These guys are super efficient and friendly. We always have a great experience when we come here. Dave and Max especially have gone out of their way to lock down superior customer service. The best compliment is that my wife will not use anyone else for tires, brakes, or oil changes .even though we don t even live in Melbourne any more. Plus the prices are always very reasonable. Five stars.

Megan and Dave were fantastic. My Mom had a tough fix on her car and they both communicated well with us and worked hard to get her car this fixed under her budget. Car works great now! Thank you. We will be back.

Offered a great price for my brake pads to be replaced, brake fluid flush, brake rotors replacement, and filter change so I decided to have all of it taken care of. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom off West New Haven Ave.

I was in desperate need of four new tires on my older vehicle, and I m on a serious budget (being a young mother of toddlers). Originally i spoke with a call-center employee by the name of EDWARD M , who made the process so smooth, educational, and he was able to put me at ease with my lack of knowledge and fear of overpaying due to said lack of car lingo . He not only got me the best price compared to 8 other companies, but he further lowered it by granting me a new customer coupon - which I didn t know even existed! Such a nice man.Then I had to adjust my appointment and spoke with AUBREY - who spoke to me with such empathy and respect. She went out of her way, using her personal resources (outside of what the company provides) to ensure I was able to have every need met in regards to the precious cargo my lil old lady car transports.Pleased is an understatement- 10/10 recommend. And these two employees deserve a gold star and a raises!

They are so professional. Their prices are nice and they work quickly and efficiently. I had all 4 tires replaced and my oil changed and they had my car ready for pick up in 2 hours. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Needed a screw removed and plug or patch, I asked for a plug. They put it on the lift, removed the screw and told me that the patch would be a better choice for where the hole was in the tire. They also said since they had agreed to a plug, that they would do the more expensive patch for the price of the plug. I offered to pay the difference, but they said no, just pay for the plug. Also they were efficient and honest. Happy with their customer service and speed.

I walked in today, which is Tuesday, and immediately greeted warmly. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness that was shown to me at this location. My tire pressure light has been going off, and I stopped in to get it looked at. They fixed it quickly, and I was on my way! Thank you guys so much for making this a great day!

This is my go to place for repairs and service with a smile at good prices! Today Dave at front desk was super helpful, fixed my tire quickly and super friendly.Highly recommend this particular tire kingdom, have had same great experience with all of them, but this location is for sure awesome!!

Traveling home from a Thanksgiving family reunion our car developed a severe vibration and we just made it to this Tire Kingdom. They immediately diagnosed the problem as tread separation on a rear tire. They had a comparable tire to the other 3 at a very reasonable price. The entire process from arrival to back on the road was about 30 minutes! The remaining 200 miles was a very smooth ride!I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the Tire Kingdom staff and highly recommend them!

Customer service was 10 out of 10! I would highly recommend this Tire Kingdom. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. Rich the manager was very professional and took the time to explain all of my options. It made the process so much easier than I anticipated. This store was efficient and thorough and really went out of their way to accommodate me. I will be taking my SUV back for any routine maintenance it needs.

I have been here several times for tire rotations and replacing tires and they have been great. Warned me when my brakes needed to be changed. They are quick, knowledgable, and nice to customers. I will be coming back when maintenance is needed.

I truly appreciate the professionalism they showed my son and I in an emergency. Without hesitation, they changed my tire and put on a spare when they were closing. Their customer service is top notch! I will be going back to get my new tire and thank them again for their help. Highly recommend! You won t be disappointed!

I made an appointment via phone, got to the store early and still waited over an hour for my car to get brought back. The place was dead, and I could hear the staff joking around in the lobby. The Staff was not rude, but they didn t take anyone s time into consideration. My car is 30k miles new and they also told me it s missing a lug-nut and that didn t make any since. Overall I felt like they were not valuing me as a customer so I ll go elsewhere. Employee Aubrey

They were very helpful and friendly. Dave did the very best to help me get a new tire within my budget. Megan and Manny had my tire on and everything checked within less then a hour. Love the atmosphere and customer service I received at this location!!! Highly recommend!!!!!! Ask for Dave!

I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. It was my first time at tire kingdom and they made the experience outstanding, exceeding my expectations. So if you need something done to your car, go see Aubrey and the gang!

This location must be paying for the positive reviews and or are asking friends and family to leave positive ones because the customer service this morning was terrible, plain and simple.When you tell someone who has sent you tons of business (I have an automotive business across the street) no because you didn t want to work any harder than you already were that when I take my business elsewhere and send all the other business elsewhere as well.And all I needed was a quick tire replacement. Went to another location/tire center that got me in and out in 20 minutes and at that time they were a hell of a lot busier than this tire kingdom was.

Absolutely 100% recommend this Tire Kingdom. Mannie, Aubrey & Dave are honest, wholesome, great people! Unfortunately rare in today's society. Instead of getting our tires from the dealer we love coming here! Keep up the great customer service guys! ( and gals!)

Rich and Dave went above and beyond to help out my parents squeaky brake. They spent the time to go over what was needed to fix the issue. Great customer service, both were very professional in getting the car back to us in a quick manner! Great job! No more squeaky brakes!

Desperately needed help with a perfectly good tire I had messed up putting generic fix-flat in.They were amazing & helped me out quickly by replacing the valve stem core & checked for leaks.I felt blessed by their assistance.Everyone was kind, friendly & nonjudgmental.Definitely a business I would go to again for tire & alignment needs.

I have found the best tire store the people that work there are extremely friendly and more knowledgeable than possible they do fast work at very reasonable prices I have brought my whole fleet of cars there one at a time and I wouldn't go anywhere else so stop by and check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed guaranteed

AMAZING!!! I am incredibly pleased with the hard work and professionalism at this store! The staff made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and affordable.Aubrey and Megan helped me order tires and schedule an appointment. They walked me through the best options and gave recommendations based on pricing and available discounts.Rich facilitated my appointment and kindly explained the warranties and additional services I was interest in, such as an oil change. The overall changing of 4 tires and an alignment was significantly cheaper than expected and took only an hour.Thank you to everyone involved in the work done on my car. I am incredibly grateful to you and this store.

It s pretty sad I called to get an alignment and explain an issue. I m having to whoever answers the phone, and they immediately disagree with me and hang up very professional. I ll never go to another tire kingdom again. Someone definitely needs a refresher on customer service..
