Went to have them check my battery.They were pleasant and efficient.Had to wait for a short time but was kept advised by the staff. Would highly recommend their service.Prices are reasonable for services like oil changes and tire rotation.

Saved our vacation!Thanks to Richard, the Parts Sales Manager, a bad battery was a mere detour and not a derailment on our trip.We discovered a dead battery on leaving one of the local attractions late in the day. We knew that nothing had been left on and suspected a bad battery. We weighed our options- cut our vacation short and drive several hours to home, or see if we could get a new battery installed ASAP.We called AutoZone and spoke with Richard, who determined that our battery was under warranty, so we headed over to the store. Richard quickly installed a brand new battery and we were back on track.We re so grateful to AutoZone and to Richard for this great service, with a smile!

Jamie F was outstanding! Took my car yesterday to get the battery tested (confirmed death). Jamie happily came out, tested the battery, took us inside to get us a new one, removed the old battery, and installed the new one in less than 20 minutes! All the while being super cheerful, helpful, and a true joy to be around.Best experience ever! This is my go to for all my auto parts needs!!

I needed a part for an older truck that the other auto part shops near by either did not have or were not willing to help figure out the exact part needed. Jamie went out of his way to find the part and even ordered 2 parts so I would be sure to get the correct one.

My car decided it didn t want to start the first couple times trying to start it. While panicking, because who likes car problems, I drove directly to Auto Zone on Courtney (Merritt Island) and was greeted by Mr. Rick B. He had amazing customer service and on top of that, found out within minutes it was my battery and replaced it. I don t know how much that man gets paid but it should be more. He was a life saver today! Thank you so much Mr. Rick!

I walked in and I was greeted right away. I was there to get items for my oil change and the women looked up everything for three vehicles, printed them out and walked back to help me pick the items out. She then rang me up and I was on my way. She was very nice and quick with answers. I have been there before but this time it was a lot nicer.Update 8/8Bought a new battery and the young man installed it for me. My car was a pain in the butt, took him about 30 min but he got it and now it purrs like a horse. Ha

GREAT and FANTASTIC! PLEASE SHOP HERE! The store manager will go above and beyond to help ALL his customers. They do not pick and choose who to help here even if it means correcting another shop s error, and I love it. Got my car running 5min later:-)

I have to say,I have never been more impressed with the customer service from autozone than today. Kirsten was amazing. Went above and beyond to help me knowing that I was from out of town and stuck. After a very long and crazy day I m so happy I came here! Let me start off with saying Bill is the man. He was able to first diagnose my vehicle and then not only did he figure out what happened he assisted me with changing my battery as well. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I've been to a lot of parts stores and AutoZone stores and this AutoZone store and it's staff are the best. For example, this AutoZone is well organized and I'm very impressed with manager Kirsten, for she is very knowledgeable and efficient in getting the right auto parts for her customers. Lastly, for the past year that I have been getting a lot of auto parts from this AutoZone, I have never encountered a single issue in doing so. That's just how good this AutoZone and it's staff are and so I highly recommend this AutoZone to everyone!

Any time I come here every employee is absolutely so helpful! Whoever hires here is very good at their jobI have yet to have someone not be so very super helpful, come outside and hook up to my ole beast idk how many times, help me with figuring out what I need or what I do not (: thanks guys and gals! Oh and the manager was a woman! Yess!

Employees have gotten the wrong parts for my vehicle three times straight. They didn't get the correct transmission gasket with the vehicle in the parking lot, ordered the wrong brake booster for my van, best yet, charged me $328. for an alternator I didn't need. But when it comes to that type of fraud they still play stupid.

Went to another service bay company and they did not have the battery I needed. Battery was totally dead. Ran inside. Guy looked up the correct style for my Jeep grabbed it and he installed for me in a few minutes. All the store people were very nice and very polite.

I had to replace windshield wipers on two cars today. The young man helped me select the correct wipers for each car. (requiring 4 different wiper blades) after the purchase he offered to install them on my cars. Not only did he accomplish this far faster than I would have struggled with. He was very friendly and Courteous. Great customer service. Thanks.
