Confused? I see reviews from 3 years ago? This place wasn't here 3 years ago? Makes me think all the reviews are bogus. And whats up with so many " top reviewers? They all crash their cars so they could do a review or what?????

Just rude to me for no reason my insurance recommended them and scheduled a visit. When I called them to confirm they let me know I wasn't able for that date and won't meet for a basic estimate for 3 or 4 weeks! The lady is terrible to talk to and I wouldn't recommend them . Look at all the other reviews like I did watch out for these guys . Every single other place I called was very respectful and understanding.

They advised they do not paint cars if they cannot over charge insurance companies for some collision. They will not even take cash for service. Be aware!!

They did a great job repairing my truck. I especially appreciate how they worked with my insurance company behind the scenes, so all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up.

I was so afraid to get my fender and door fix. My previous experiences has been that these shops just want to rob you. This is not at all with this place. I can't say enough good things. Everyone from top to bottom greeted me like a human being and treat me like one too. From dropping my car to picking up my car was the same. I didn't have to worry about calling the rental or dropping it off; they took care of all of it. Amazing job! My car is like new. They took care and deliver fast. I am going to recommend them to any one I know that needs it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you have to run into somebody, classic collision is the people to run into. They did an excellent job fixing my friend's car. And said if they had any problem with it to bring it back immediately.

Where to start. Everyone that I interacted with here was so friendly and professional. The quality of their work was outstanding, and my car is doing even better than before the accident I got in. Thank God everyone was alright, but this shop did am outstanding job. I highly recommend them for their quality of service, good attitude, and professionalism. Since the accident was not my fault I did not have to pay the bill, but I would assume their rights are fair. Top to bottom mismanagement. Consistently blamed the insurance company for their own delays. Covid outbreak in house- yet not one person wearing masks, no safety protocols. Asked to speak to a manager after waiting a MONTH for a 1 week body repair job. The most rude manager I have ever dealt with. Would not tell me his name. Donald, Jim or Tim, I think the front desk lady said. Argued about parts missing on my truck that they took off and did not replace. Wildly angry and rude disposition. After 6 weeks, they tried to give the truck back- found it with bumper covers not reattached, broken lights, parts not replaced. Kind of amazing what a phenomenally bad job they did. From manager to front of house, consistently poor/horrendous. Avoid this place. They are an insurance mill- they get paid by insurance for jobs "done" and have no interest in customer service or doing quality work. Your "lifetime guarantee" on repairs is through the insurance company, not the repair shop. Thank goodness for that. So happy to be done with them.Service: Body & Trim

I do not know where to start. The only things that were good was the actual body work and Debbie at the front desk. Debbie actually was great. My assigned contact man DJ was not. I have caught him in at least 3 lies and he insists on not taking any responsibility for repair delays, car not being ready after they told me it was, and for them to fix the trunk letter emblem on my car that they put on with letter spacing that looked like a 5 year old did it. I honestly never right reviews. This can't be overlooked. Take your vehicle somewhere else and save your self a whole lot of frustration.Service: Body & Trim

Thrilled with our experience at Classic Collision - Merritt Island. Our family car accrued some serious damage on the front, driver's side of the car. This left our family without a car during the day. It was a stressful time, but the folks are Classic Collision did an amazing job of putting us at ease.Anita and Debbie worked with my insurance company (out-of-state) to ensure we had appropriate coverage. They coordinated the shipment of the needed parts and stayed in constant communication throughout the process. They re technicians did amazing work on the car itself. Our Toyota Highlander looked as good as new when we got it back. The best past of my experience was the constant communication. I received updates every step of the way and never felt out of the loop. That meant a lot to me and my family.Service: Body & Trim

I am really happy I found this place. DJ is a great guy. I had just a small job where I scratched my bumper due to me jackknifing my trailer. They fixed it in a day and it came out perfect. Then, DJ offered to install a step to get into the bed of my truck. Today, Ken did the work perfectly while I waited. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who need collision repair service. The place is clean, the work excellent, and the people could not be nicer. I wish them continued success.

I am reviewing the Merritt island branch specifically. I walked in without an appointment to get two dents pulled out of the car. Everyone was very kind and pleasant to talk to. I was greeted my Matt, assured me my 3rd party would be taken no problem. 4 days later I was handed the keys. The work done was stellar. I told John-Michael the employee which checked me out, I noticed there was a water stain on the seat. They immediately not only cleaned the drivers seet but the passenger seat as well. I would give them 6 stars if possible and will be back when I need anything auto related fixed.

I went to Mitchco to see if this was where I would like to have insurance pay to have my service done. Usually insurance just sends you somewhere, but I asked to be able to check the locations before I have them service my vehicle.Boy was I glad I did. Upon arrival I explained that I was looking to drop off for a collision repair, who the insurance carrier was, and that I would contact insurance on-site to have the appropriate paperwork sent to them.I was met with negativity and excuses. I was asked for paperwork I didn t have 4 times even after politely explaining that I was calling insurance to have it all sent to them, then I was told they had a wait for repairs. I said that was fine I m going out of town for a few weeks. Then she said they don t have any room.At this point I was very glad I didn t just have insurance schedule an appointment and I did my due diligence of seeing what their customer service was like.It was appalling. If I was the owner of Mitchco I would be embarrassed. There needs to be some serious attention put towards your folks at the front desk to make sure they are representing yourBusiness well.

I just dropped off my car for repairs after an assessment of the damage. I found the reps to be professional and explained the process of my intake and updates ( by text). I found the process reassuring. I will update once I get my car back. (Estimate for repairs was more then half other estimates received)Follow up car done early and it's beautiful!This was how they communicated through the entire process!! Professional and Craftsman!Gmorning, your vehicle has been painted and is in reassembly. We are ahead of schedule & are expecting to have your vehicle completed prior to the end of today. We will give you a call when it is cleaned and inspected. Please advise if you will be able to pick up today. Thank you, have a good day. Debbie"

Doesn't want to fulfill what the insurance approved and paid them to do. Don't want to follow up. It has been months! Worse management? I say yes. Better save yourself some headaches and bring your business someplace else. I'll be contacting my insurance with regards to their service repairing my car

Have not been there, but when I was looking for a repair estimate on a vehicle I was interested buying. Kevin was quick to respond, friendly, and professionally to the point. He offered very helpful advice even though it turns out that the repairs I am considering are more of a rebuild, rather than the repairs his business offers.

I dinged my front panel on a small tree in my own driveway, how embarassing. I stopped in for an estimate at Mitchco. Only took a few minutes, Debbie and Jared were so nice and helpful. I made an appointment and they fixed it promptly. It only took one day, but because the paint needed to dry, I picked it up the next day. It looked as good as new! They even washed it! The building has been remodeled and is so professional looking both inside and out. The service couldn't have been better and I recommend them for any body work you need. Ask for Debbie or Jared.

Everyone was so amazing! I was greeted by DJ, who was beyond helpful, Debbie was so kind and took care of my rental and Greg was a magician who made my car look like nothing ever happened to it. I totally recommend this shop over anywhere else you are considering!

I'd never heard of this place before, but when my car was towed here after going on a date with the concrete barrier on I-95, this is where Geico said they'd be towing my car for an estimate and repairs. I'm so glad they did, though. Debbie, the woman at the front desk, made sure to give me constant updates, so I was never left wondering what was going on. After the repairs were complete, she even went over the warranty on the work that was performed in detail, reassuring me that if I found anything still wrong or dissatisfactory, that they would make sure to take care of it for me at no cost under their warranty. My Advisor, Matt Fazio, and John Michael Stone, who would assist me when Matt was unavailable, were incredible as well. The very definition of professional and welcoming. They remembered my name and would address me by name when I came back a couple of times afterwards. I'm so glad my car was brought here, and if I talk to anyone that needs body work done, I'm absolutely recommending they come here before anywhere else!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Lying, scamming, and poor work. If the insurance suggests them, go elsewhere. Tried to over run the insurance company, dishonest about conversations had, did not provide a written estimate before work was started on the car. Wanted to tell me over the phone I was given an estimate(when he didn t give me one) when I signed for a written one. Was told the car was going to be ready 4 days early then was told I had to return the rental the insurance was covering (by Mitchco) then all of a sudden it was ready on the day it was supposed to be. They spent over 80% of my cars value to repair it and worked with progressive to make their money rather than lose it. My car would have been better off totaled and I ll be back with another review once I have it certified and reviewed part by part by a Kia dealership. I honestly can t say how angry this body shop makes me. Do not use. Do NOT use. Talked poorly on behalf of progressive, just not how you run a business. Poor customer service.

Debbie and Jared at Mitchco were so awesome and helpful. The text updates were great, and my car was ready in just two weeks. Having the rental there and ready to go for pick up, and leaving it for return was very convenient. Everything about Mitchco is top shelf, from the estimator Gregg to Debbie at the front desk and the obviously talented technicians. My car was repaired on time and beautifully done. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Mitchco if you need collision repairs.

They're going to clean almost two cleaners like sterile there's a try to make it look like a doctor's office it ain't a doctor's office it's a car shop but regardless did not adjust the lines on the vehicle as the front fender put the headlight assembly in didn't obviously did not check your lights because turn signals won't working took it back up there and they have it at this point this is my daughter's car not my personal car I wouldn't take mine there have a good day got car back still not right don't you have a quality check body lines not equal on hood wide gap oneside of good other side half the gap. So where's the pride in that.

I was forced to sign a work contract that was never explained to me. I expected to be given an estimate for the work but they took my car apart and then called me about the cost. The cost was not expectable and I wanted to take my car to a different place. They demanded $750.00 for putting my car back together and held the vehicle hostage until ransom was paid! It was intentional entrapment! This was the worst experience I ever had, worse that the accident itself and that was horrible experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Last year Mitchco did an excellent job of respraying and replacing the front bumper on our car. Yesterday I scraped the car on the garage door which left horrible white marks along the side of the car. We took the car to Mitchco to ask for their advice. The manager took one look at the car and asked our permission to take it to their work shop. When he appeared five minutes later the horrible marks had completely disappeared. We asked how much we owed and he said there was no charge. Hopefully we will not have any more dings but if we do Mitchco will definitely get our business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
