This morning, I brought my car in to this Walmart Car Care Center after I had to leave the Walmart Car Center on 1040 Malabar Rd, because they didn't have any technicians or appointments available to exchange my battery. Well, I'm so glad that I drove the few extra miles to come to this location! It was a TOTALLY different experience and environment. Stevie, the attendant at the counter, was sooo helpful and professional and attended to me right away! Stevie's attitude was pleasant, and he had a great sense of humor. You don't see this often enough. I was in & out in an hour!I left there feeling like a valued customer. Thank you!!! The 1040 Malabar Rd. location needs to take notes!

Palm Bay Auto center will not service you if you don't have an appointment. That's what the guy just told me.So you could be in an emergency towed in from off the highway car smoking and if you don't have an appointment you won't be serviced.I'm an Uber driver I never know where I'm going to be so keeping my car serviced on a regular is a top priority for me and to be denied Auto Care service ridiculous.My maintenance required light is on now. I'm in need of oil change and tire rotation and I was denied service was told earliest appointment next week and that this has been in effect since November 2023.No appointment no Auto service SMH.

Went there to change a battery.Can't expect it to be fast when you arrive like that without any appointment but, it was change and Mike was really nice.!

had a 10am appointment got out at 1...3 hours to change one flat tire. hmmmm other wise I did get it change so there's that.

I ve done my oil change at this location several times. The only thing that I noticed at every visit, is the attitude of some of the employees. Please treat us better. WE ARE HUMAN!

If I could give no stars I would. Advertised as being open at 7am but this is not the case and this isn t the first time this has happened to me.I was here at 745am they were locked up. Drove around tried to find somewhere else for service everyone was booked so I made an appointment for a later date. Decided to drive by and see perhaps if Walmart was open it was 8:19am still closed. Did a few errands figured I m already out let me see if by 9am banker hours they ll be open. Got there at 9:08am they were open walked in and the counter guy tells me he isn t writing up anymore slips till 10am, He only has one tech and they had just opened 5 mins ago!! I proceeded to tell him that I had been waiting around since 745am this morning and that they should have been opened at 7am he told me he has no control of what the website says no auto care technician was available till the one that just came in.I work 1hr and 30mins away. Woke up early to get my car in for its maintenance, as I get off at 1030pm don t get home till 1230am I have no chance to come later during the day. I planned according to them supposedly being open at 7am. I m out 2 hours of sleep and have to drive to work and work a 10 hour shift on heavy machinery feeling tired and frustrated Thanks to Walmarts Auto Center lack of Service.Advice for Auto Center Management plan your scheduling accordingly in case of a call out. Hold your technicians accountable for their scheduled shifts. Or simply change your hours on here to 9am so people like myself and two others I saw there waiting for you to open as well don t lose out on their time due to your lack of technician scheduling.Advice to anyone coming here, just don t bother getting up early likely chance is they won t be open till 9am.

Inexpensive, but the customer service in the auto care center is absolutely horrible. The workers are extremely rude and seem like you are an annoyance to them! Typical of Walmart. I guess you need to pay extra to be treated like a normal human being.

Ordered a couple tires and scheduled to have them mounted. However, the tires arrived separately from each other and my service was cancelled. When I went to pick up the tires it took them 20+ minutes to find them even though they said they were in the store.

The man working check in was rude and did not know how to use his software. Took him 20 minutes to sign me in. He then quoted me 30 minutes for an oil change. I walked to Chick-fil-A for lunch and called back to check on the status of my vehicle an hour and fifteen minutes later. I was informed that there were 5 vehicles in the queue in front of me so they hadn t started. I got my car and left. Awful experience.

The certified Tech team needs help. There are only 4 team members and they are missing an Auto Care Center Manager, according to there poster in the waiting room. Only 2 techs working today. This location needs more than 2 techs to keep up with the customers needing service. Very long wait and that makes for an unpleasant experience for the workers and customers.

I wasn't able to make an appointment for an oil change so I called before I went there and they said the wait shouldn't be long and it wasn't. I've never had anything to complain about from Walmart auto services and I've used it quite a few times. In other words I'm very happy with this service.

The old turtle at the front needs to quit went in for a tire change couldnt look up my vechile and tried to upsell me on the tire after repeatedly telling the specific tire I wanted. No wonder it takes over an hour for the simplest things when you have one person who basiclly does nothing.

I bought tires from Walmart a few years ago. Today I brought it in for wheel rotation and rebalancing. All done for free and no hassles.

Wouldn't send my worst enemy Here. They stripped my lug nut and then expected me to buy a 6-pack of them. Like I said, I wouldn't send my in-laws here..

Terrible Service. My oil was not available and they wanted to charge me an extra ten dollars to take it off the shelf to use. Two managers turned me down...one must have been from NY. They lost a customer. The Wickham location was amazing...Night and Day.

Prompt services without prior reservation. Have had (on separate occasions) my oil and filter changed, tires rotated/mounted/aligned, all at decent prices and within 1-2 hours.

Good knowledgeable techs at the tire department. They didn't try and rip me off or upsell me. I got a really good deal on 85,000 mile tires. Very happy i got my tires from here.

If you go at the right time then they have u covered. I waited less than 45 minutes for an oil change. In addition every member of the staff is more than happy to accommodate any questions or concerns.

Fast service; easy in, easy out for two new tires. Great prices as well. No nonsense tire shop employees quickly helped me find something in my price range. Will use again!

I went for an oil change and I asked for the Mobile1. Without asking me they used the PENN SYN oil and as I was paying they said, "oh it's just the same. It won't hurt your car". I shouldn't have paid!!! And these two employees are the blonde older woman and a tall guy with a mustache. They seem to always be there. Shame on them for not caring about their customer!

Great prices, horrible service! My car calls for 5w30 oil however per my receipt they placed 5w20. When asked about it was told that it must have just been a typo. The paperwork also states that a vacuum was completed (which is inclusive of the services I requested)however no vacuum touched even a piece of my car. Although prices are great, service is bad, they are full of excuses and they can t seem to be trusted.

One of the best experiences I have had at a Walmart Auto Center. Deanne was a huge help with correcting wrong car information and just an excellent knowledgeable employee in general. Not a long wait time and the service was fast and efficient.

Went in for a oil change on a saturday noon and i was told there is a 2 hours wait time. Asked if they take appointments and the answer was no. So came back early in the morning sunday to get the oil change done. 32 person already were on line for the door to open. The door opened and there was only one rep in duty and it took more than 30 minutes just to take my car in for the service . I was told they do only fully synthetic for Honda accord 2011 and charged me 50 dollars for the standard oil change that is supposed to come with interior vacuum. Work was completed in 45 minutes. they have done vacuum only for the front seats. They washed only the windshield like we normally do in any gas stations, checked the air pressure. A very disappointing experience from Walmart. Pls avoid at any cost

Just went to Walmart Tire & Lube to do a simple tire patch repair on my rear left tire ... 2nd time doing this in about 3 years. First time was pleasant but this time was the complete opposite. They brought in the car. Later the cashier called me to say that the tire thread is too low (less than 2/32") and that I needed new tires, which I strongly disagreed because my last oil change record (<1 month ago) showed that my tires were all even at 4/32". So, I flat out told him that I am not going to buy new tires, and he said that he will have the mechanic return the car. During checkout the service manager had me sign an acknowledgement document [liability clause I think] that ALL tires were less than 2/32" thread and gave me a tire quote for the cheapest set of 4 new tires ($435) for reference. I left feeling like they copped out of the job and tried misleading me to buy new tires [too early] and spend more.So, I went down the street to Midas. The mechanics measured the thread of affected tire to be 4/32". Although, they advised me to plan for a new set of tires they were able to repair the leak without issues.Shame on you Walmart Tire. Shame on you!
