Save yourself the time and drive to the one in Satellite Beach you will get much better honesty and quality. Tried to charge my wife $249 dollars for an oil change until I called them out on it and they said it was an accidental double charge they also refused to rotate the tires but yet charged her for it. They then priced a set of tires for her with alignment for $1500 dollars and said that was their cheapest set (mind you it is a car not a truck). Saw them charge an elderly lady in the lobby 35 bucks in labor just for a battery change and sold it to her like that was a great deal (it s free at advanced auto). Completely different story at one in Satellite.

The team there stayed open late to help us out on our trip to FL. Don was absolutely great and definitely shows he loves helping people and cares about customer service. The young man who worked on our car was kind and polite. He did a great job! Firestone is a wonderful company and we will continue to use them!

I paid for a complete vehicle inspection and all I received was a sheet of paper with no real information and then wanted to charge me 966.24 four work that needed to be done and they tell me that I need tires that they re worn but they never gave me any kind of measurement or anything like that. Save your money and go somewhere else if you re looking for a vehicle inspection. And I also paid for a starting and charging system diagnosis I never received any information about how the starting system and charging system was working after they replace my battery this seems like rip off city

I asked for a comprehensive check of the vehicle they did a thorough job and were meticulous in the explanation of what I will need to do in the near future. It was explained to me the noises I was hearing were do to my both of my rear tires. It was explained to me they were in bad shape and should be replaced immediately. I was told this was a good time for me because I would get $100 off and the tires would be $285. This was very misleading. The tires were $285 each and $50 off per tire. The way it was represented to me was with my discount I would be paying $285 plus balancing. Very deceiving. I will never go to Firestone ever again and will never by Firestone/Bridgestne products.

Don't trust a place that cannot even install a battery correctly. This place incorrectly installed my battery for my nissan sentra. I had to pay a tow (car would not start) and go to another auto shop, I trusted, to check my car. Turns out after $400 later, nothing was wrong with my car it was just the battery incorrectly installed.

Made an appointment to have my 2 year old battery checked. Arrived 15 minutes early and was taken care of immediately. Within 5 minutes I was told my battery was bad and would be replaced for an installation fee of ~$34. New battery installed and I left the store 30 minutes after I arrived. All the service people were friendly and happy to be doing their jobs, so all in all, a very pleasant experience.

Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Showed up ten minutes early, checked in and was told my vehicle would be in for service shortly. One hour later, my vehicle had not been moved. Checked with the front desk and was simply told sorry. Asked for my keys and left. Making an appointment at this Firestone store has proven to be a waste of time.

I had called about a leaking battery.It was only a year-and-a-half-old and they put a new battery in.The mechanic who did the work sprayed the terminal oil all over the place. It was on everything on the driver side and seems he did not care about where he sprayed the product. He could have been a bit more careful. I cleaned up most of it.The air hose to battery box was not connected.Not much work ethic showed here. I am disappointed about this visit and I am a regular customer.

I ve been coming to this location for many years. They supposedly serviced my vehicle. That last few visits they no longer put the little sticker in the windshield that shows my next visit date, they did not fill my windshield washer reservoir nor did they reset my oil life on my instrument panel. These may seem menial but they used to be standard and part of the service. After reading some of the recent reviews, I am getting the impression this store is not actually doing the work we re paying for. I lodged a complaint online and no one ever followed through to contact me about my gripe. This store is going down hill and it s sad considering how much I ve invested in them over the years. Just can t trust this location anymore.

Because my vehicle is all wheel drive I could not purchase 1 tire of a discontinued brand (Dueller) because of nail damage and I had to by a set of 4 tires. The staff was understanding and gave me the best price Firestone had to offer.

I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years with no issues. However, I recently brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and after about an hour was told the work was complete. I paid and walked out, but before leaving I checked my tires and they had not been rotated! I let the employee know and it took another 20 minutes for them to do the rotation. I d like to think this was an honest mistake, but this made me rethink coming back to this Firestone

My experience was excellent. Don was a friendly man. I had no negative experience I got there around 9:30 within 10 minutes they brought my truck to the back my appointment was for 10:00 I was out of there but hey or actually I should say before.

Stopped by for quick analysis on car vibration and possible transmission slip upon acceleration..had overall good service. but... service department did not want to give me an opinion on what the vibration or transmission slip was about, so they referred me to transmission specialist. No charge for service this was good..but.. I left exactly with question I arrived with..question was why car was vibrating, and because there was no "check engine" light they did not check with the "ODBC" hmmm??? Interesting..

Firestone store at Merritt Island FL: The mechanic did not change the air filter and I was charged over $50. I paid for a brake fluid change and the brakes were still spongy and required pumping, So I suspect that the fluid was not changed. Total Rip-Off! I had to go back and show them the old filter still in the truck and the fact that the brakes were still spongy. They did refund the filter cost and supposedly "re-bled" the brakes.

Have used Firestone for years in taking care of my car and was happy to see there was one near my home as I'm new to the area. Was able to get an appointment for a time that worked for me, greeted by friendly employees when I arrived. They got me set up quickly, took the car and was done much quicker than I expected them to be (didn't even finish the chapter in my book!). Great service, fair prices. Will be back next time my car needs servicing.

I was told that I needed front tires and that they couldn't do my wheel balance unless I purchased two new tires. I agreed to purchase them and paid also for a wheel alignment with a lifetime warranty. They left the lights on, and it drained my battery, and one of the mechanics came out and spoke to me in a rude way and made me feel it was my fault. I have been using Firestone for over 40 years and have been satisfied with their work in the past, but I have never been treated like that, and would like corporate to deal with the problem I had.

I ll never go to the Firestone in Merritt island again. Took my truck in to get it serviced and rotate the tires. I marked my tires to insure they got rotated. They lied to me, they didn t rotate them. I also spoke to the manager about the fact that he has a problem with his shop, but he didn t want to hear it. I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone.Services: Tires, Oil change

Don't waste your time!!! Scam artists will schedule service and then refuse if they can't upsell you!!Service manager Amber refused to rotate the tires on my '22 Bronco because they were larger aftermarket tires, even though they were factory spec 315/70 r17 size. Then she claimed that it requires a special splined tool (the wheel lock), I told her it's in the glove box. Then she still refused due to "liability" reasons.When I challenged it, she said they could, but only if we were purchasing new tires and it was her call.

I ve been going here for years. They have a bad rep. I see. But my experiences have been good. Amber and Greg have been good to deal with. Harrison and the tech were good. Greg has even given me discounts when they take too long. Price is reasonable.This is the Merritt Island, FL location.

Pricey and the mechanics tend to take your tools and refuse to return them. I had a tire rotation the mechanic took my wheel lock key out of my glove box and kept it. Every time I asked to have it returned the manager said not her problem and tough luck. I've had to call the corporate office to get this resolved it seems like such a hassle when all they need to do is return the key or replace it. Their mechanics aren't trustworthy and management does nothing about it. I did finally get a hold of someone in the corporate office (several months later) who reimbursed me for having the wheel locks replaced on my vehicle. I just won't make the mistake of having firestone service my car in the future. Thankfully their corporate people care enough to help their customers.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!I just took my car for a $140 oil change and when I got my car I found very noticeable damage done to the leather on my steering wheel. 5 inches of tiny cuts in the leather of the steering wheel. They literally did hundreds of dollars in damage and the response I got from the bald old man associate named Greg was that in his opinion it didn t look fresh. The damage was done within the last hour so it could not be fresher. He was incredibly rude, condescending, and unapologetic to the fact that there was damage done to my car that cost hundreds to repair. I am now filing a claim and waiting on an adjuster to see the damage but to avoid something like this avoid this place at all cost. Horrible experience and incompetent employees.

My car broke down out of nowhere and I had to leave it parked at a Wawa. I called Firestone the next day on my way to my car, and asked if they could take a look at it.Amber (most nice/helpful lady I've ever experienced!) gave me the number of a towing company (very good choice!; Brevard Towing) and they dropped my car off in their parking lot. They let me know what my estimated price was going to be and that I'll receive a call within an hour.I got a call back about 45min after but with bad news.They educated me in what was wrong, what the repair would cost and that it was really not worth it (100% true).They offered me to leave my car there for a few days until I figured something out. 11/10 in all categories.Would definitely recommend!I'm very skeptical about repair shops because of bad experiences, but man oh man. Firestone really knocked all of my worries out the park.
