Recently discovered that this dealership lied to me about performing an URGENT brake recall about a year ago. The recall should've been performed my updating the DME software. Upon recent inspection it was found that the DME version was a pre-recall one, meaning the dealership did not perform it.Originally when I took my car in, I was a bit skeptical about the recall not being performed, so I called them right after and asked. They guaranteed that everything was updated, so I originally took their word. Little did I know they were lying to my face.I'll never go back to this dealership for any service or recall. Stay away from this dealer if you have any safety recalls, they probably won't do it!

I have been coming here for years. Lately, when I visit to get my car serviced it takes over 5 hours for just a simple service of a tire rotation, oil change, and new brake pads installed. It's very frustrating and makes no sense. Hopefully, they will bring back the speedy service they use to provide.

Took my car for tire rotation...when I got home the rims were all chewed up where they had removed the lugnuts...and the valve stems were missing...what terrible service...

This dealership made me so upset, not going into details about it , trust me I said enough in shop . but I will no longer be going there , and I have had four Toyota cars from them . nobody even had decency to call me about the issue they just didn t care , sad customer service skills .

Thank you to the service department for going above in trying to get me my warranty service on my vehicle. Even with me coming in early AF and upset, the service manager, Kenny Lopez was really great to work with from start to finish. Because of the way he treated me, I was able to keep my cool. I m so grateful for his understand and the way he explained things to me without being condescending. My service advisor, Chad, was soooo communicative. Toyota as a whole has been such a great experience. I ve had little bumps along the way but it s all been ironed out. Thank you Service, I appreciate the help!

Called to schedule an appointment. Raquel hung up on me. The second representative was rude and seemed bothered that I called. I'll go elsewhere.

My mom needed a key for her car, so naturally we went to the dealership. When I got there, I waited for a minute or 2, no big deal ( the reps looked like none of them wanted to be at work). When I was finally acknowledged, I explained to the customer service representative what I needed, she guided me to parts area, arrived at parts explained what I needed. The parts person was very friendly and warm. Once I ordered the part that was needed I was sent back to the services aera to make an appointment program the key. The front desk rep sent me to the 1st service rep he was busy, the 2nd attempt was a fail the 3rd rep looked like he was counseling another rep who was lying on his couch after talking with him, I realized I just wasted precious time that I couldn't get back . I had to come back a day later to program the key. Overall, Every one that I met outside of the service department, was warm, friendly and felt like they wanted to be at work, which gave me a positive & welcoming feel.

Make an appointment ahead of time. Friendly intake to service department. Comfortable waiting areas (a little dated, worn). Complimentary water, coffee...good communication about vehicle service requirements and needs.

I was in and out in under a hour even with a wash. Honestly, though it was the fastest I've seen them so it. Normally it's 90 minutes for an oil change and wash. They did stop the service where they picked up your car, did the service, then delivered it back. They said they are under new management. They normally do a great job. I've been seeing them for 10 years with 3 different cars I bought from their sales department.

Truly a team of superstars! Wanna feel at ease when dropping off your car, this is absolutely the place!! The service advisor Chad can explain to you the why's, and completely have you feeling confident about your appointment. Superstar staff across the board 2023 still shining even brighter!! Don't forget to ask for Chad, he'll never disappoint!!

Came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection. I was in and out in 30 minutes!! My advisor , Dino was very nice!

Recently had my SUV serviced and it was the worst experience I ve ever had from a dealer service department. The service statement said they performed a multipoint inspection but they did not give me a report. When I asked for a report I was given a blank report form. The statement said they recommended an alignment, but that I declined it. The truth is I was never told I needed an alignment. When I dropped off the vehicle in the morning I was told I may need knew tires and that they would be given a quote for new tires. I did not get a quote until after I asked for it at pick up time, then had to stand around and wait for them to make some calls and scribble a quote on note paper.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Went in for 24 month service. Car returned quickly so I checked invoice (covered by warranty). Found that they had only performed inspection with no oil change. I went back in and pointed out oil change was due and they then performed it. If I had not checked the old oil and filter would have still been in car.

Superior service and awesome Customer Service staff!There was some confusion as to my appointment, but George was able to fit me in so that my trip there was not wasted. This Toyota location is my "Go To" place for servicing. My Tacoma. Good job everyone!

Really proud of the drive Mick Fields has! He didnt give up on getting us into a new vehicle for the best price. After a week of going back and fourth on different vehicle ideas, he pulled through with an amazing truck! Really satisfied with his customer service and the experience he provided us overall was simply excellent. Highly recommend this location but specifically with Mick! Thanks again!

I've had to pull in without an appointment and these guy's took me with no hesitation. This dealership is honest, friendly with gr8 prices. They don't tell you you need work done when you DON'T.I used to go to another Toyota place where I found them dishonest,It's worth my drive going here.Jeep it up guys gr8 customer service

They have foreseen several service requirements on my 15 year old Tacoma. Provide straightforward service advice. Prices are not low but seem reasonable. Service reps are not pushy and are always courteous and helpful. Have taken my truck here for service since I purchased it new.

If I could rate 0 stars I would.Service advisors try to snowball repair services and charge you the most they possibly can for small issues.2 examples:I asked to have my transmission service done. They charged me $300 to take out the drain nut and pump new fluid in. Within a month my check engine light was on back up to the dealership to pay them to pull codes. My transmission shift solenoid was bad. Most likely from material blocking it from the undrained old fluid they didn t get when they flushed it.They told me instead of replacing a $150 solenoid, they wanted me to replace my entire transmission ($7700), took it elsewhere and replaced the solenoid. Drives and shifts better than ever. They Wouldn t even take the time to rule out an electrical issue.Next, my check engine light comes out. I take it in, $155+tax to put the code reader on it.Shows my egr(exhaust gas recirculation) system is bad - a non critical system. Instead of replacing the part that s bad that costs a few hundred dollars, they want $3225 and want to replace the entire system. The vehicle is out in limo mode when this error comes up - advisor tells me that the problem is why I ll lose the ability to accelerate -.-They treat you like you don t understand the vehicle and try to convince you to spend the most amount they can. Overpriced dishonest services and I won t bring my vehicle back.

If only they'd let you explain what's wrong with your vehicle instead of making you feel like you know nothing about vehicles, that's why you brought it to them. I mean I was waiting in line just last week when I watched a fresh-mouthed employee almost get 'worked' because he basically told a customer that his opinion didn't matter about HIS OWN VEHICLE and then proceeded to argue with this same customer. I honestly think the mechanics/technicians there are incompetent.

First time visit. Took my Camry in for an oil change. Friendly service guys. I've never used the dealer, after purchasing a vehicle, for the vehicle maintenance. Mind you, there was a time where they didn't offer these new, "free car maintenance" programs they offer now a days. Besides, I didn't purchase my car brand new nor from Toyota of Melbourne. I always had the assumption that dealers were more expensive and were just, 'out to get you'. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the oil change (just as competitive as other auto maintenance shops) and there was no pressure. Great facility and waiting area(s)! I think I'll be giving them more of my car car business.

I have been contacted and they state they will cover the service for free now.i have a RAV4 2019, 38k miles, brought my car for service which i bought brand new 2 years ago. The roof rack is leaking into the head liner. they quoted me 4500$ and said tough luck for me that I don't have that kind of money laying around. (2k out of warranty, but took me 2 weeks for an appt). Toyota refused to provide any help. it is a known problem with RAV4 and a lot of people have had the same problem. I have never used the roof rack and purchased an extended warranty. I have NNEVER had a good service experience at Toyota of Melbourne the entire time I've had my car. I will never buy another Toyota.
