I had a really good experience with tire shop. I called in the morning, they were very helpful on the phone and they are bilingual English and Spanish. They told me the price and guide me through it. They also allowed me to walk in without an appointment. I drove there and they immediately checked me in and switch my tires in less than 5 minutes. I was also very surprised the owner itself fixed my car and gave me some good piece of advice regarding my vehicle from his knowledge. I always value that, cause there is nothing could defeat the voice of experience. Also you can tell immediately that this place is a family owner business and not a franchise where customers tent to become just a number. Five Stars to Fernandez for his help today and I will be bringing my vehicles to this place anytime I need it. They do Service, Breaks, Tires, etc.Thanks

Great experience here. Fast service and friendly staff. Did my brake pads while I was swapping out tires there too. Everything was very affordable

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT go here for your used tires!! They do not thoroughly inspect tires, all they look for is tread and not for signs of dry rot. I almost got in an accident on the highway due to this and owner responded not my problem There s tread do not go here, your safety is not their priority.

I brought my truck in to get a lift put on my truck. After getting my truck back I noticed a warning light on for my brakes. The brake line was not reinstalled properly and a make shift clamp was put on the brake line which now leaks. I brought the truck back twice to get this fixed and my truck sat in the parking lot. I now have to take my truck to another shop and pay for it to get fixed properly. It s going to cost me a couple hundred dollars and the fact my truck is driving on a bad leaking brake li e and could injure myself or someone else doesn t seem to be a concern to the mechanic who did the lift. I gave multiple chances for them to fix this safety issue and I am very disappointed in the lack of concern

I called 5 mins before I came and asked if it was busy, they said it was actually rather slow and it wouldn t take long. I have been waiting for 20 mins and am still waiting for an open space but I can t go anywhere because my tire is bald and flat. Could ve legged it to another tire shop since they re so busy but I m here now and stuck

This doesn t speak on the quality of work or knowledge they have. But more of the price gouging, not sure if it s because I m a young kid and figured I didn t know anything about cars. Just going in there the other day needing to get my rotors and brakes fixed. They charged me nearly $700 to get them fixed, assuming that because it was very pricey it would have been for front and back. Which I thought was a lot still but based on reference I figured it was worth it. I go in today Just to come in and find out they charged nearly $700 for only the front brakes and rotors. These were easily a $280-$300 dollar job. I didn t bother to get angry or anything, I just explained the confusion and why it was so much. Obviously nothing I can do the work is done. Again I don t know if it s because that s their pricing or just wanting to take advantage of a young kid. I m just very disappointed after being referenced to them from a few of my dads friends. They would take advantage of anyone they can. I can assure you after this me and my family will not be coming back ever again. And I advise everyone to call and get a price quote from other shops before choosing the shop you are going to. Especially the tire shop Fernando.

Service was awesome and quick! I have been to all the tire places in the area and this place is good, reasonable prices, 3 guys working as a team to get you moving fast, and back on the road, I don't see why there's negative reviews, other shops over charge you and definitely aren't open on Sundays, that's a big plus! Keep up the great work guys!

Got this tire yesterday, today tread separated on the highway. Side blew out and damaged my rim stopping and pulling it off the lane. I ll never trust them again

I got a tire from them Saturday by Thursday my tire was showing thread. I went back up there for them to fix the problem n the owner was giving me problems. He didn t want to give me a new tire acting as if it was car alignment fault. He called his mechanic over n the mechanic told him that it was not my car but the tire. So he had no choice but to fix the problproblem he told me to never bring my car back there like it was my fault they put a bad tire on my car. Good thing I didn t plan returning for any more of there service.

Have been here about 8xs for multiple reasons. Oil change I had done, they think because I'm a woman. I have no clue about it. I work for dealerships and techs all day long. They were fast, a little too fast on the oil change. I was like well did you give me a new filter and not over tighten it. Quick oil change. Also, I had a screw in my tire 2xs. They hooked me up. Quick service. Okay, on pricing.

Had to leave a review. Its Sunday. My wife had a flat tire. (Front left). Went to 3 other shops and none would work on the small puncture because I had used Fix-a-Flat inorder to get her moving. Fernandez Tire worked on it immediately. Afterwards, they refused to charge her for the 20 min. of work. They went out of their way, so I am driving down there now with a $20 bill and flowers for the lady (his wife?) that was working the counter.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I spent $300 to get an alignment done and plug my tire as well as an oil change. My alignment is still messed up with my van still shaking and drifting off to the right. The tire is still losing air and I have to fill it up everyday. I told them I was going on a business trip so I need the van ready for the road. I have called MULTIPLE TIMES FOR 4 DAYS and no one will answer my call. I would just show back up there but I can t because I had to leave out of town for work. This place will take your hard earned money and run!! If I could give zero star I would!

Tire really really bad. I got there 5 minutes before they close. Very friendly very fast. I have you recommend them if you need a used tire on. I will be going back for two more

Got 3 tires, 1 was filled with fix a flat and plugged,off his own truck!!!!!, he said it s a good tire, took about an hour to realize it s not, took it to another shop to have the plug and fix a flat removed! Also super out of balance had to balance all the tires, turns out too many weights . No such thing as a good deal or an honest shop. Be aware!!!!!! Serviced on June 22- blue dodge - fyi .

Awful service. Got two used tires and had to go back three more times afterwards because the tires still leaked air then they tried charge me after coming the 4th time.

Got oil changed yesterday and it was two quarts over. They didn't change my oil filter. Then when I called and calmly stated what had happened they immediately hung up on me. Not good people.

I called 15 mins before closing to see if I could have a new tire mounted, it was already off the car so they said to come in anyway and they would get it done. The shop was pretty disorganized but I was greeted right away and they took care of me. Got a good used tire for a great price and I was out of there in 10 mins. Make sure you enter from the US-1 side because the Sarno side is employee only.

I really hate to give them a negative review because they are such nice guys. Having said that, my son bought a used tire here, they put it on and not long after it was flat, I went back and they did make it right, they put s better tire on than a couple months later my son bought 2 used tires here for me and evidently they were no good because light came on saying low air, I will not be going back

Tried to scam me by installing a tire that was too thin and over-inflating it so the bead would fit.Then, charged me more to get that one removed and replaced with the proper tire, and in the process, dropped my wheel face down onto rocks (why are there rocks outside?), scuffing up and damaging my wheel and cracking my center cap.

If there were more stars I would give them all to this place. We were coming off of a seven hour drive, car shaking and realized it may be a tire issue. Ivan walked over address me politely and promptly. Check my situation and showed me where the problem was located, gave me a solution and the pricing was extremely good. The service was great from pulling in the parking lot all the way till the paying process. Smooth, fast GREAT SERVICE. Great for people traveling and looking for a trustworthy service for their vehicles. Thanks Ivan and Freddy and also the young lady who took our payment and run the office.

Excellent fast service! I came in no appointment on labor day morning and was helped immediately hand 2 tires installed and was on my way home in less than 30 min. The friendly informative staff helped diagnose an alignment problem I was having (new to me car). I will definitely do all of my further business here.

I ve been going to this location off and on for around 30 years never had a problem nice people good service now it s owned by this shady Fernandez guy. I decide to take my 2021 Camry there for an oil change since I m very busy and didn t want to wait at the dealer. Next day my low oil message comes on I stop look under my car and oil is dripping out. I check my oil and it s empty so I go back there. He tells me the filter is right one puts more oil in. Next day same thing my car is out of oil. I take it back to the dealer they tell me he used wrong filter and on top of that he didn t replace the plastic splash guard that costs 350 bucks to replace. I go back there he tells me he did nothing wrong and the dealer must of lost the splash guard. So now I have oil all over my condo parking lot and a missing splash guard. I ll never go there again and be warned if you do.

Not a bad place to get a used tire. Specially when it's a last minute thing. The technician that attended me there advised me to get new tires. Which is the standard operating procedure when a customer arrives. But all I needed was to either patch up a tire or replace it with another. Given the cracks on the side wall of the tire, I opted to get a used replacement. What I noticed is that the technicians don't provide customers with a price chart of the different services they can provide. Nor prices on their sales of tires. They did take the bad tire and replaced it with another used tire, but did let me know in advance on how much the cost would be. Lucky for me it was only $60. But going forward, they should provide training for their staff on customers service skills like customer comunication. A good busines must show that they are committed to the customers satisfaction. Which makes for a customer to come back for more of their service.

These guys are great!!!!! Excellent speedy service and great tire prices. I bought a really nice pair of used 225/40/19 at a really good price. They are Super Friendly and in my opinion the perfect place for new and high quality used tires. This was my second time going to Fernandez Tires. I Highly recommend them.Thank you guys!!

Stopped in for a plug for a small leak. They tried pressuring me into buying 4 used tires. All my tires have plenty of tread left and only 1 needed a plug. They told me $20 (I knew this was high, but just wanted it fixed) I was insistent that they just plug it. They took off the tire and "plugged" it. Then they told me $30! My small (plugged) leak was flat by the end of the day! Instead of plugging it, they made the hole bigger!!! Maybe they thought I'd come back and buy tires from them?? Nope, I bought just the 1 tire from someplace else. Never going back to these crooks again!

They somehow installed a tire that didn't match my wheel specs which should have been obvious when they attempted the install, making me think they did it intentionally. When I told them and requested a fix, they said they could only replace it with a new tire which more than doubled the cost of the service they originally agreed to do. Everything up until this point I was willing to forgive.Then, in doing so, they dropped my wheel face down on the lug nuts which were on raw asphalt, chipping and scuffing the paint and cracking the center cap. Then I also found out they also included hidden fees, charging me more than they said they were.I am not happy with the service I received from Tire Shop Fernandez. Go somewhere that takes pride in their work, even if it's more expensive.
