Mobile RV Services is an Amazing service. He is an honest business man who cares about his clients. My awning fell off one of the hinges. I was unable to move the rv. Called CoachNet and they couldn t find anyone to come out. Found Mobile RV Services LLC. on Google. He came out on a Sunday when no one else would. He told me Don t worry I ll be there!! His price was fair and did the job with the utmost care. Thanks Scotty!!Service: Body & Trim

Edit to update: Sun State Mobile RV repair showed up and found we had no faulty parts but a blown breaker in a housing by the hydraulic pump that these guys never even looked at. We would have bought 2 parts and waited weeks if we stuck with mobile rv techs LLC.Misdiagnosed our problem as the solenoid initially, then decided it was a different part (slide control module) that was the issue. Went on to tell our warranty provider that we should find somewhere else to help us because they couldn t show anything to prove that their second diagnosis was accurate either. Waste of over a week of our time and a 338 dollar diagnosis service call. We are stuck at a park that has no room for us and is a massive inconvenience. Won t answer our calls just texts back.

I'm blown away by their amazing customer service. We happened to call with an emergency and need help. Despite being overbooked already, they took the time out to help us in pur time of need and I am forever grateful. They honest, priced fairly, and hard working. They will be my first choice for any future needs! Thank you guys for being amazing!

Stay away!! Seems all they do is change parts until they get lucky. I called them regarding a slide out issue. They came out..charged me over $250.00 for a service charge and diagnosis. They ordered a control module and replaced that for another service call plus the cost of the module for $458.00. That did not fix the problem. Scottie decides it needs a new wiring harness. I paid another $214..($79.00 for the cable). They did not show up to install it, so I called. Apparantly Scottie has some anger issues. He started yelling about the bad weather they had in the am, and then stated they had not ordered the part. They then offered to order it, but not deliver it or install it until Monday. My wife and I are supposed to leave on Tuesday for Maggie Valley. Scottie knew this, and that does not give us any time to finish getting the camper ready to go. I ended up calling someone else, and disputing all the charges. FYI: The old control module tested out as being good. I will keep it as a spare.

Scotty was amazing. We were 1,000 + miles away from home and experienced leaks and slide failure in our new to us Entegra - he came out quickly and not only helped with the slide, but identified issues we had missed. Documented our rig failures and proposed solutions. Wonderfully informative and very helpful. Knowledgable and willing to go that extra mile. Called these guys to come service my RV in Gainesville. Sent a message via their website and after hearing nothing, called them only to find out THE ENTIRE STAFF IS OUT ALL WEEK FOR TRAINING!!! You provide emergency service, but yet shut the whole shop down and don't tell anyone or mention it on your website. UNPROFESSIONAL. Most PROFESSIONAL businesses would have had someone covering. UPDATE: Call was on a Monday, not a Sunday. Nice try.

*** update****. 5 weeks later and first time using our travel trailer since repair, water heater doing exact same thing. When I contacted them asking what they had done with a valve to get it going I simply got a response stating how much cheaper they are than chain stores instead of trying to help after paying $472. I have every text with them from the beginning. They gave us a price to fix which we gladly paid, but at the same time expected it to work 5 weeks later. Came-original review- out to our home and got our water heater fixed. Prompt efficient service. Will definitely use again.

Scott and his crew are lifesavers. My family and I rented an RV for my nephews graduation and when the slide out got stuck we were stranded. Scott and his team arrived the next day after we found them On Google and troubleshooted the issue and got us in the rode quickly. Thank you so much Scott!

Initially Scotty was quick to diagnose the problem and get the parts ordered for our repair. Really knowledgeable and professional. UPDATE, on second visit, only brought one of two parts to be replaced. After the fridge didn't work after replacing the first part, he diagnosed it again and said we needed the second part, which he had already diagnosed on the first visit needed to be replaced, and now wanted to charge me for that part, which I thought was included in the first invoice. Then started talking about an area that looked like a coolant leak, that nothing was said about on the first visit. Then he had something to say about the AC heater element, that I told him I had replaced, on the first visit. He told me I had the wires were routed wrong, and I told him I routed them just the way they were routed on the element I replaced. Also, when he was trying to remove the circuit board cover, I was trying to tell him which screws to remove (since I had already removed it), when he was removing the wrong screw, and he rudely said "not to watch him do his work over his shoulder and let him do his job"! On his first visit I was impressed, but after the second visit not so much! I felt like he was just replacing parts until it was fixed. I also found OEM parts online, much cheaper than what they charged me. I would not recommend them to anyone!Service: Electrical

Update: After having the ACs for 1 1/2 months both started acting up. I had only met Scotty once before. He tells me there is a known problem with these ACs and he has me on a special list and will take care of everything. After 5 weeks of run around from him and the office, including a week to get the serial numbers, and him telling me once that my work wasnt important and he had so much work he didnt mind losing some. I call Dometic, they tell me they know nothing about it. I get everything fixed up and they come out and changed them after 2 months. They then leave the old ones in my yard, which they didn't the 1st time and other companies said they never heard of someone leaving old ACs. He refused to come back and get them. Now I have realized he only gave me 1 serial number and according to Dometic it isn't even correct. They say they have no record of them. Scotty also isn't shy to tell you his political views. I have text messages to back up all of this. I would not use or recommend this company to anyone. I am sure he will probably try to deny this, but it's all true.They came out and changed 2 A/Cs and fixed my hot water heater. They were on time and kept great contact. They put in tape to keep air going where it belonged and my camper is now colder than it has ever been. I highly recommend and I would definitely use them again.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Spoke with Scott yesterday about our RV slide issues which prevented us to leave the campgrounds in a timely manner. Scott met my husband late yesterday afternoon to determine what needed to be done. I own a tow company. We received a frantic call from a customer regarding their RV slide that was stuck halfway in.Late in the evening on Memorial Day weekend Scott walked me through fixing their slide. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me diagnose and fix it.Not only we re they able to sleep it operates as it should.This is a great local company that truly cares about its customers.I highly recommend Scott & his team.

Scott and his team of guys are absolutely awesome. They helped me with my 2022 rv Grand Design Solitude. Recently having purchased it from lazy days in Tampa we noticed some leaks from a screw around the 5th wheel hitch. Scott came out and found the leak, which was coming from the roof and resealed the roof seams and water channels. Not only did he fix it but he spent the time to explain to me how I should maintain it moving forward. I highly recommend Scott and his team of professionals

Scotty and his team were amazing. We showed up at our state park and everything was great. 11 hours later we lost all power even though the shore power was good. I called Saturday morning of labor day weekend and he put me on his already very hectic schedule. He showed up at 7:15 pm and had my converter replaced and my lights and AC back on within the hour. It would not have taken that long but his partner had to go back and get the converter (they had it in STOCK!) I can not thank Scotty enough. It was by no means a cheap fix because it was a holiday weekend. However, for the service, care, and honesty I would have paid twice as much.We are full time RV folks and plan on traveling the US. I can assure you we will be back to the Keystone Heights Middleton area again for any routine maintenance on our rig. Honest and Passionate people are hard to come by in the service industry today. Scotty and his team at Mobile RV Services are TOP KNOTCH! Call them today for your RV needs.

I had to get an estimate on damage that my RV had during a storm.I was really impressed with Scottys experience in filing a insurance claim, believe me I wouldn t have been able to do it so smoothly if he was not there educating me on Filing a claim, the estimate that he gave me was very detail on every screw, washer or any other item he had to use in doing the repair, I don t think I would ve got as much of a amount from the insurance company without Scotty s help.The amount of the estimated value of my RV was a lot higher than I expected it to be Thanks to Scotty s experience and knowledge with RVsI would recommend to anyone that needed any type of repair to contact Scotty first before you go to a big RV dealer that would rip you off.In my book mobile RV Services LLCIs the most honest you could ever ask for

Called around to get someone out to service my AC on my RV. I was put back to so many mobile tech that were super high in service. My last attempt was this Mobile RV Service and the gentleman that answered was nice informative and welling to help. I asked if he would come and look at my AC he gave me a price and worked with me on the service and also worked around my work schedule. The tech came to my RV after hours use a super cool tool to diagnose my AC. Unfortunately the AC needs to be replaced and because of the customer service and willing to help this is the company I am having replace my AC. I will recommend this company to all RV owners that I come across.

I could not be more grateful for the services provided by Mobile RV Services. My insurance inspector came to my home to assess the damage to my RV. They came up with a quote for the repairs but I was not satisfied, I wanted a second opinion. I found Mobile RV Services on Google and contacted them. Took them my RV and they found much more damage than the insurance inspector had found. The insurance company ended up totaling my RV. I am so grateful to them and recommend their services. My camper had a dome leak and i needed lapseal immediately. Mobile RV services was heading out to another job, but he graciously waited for me to arrive to supply me with my needs. I recently purchased a class C RV from a consignment that Scotty was handling. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He totally checked the RV and repaired or replaced anything that was needed. He thoroughly explained the operation and functions of the Rv. The following week he came to my home to make an adjustment on my electric step. While he was here he patiently explained or answered any questions I had. Scotty definitely knows what he's doing. He worked me into his schedule right away. He returned on four separate days to ensure that our repairs were completed. He worked on Saturday and Sunday! I highly recommend him for any RV repair.

Scotty came to our travel trailer. The ac and heat would not come on. Scotty was very thorough and checked everything. He is a very knowledgeable person and even has on line videos to help with repairs you can do yourself. I am very happy we called Scotty. These are are efficient and professional. They installed new AC units on my rig and did a full reseal. I couldn't be happier with their work. They answered any and all questions I had as well as some I didn't think to ask. Will be using them for all my repair needs!
