Got a brake job done there, fast professional work with a price that can not be beat, Vlad and his team are definitely masters of their craft, they even build custom simulators to enhance your driving skills on and off the track.

Great experience at Vlad s. I had tired of the exorbitant pricing at the Mercedes dealer and was recommended to Vlad s by a neighbor with the same vehicle I have. In the last 2 years I had taken my 2020 Mercedes E350 to the dealer for regular maintenance (which I would see as an oil change and top off my fluids), my first visit was with 4,000 miles the charge was over $600, and they replaced my wiper blades unnecessarily for $70, the next year with 10,000 miles they quoted me over $1,000, I told them I just wanted an oil change and they said they could get that price down to $350 but they wouldn t be able to perform all the other services. This year I went to Vlad s with 17,000 miles, loved their approach, they called me back with some suggestions and I was out of there including their 21 point inspection and a tire rotation for less than half the Mercedes quote. If you actually care about not throwing your money away give Vlad s a try.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I m not sure why there are one star reviews. I used Vlad s many times I when I worked in Melbourne - and every time it was exceptional. Family owned and run business and all of them were more than accommodating and professional. The work was completed correctly each time, and I was very pleased. They even drove me to and from my job site one time because I was in a bind. The people I see complaining here seem a bit off the mark. Naturally pricing is a bit higher than if you go to some run of the mill place because this shop is specialized in European vehicles and believe in not using OEm parts. That should be expected when driving a vehicle of this type. Five stars!!!

I've made a lot of good financial decisions in order to afford my dream car, a Ferrari, at age 30. Taking my Ferrari to Vlad's Autobahn for work was the worst decision I've ever made.I dropped off my car in May 2022, Vlad's quoted $10k and a month. After 9 months, I picked up my car and paid Vlad $35k. The car still had a suspension light, engine light, SLOW DOWN light, and the convertible top didn't work as expected.He spent 9 months asking for more money, to do more services, to buy more parts, until I finally said no. His final ask was to replace the variator, a part that rarely goes bad in this car. He said the variator was the issue that was causing a timing engine code. Vlad had done the timing belt service and said he did it correctly, and wanted $5,800 more for the variator replacement.I finally picked up my car and got a second opinion, the 2nd shop's opinion was that the timing was done incorrectly. I got a 3rd opinion, and they also said the timing was done incorrectly, and that the previous shop either didn't replace the belts (which I paid for), or installed a used belt. This is very possible, since Vlad had 2 other Ferrari 360s in his shop at the time, I wouldn't be surprised if he just pulled parts from another car and put them on mine. This final shop, the Ferrari Palm Beach, ended up fixed the timing that Vlad broke.Another complaint for this shop is about the transmission - I told him that it had trouble shifting into 2nd. He sends me a quote a few weeks later for 10 hours and $10k of parts to rebuild it, as it is already disassembled. I agree to it, then when I finally pick up the car he has doubled the transmission quote to 20 hours without informing me. When I picked up the car and drove it, it still couldn't get into 2nd gear easily. Turns out the actual fix was a $50 shift bushing, not the tons of labor and parts he threw at it on my dime. This shows extreme incompetence when diagnosing a solution.A final complaint is that I paid for the convertible top to be fixed, as it had a sag in the middle. This service was about $2,000. A few weeks after picking up my car from Vlad's the convertible top stopped working altogether (the hydraulics which were rebuilt at Vlad's burst open) and the A/C has also stopped working, though I'm not sure if the A/C issue is the fault of this shop.Overall, the younger Vlad did some things correctly, like a clutch replacement, steering rack, and oil change (although I've heard he has overfilled other Ferraris on oil changes). I spent almost $40,000 at this shop and still didn't have all the issues he claimed to fix completed. I think he is a not great mechanic with a nice shop and fancy cars, but is unqualified to handle large car projects.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I have been at Vlad's three times. Every time was exceptional experience as a customer and vehicle owner. Staff is professional, informative, courteous (not sure what the other one-stars are about in other ratings) but I am with the majority. This is THE place if you want quality service, high competency and reasonable rates. You get what you pay for, and for my investment in my vehicle, I want the best.Service: Oil change

Called up to ask a hypothetical question. Ended up speaking with the owner for a little bit. Super knowledgeable and very helpful. Gave some great advice on what I should do. Will be bringing my Porsche here for service and upgrade.The shop is stacked with beautiful cars from all over the east coast of the country that come to Vlad for his boutique touch and vast knowledge.

Took my car here after someone with the same car as me recommended them and they not only had cheaper prices than everyone else they actually billed me less than original quote we are very happy with Vlad's work and we will continue to go here in the future

I love this shop. The owners are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. It s refreshing to still find a reputable auto repair shop that s fair like Vlads. They deal with exotic cars as well. My first time I came I was treated with a tour of the shop to see what they are all about. Make this your shop

Vlad's Autobahn is the place to go for your collector, foreign, race or specialty cars. They have many years of experience and pay close attention to details. They may be a bit expensive, and have a long wait for your daily ride, but you can trust them to take excellent care of your specialty vehicle.

Got my Audi serviced at Vlad's Autobahn, have never felt so welcomed and comfortable. Vlad's is very honest about their pricing and does not pressure you into performing any services you don't need. All my Audi services will be done here in the future, so very glad I found this place!

Exceptional service!!! Vlad gives you personal attention and my car is in good hands now. Moving from Orlando and using same Euro shop for over 8 years it's a bit unsettling to find new shop, but I'm beyond impressed! My Mercedes is quite pleased as am I! My husband is taking his BMW M3 next! Thanks guys!!!

So I took my car here for service because I had heard good things about this place and I didn t want to take my car to Melbourne BMW because I ve had a couple of bad experiences there. Anyway the estimate I was given for the repair was $300, which I m not saying is unreasonable, however I decided to not to get the service done that day. So when I pick up my car I m told that s $140! To diagnose my car? I mean had I gotten the service done would I have still been charged the $140? I guess I should have said yes because now I ve already paid half! I wish I would have known about the diagnostic fee beforehand.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I was new in town and learned about this shop by word of mouth. These guys really know what they're doing and I love to visit with them when we bring them one of the cars. This is a true Mom and Pop shop but with all of the best features of high dollar shops I've been to, They are also very tenacious about finding problems. Young Vlad loves what he does and it shows.

I was referred to Vlads for a window issue on my VW. It is kind of an emergency because we are supposed to have rain tomorrow and my window won't go up. From the first meeting of the young owner, I felt completely at home and then I met his dog Mercedes and was in love with the place. I was offered coffee and fresh baked pound cake (still warm!) made by his mother, who works there as well. I had to leave my car there and was offered a ride home. They were able to get the part and squeeze me in even though they were 3 weeks out on appts!! What a great experience! So happy to have found my new service place! Thank you, Vlad Jr and Linda!!

If you feel like getting ripped off; then by all means, go to Vlads Autobahn.Here's my story....you decide. Dropped off the vehicle. Lady working there said she would call the next day with an estimate, and that the charge would be $120 for the vehicle inspection before any repairs would be made.They never called the next day, then we went into the Christmas holiday. After Christmas, I called and they still did not yet even look at the vehicle. Plus, the lady didn't even know what car I was talking about after I gave my name and gave the year and make of the vehicle. I Called again after New Years. Lady said she left 2 messages for me...never received any messages. They had the vehicle for 2 weeks. When I went to pick up the vehicle; the lady wanted to charge me over $300. She said that I ordered an oil change, too (which I did not), and that the oil change was $180...when I balked at that price; she reduced the oil change to $120. We had a verbal argument inside, over that amount for the oil change, in which the son and husband came out; told me and my wife to get out and off of their property. The son even challenged me to come 'in the back' of the shop for a physical fight. Then, they all followed us outside where the son gave us the middle finger. In the end, they DO NOT honor their quotes, do not contact you in reasonable time, and gouge patrons on charges. I would never go there again or recommend them to anyone. I would not even give them 1/2 of a star, but had to give 1 star to get this review posted.

I brought my Mercedes sl500 to Vlads Autobahn located in Melbourne Fl because my convertible top was stuck in the open position. I was approached by the mother and an arrogant son (owner). Their approach was condescending, rude and unprofessional. Both treated me like I was beneath them and made it a point to let me know I now nothing about my car. The owner and mother oproceeded to paint the darkest picture on the terrible car I had and all the future troubles ahead that weren t even related to my issue, they were dismissive and uncomfortable to engage. They charged me 140.00 for 15 mins of work to manually raise the top. They were secretive and not forthcoming of what the issue could be with their condescending overtones. I left with pleasure and conducted my own research about this establishment because I was shocked!! This is a 100,000.00 automobile and I was simply asking consumer based questions, the response was snickering and rudeness. After conducting the research I wasn t surprised, customers actually said the same two people (owners) used profanity and threw them out of the business, wow. I made the mistake of posting this review on their website yesterday, but I guess you what your dealing with when they remove the truthful reviews, my hope is that no one else is exposed to this egregious behavior so I had to re-post it on google. Vlads Autobahn did an excellent job fixing my CL 63 AMG which when originally quoted to be fixed by my local Mercedes dealership was more than TWICE, yes twice the amount Vlads fixed it for. I am stunned! This is a family business good people, clean place, professional and exceeded my expectations in cost, service, attention and professionalism. I highly recommend the service here.

I have been going to Vlad's Autobahn for several years now . This is a mom and pop shop . The care , attention to detail and quality of work along with great prices , NOT THE EXAGGERATED DEALER PRICES is the reason i only go there . I own two 2010 maserati granturismos convertible . Had the engine gasket both top and bottom change at a low price compare to the quote the dealer had given me . Had the glass reglued on the right side mirror. dealer price over 1000 . Vlads under 100 . the quality of work . Vlad junior is knowledgeable and knows alot about cars and and even motorcycles . His honesty is refreshing to find in the auto car repair business .Vlad senior and linda make you feel as part of their family . Their attention to detail , the honesty with the services and pricing makes this a shop i highly recommend .

DONT DO IT!!! Car spent a total of 10hrs in their possession. Bill was 60% more than quoted and problem wasn't fixed or diagnosed. Took it to dealership to get properly diagnosed and called Vlad Jr. to see if he could quote repair. No call back. I hear good things about their mechanic and my short time speaking with him he seemed knowledable and knows how to speak with customers. And the work he was given time to accomplish by Vlad Jr. was good.Unfortunately, he's not the front man of the operation. Vlad Jr's way of dealing with customers is to blame them for his lack of planning, time management, and expertise at their expense. Maybe he's too busy to care but continued treatment of his customers this way and that problem will solve itself. Can't wait for his snarky customer blaming response to follow this. It's just a preview of what you get when you go there.Also important to note: told me he got the wiring kit for $100 and charged me $243 for it. So his customers should know he marks up parts 140%And references to my attitude below are because when someone tells me it's a few hour job at a certain estimate and ends up being an incomplete job 10 hrs later and 60% over estimate. I get a little cranky.

Terrible place ever.I had problem with overheating issue.I just bought my car from auction and explaned them if this car has big issues I can return this car to auction.After that they checked it and called me and told me you have to replace water pump and that s it.966 $ total price included termostat and water pump oem by warranty.I asked any big another issue and they told me NO.After couple of days I came and paid 966 $.This guy told me your car has a lot of issues.I couldn t explain him why you are telling me now about it?Bacause you replaced some parts and I have to pay 966 $.Anyway I decided to keep this car and resolve issues step by step.After 20 minutes when we left it cames again overheating problem.I called him and said we are coming to you,because same problem we have.He said:Not come to me,only by appointment!!!Whattt???Are you kidding me?I just left.He said you had next appointment on 5 july.Hey....But this is your fault I said,because same problem with overheating.He said only by appointment!!!After that I vent to BMW service.They checked and told me your problem is water pump!!!You have to replace it.I explained them I just replaced it in Vlad Autobahn.BMW told me maybe Vlad used aftermarket part maybe used parts or something but your problem is water pump.BMW service called to Vlad and asked where did you buy this waterpump?If you bought from us we will replace it free for customer.But Vlad didn t buy any parts from BMW service.I decided to call to Vlad and asked about new appointment time till 5 july but he told me NO Only by appointment!!!!I told him ok I will come on 5 july but you will loose your customer.He told me ok,you can t come to me never ever.I isked heyyyy what about warranty?He said this is your problem.I don t like our communication and go ahead to......I explained him I will go to small claims court and you will lose.He didn t care about this.I highly don t recommended this horrible place.This guy Vlad uncultured person and he don t care about customer.Also BMW service s prices less than about 10% !!! Forget about this place and you wouldn t have any headache anymore.

I did not think anyone would compare to my last BMW service and repair place in ATL, but these folks are amazing. They don't nickel and dime you like the dealer. If you are having issues with your Bimmer, I highly recommend you give them a try before heading to a dealer.

Exceptional service and customer service. Told me upfront how long it might take to diagnose the problem and find a fix. Completely met my expectations and fixed a problem no other shop in town could figure out. If you have a German car, there's no other place in town you should take it. Vlad is your man!!

I was hesitant to write about this place but Not sure what happened with this place. They used to take pride in customer service which kept me coming back now it is a different story, not sure if its because they feel customers are replaceable because the shop is so busy but there are a couple of new shops that have opened in the area where we now have choices. They lost this customer. Advise you to look for different shops. Avoid dealing with the mother at all possible, she has an attitude problem. I was a customer for YEARS but the last couple of visits, I had to deal with her and she is the main reason why I have taken my business elsewhere. The first time she had an attitude, I thought it was just a bad day, but after the 4th dealing with her attitude, enough is enough. I highly recommend going to a different shop for easier dealings and better interaction.

took my 2010 maserati granturismo c to Vlad's autobahn . I was amazed at quality of their work , HONESTY and prices . they beat and exceed dealers prices , quality and attention to detail . I highly recommend Vlad's to maserati owners and all high end vehicle owners . The family own and operated business is top notch . you will get a warm smile from linda and a courteous , honest and knowledgeable service from service from Vlad senior and junior . . highly recommended .

they didn't just put the wrong oil in my car but they charged me double for what it worth!! "special oil" My car is a m3 and only takes a certain kind of oil. Yes but normal synthetic isn't the "special oil" it needs. They don't care about your car just your money.

I would rather go nowhere else than the vlad's Autobahn. I've been going there for years and have never had any problems. They take care of their customers. And I will keep going there. I give them 5 stars
