone who asks what service they actually do.Went to tires plus and bulbs were replaced.Service: Oil change

We were traveling to our cruise in cape canaveral when our AC went out in South Carolina. We stopped in to have Dave diagnose it. He made a couple of tweak adjustments, and we were on our way!! Gotta have AC in Florida

I did an online appointment on Friday for Monday, never got an answer. So I called on Monday and they said they would go ahead and squeeze me in at 2:00, the process was fast and quick for the oil change and I was out by 2:30. Nothing to complain about

I called for an estimate on my car to change my wheel bearings and gave him my number and everything. I never got a call back. It was a bit disappointing. I don t even want to call them again because I feel I d be a nuisance.

I would never take my car anywhere other than Merritt Island Gattos as long as Ralph is running it. Ralph is always friendly and helpful and second-to-none knowledge wise. They also have Matt working front of the house now and he s been awesome. Scary when a place you always go brings in a new person, but they couldn t have done better than adding Matt.Example of the kind of business they are: I don t know anything about cars. Matt tells me when I m getting my oil changed that there s an oil leak, I set up an appointment to fix it, he tells me what it ll cost. Bring my car in for the appointment, he calls me back and says when they got in there it was actually a different gasket than what they originally thought and it d be $100 cheaper. Could ve called me up and said and charged me anything but they always look out for the customer. Very trustworthy.Great people who do great work here. Lifelong customer.

Honest shop! Thought I had a nail in my F-type, but they thoroughly tested the tire thru water bath and all, checked e v e r y t h i n g else it could be, so I could drive safely but all was good. No charge either, wow! The manager, Mike really made sure all was well. Nice guy. Highly recommend!

I stopped in on my way to spend Sabbath in Palm Bay because my"check tire pressure warning light came on." They were really helpful and checked & adjusted my tire pressure, and explained what was wrong. All the employees were really nice, & quick, even though I didn't have an appointment.

Gatto's returned my Toyota Tundra to me with NO OIL and a BLOWN engine. They reassured me that they would "take care of the damages" repeatedly. The engine replacement was $14k and my truck will never be the same. Then they refused to pay the full amount of the repair, the towing, or the loss in value to the truck. I was patient, I worked with their insurance company, and then got slapped with a $20k loss in value. Not enough to get a lawyer to take the case and too much for small claims court. Don't take your chances here. We will not be back.Service: Oil change

Good service. They checked the filters as part of an oil change. Theyneeded to be replaced. They said my brakes were good, maybe were noisy because of dirt. They are now quiet brakes. Comfortable waiting area. Pleasant staff.

I asked a friend for a company that could fix my brakes and not rob me - I was directed towards this store.They provided me a quote after 2 hrs of dropping it off, and after I approved the work, the front brake pads and front left rotor were replaced in 4 hrs.Super quick, good price, and friendly staff. We will be back to have my wife's brakes fixed up.

Had some front end problems with my car that was under warranty; the company had no problem honoring the warranty at all and that was pleasant. Got it back but it was still making this same sound when turning so i brought it back. Reevaluated by the "senior worker" and he told me it was 100% such and such was the issue; he even swore his job on it. Quoted, had that fixed; didn't fix the problem I was having I said whatever. I had a check engine light on for my catalytic converter had some advice to take it for a long hot drive to see if it would unclog the bank. But an angel told me otherwise, I was tapped out for money but i decided to get it checked out again by a local shop I trusted .couldn't find anything wrong with it. As they back it off of the lift at the new shop the mechanic was hesitant and decided to drive it back up because something didn't feel right-hand then my passenger tire literally snapped off! They never put back in a ball joint; then when it was reinspected clear as day the Axel's that we're replaced didn't even look identical as they should one was clearly missing a piece. Contacted gattos the manager from Melbourne got involved apologized etc repaired the work; I requested that the man who swore on his job not touch it. No problem; they redid the Axel's and whatever else, manager said that they wouldn't charge me. He had to get some paperwork approved and began retracting his offer. Overall; the staff in these chain places changes so often, I would recommend another shop!!! It was a mess that was almost a tragedy! Lost my business indefinitely; I go to South tire on us 1 in cocoa now!

Great service and very friendly. Did my oil change and didn't try to oversell anything to me. however, they were nice enough to make sure I knew that my tires need to be replaced soon and give me a great quote. I hope to get back there soon

The technicians are wonderful. Explained everything in detail before working on my vehicle. I have used them for years.. The store manager is great. Very courteous and treated me like a friend. I wpuld recommend them to anyone.
