I called Tasca about a vehicle I was interested in. Charice gave me all of her time to answer a list of questions. She never made me feel pressured to buy and only wanted me to make the best decision for me. I took the chance to drive my trade-in 12 hours from home to purchase this vehicle. This was the BEST purchasing experience I have ever had. Charice did everything she said she would over the phone. AMAZING! Ron, the manager, came to introduce himself and made me feel at home as well. He really cares A LOT about customer satisfaction. He is definitely a very genuine person. Kim, in finance, was amazing to work with as well. She TRULY knows what she is doing and will find the best financial option for you. Definitely give her a try prior to researching your own financial option. You will not regret working with her.Previously, I have had a lot of bad experiences with dealerships and especially in the financial department. Charice, Ron, and Kim, thank you for allowing me to experience the way car buying should be. You all are the best!!! A++++Greg, the service manager, was amazing to work with as well. Met with the manager to try and sell my car, he was very friendly, gave great details about what they can do. While we didn't ultimately make a deal, despite a very fair offer, they made me want to be a customer in the future for sure. Everyone I met there was great!

The service team is very friendly. It was refreshing to deal with genuinely caring people. Greg and Tom helped me out in a tight situation and got me back in my truck before the day was over, even though nothing went according to the plan. If you're in the market, check them out. We can all use a little more kindness these days.

This was an awesome buying experience. As a younger single female with hardly any car buying experience, I cannot say enough about how awesome this process was. When I test drove my car, Al never made me feel pressured to come in and look at papers or rates and left the ball in my court. The next day when I went to buy the car, I was given an awesome value for my trade in and Gene explained the whole financing process to me and was up front and honest about what he thought we could do. When the financing was done they were able to get me an even better rate than I had anticipated. Overall I was treated as if I had been buying cars there for years even though this was my first car purchase completely on my own.

Had an appointment at 1:40pm for a simple oil change. Told the service advisor when I arrived that I had to be out by 3pm. An oil change never takes more than an hour. At 3:20 I went to get my car only to find out they hadn t even started. An hour and forty minutes later. Was argued with stating we did keep your appointment and online appointments don t accommodate waiters . First experience and absolutely the last. Pure incompetence and shady dealings. STAY AWAY.UPDATE : I contacted the dealership as requested. Instead of addressing the problem, they turned it into not one, not two, but three separate sales calls the next day. The inability of this business to communicate in a logical manner is quite literally staggering.

These guys were so nice. I gave them a tad bit of a hard time but they kept their professional attitude and by the time I left we were all laughing. Full synthetic Oil change and tire rotation was $58. Jiffy lube charges $104 for oil, extra for tire rotation and they upcharge you out the wazoo. Go to the dealer. This dealership is nice.

They really don t listen to their customers at all. I hate wasting time. They will definitely waste your time, albeit most dealerships will. Wired funds for a vehicle we ordered and said I will be in to pick it up on this day at this time, Have everything ready, printed and ready to go. Yes sir, no problem. Everything will be ready. We get here and then the questions start. Well let us get the paperwork ready for you.

I had a very positive buying experience. Everything went smoothly and I did not feel physically drained after completing the transaction. From price to financing, everything was right where I wanted to be. The salesman and manager were extremely pleasant and helpful and friendly. I felt at home and I liked the quiet atmosphere. I never felt pressured to purchase my vehicle.

We have now purchased 2 vehicles from Tasca and will keep this dealership in mind when my husband is in the market for a newer truck. Justin Santos took great care of us and got me in the car that I wanted within the budget that I wanted to stay in. I received a very fair price on my trade in and when I wen to pick up my new car it had a full tank of gas, was cleaned up very nice, and Justin even sat with me to make sure that I completely familiar with the vehicle before I drove off the lot. He even followed up with a hand written thank you card, nice tough. If you want a great deal on your next car, truck or SUV head over to Tasca and ask for Justin Santos.

If you need a Cadillac, Al Cala is your guy. He was beyond helpful showing me the XT4s on the lot and finding me my perfect vehicle. Not only was Al knowledgable on the vehicles, but he was able to get me a great deal too. I have always been under the impression that negotiating the price was the hard part; Al's statement stood true though: "Finding the car for you is the hard part, finding the price is the easy part". All the interactions I had with anyone at the dealership were beyond pleasant. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Cadillac (GMC or Buick). If you reach out to this dealership and Gina reaches out to you, you are in good hands.

I had a large screw in my tire and had to have my vehicle towed. Even though they were down a few mechanics, I was out of there in just over an hour. Everyone who works there is so kind. Love this place

Please share one thing we could have done differently to improve your experience working with our dealership.Nothing needs to be done to improve our experience with Murphy Cadillac. Murphy Cadillac representatives have a streamlined system that considers the buyers needs from the moment the buyer walks in to the show room until finalization of the sales contract. The sales team has full knowledge of all the features Cadillac has to offer and they spend considerable time explaining how to operate all the features the car has to offer. Their sales professionalism is outstanding and it was a pleasure to purchase our automobile from Murphy Cadillac.

I've purchased 3 new vehicles since I've lived in this area and all 3 were from Murphy. Greg Abbato did an excellent job selling me my most recent Cadillac and has been great with the follow-ups since my purchase. The service department is a breeze to work with and the courtesy shuttle is excellent at getting me to/from work in a timely manner so my car can get serviced without me having to sacrifice a lot of time out of my day. The Murphy dealership reminds me of a small town friendly dealership and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a decent car buying experience.

Gene and John at Murphy Cadillac were GREAT ! So much so that we bought a SUV from there. No pressure sale made it probably the best car buying experience I've had.I recommend Murphy Cadillac to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They are a NO B.S. DEALERSHIP!!! COPY:You kept my car for 17 days just to replace evaporator and install wheels and tires. I was told it would only take 2 days. When I got my car back, had several damages (down to the metal) and my headlights were either sprayed with something or switched out. The service guy, Greg Gorman told me that it was from sitting in the sun for 2 weeks with them and the lights oxidized. My car has been sitting in the sun since I took ownership (3 months) 8 hours every day at work.He also did not take ownership for the paint damages. My car is 3 years old but only has 22k miles. I purchased it with 17k miles and the headlight were in Pristine condition. I paid you, Murphy Cadillac $1025 to damage my car. My car was not washed and had greasy handprints on the door panels.To add to the dishonesty, my receipt had previous repairs on it that were performed during a prior visit. �I treated your rental as if if were my own. Shame on you, Greg Gorman.

I'm sitting here at Tasca for 2 hours and all they have done is wash my car...I came here for an oil change and to rotate my tires and check fluids. This is ridiculous, I've been here since 1:20It is now 3:20.

My family and I have purchased more cars than the average family, and this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had! I wish I could give 20 stars! From the moment I walked into Murphy Cadillac everyone was so friendly, polite, and patient while trying to find the perfect car for me. John Jones was amazing and found me a beautiful car! John, and Gene Ford, worked hard putting the deal together for me, and for the first time ever I didn't feel like I was negotiating against them, but instead felt like they were negotiating on my behalf! They went over everything in detail and took the time to explain anything I had questions on. While John and Gene were processing my application, and finalizing my deal, Donovan kept me company and made sure I was comfortable and didn't need anything. He helped make the time fly by! Once it was time to sign the paperwork, Donovan assisted in setting up my OnStar, and other accounts, as well as transferring my belongings from old car to new. While working with Gene signing the documents, John and Donovan made sure to prepare my new car for my 100-mile trip home. I felt so bad about keeping these gentlemen long past closing, but they did not rush this process, and made sure that everything was PERFECT for me. They even transferred the charms from my rearview mirror from one car to the other. I know that this is a small, minor thing, but for women it's always the little details that matter! All three of these men went above and beyond with EVERYTHING, especially the little details. All three walked me to my new car and were just as happy and excited about my purchase as I was. Before I pulled out, I had called my parents, who are looking to purchase a car soon, to tell them about my amazing experience! I told them they must buy their next car from Murphy Cadillac! I could go on about these gentlemen forever and will tell everyone I know about my fantastic experience. John, Donovan, and Gene are EXCEPTIONAL, and true assets to Murphy Cadillac, and as long as they are there my family, friends, and I will be coming back over and over again for our car needs!

The service department is amazing. They always have a loaner for me and the work is always top notch. My service writer Greg Goreman is friendly and knowledgable. I recently had the need for emergency service one morning as I was scheduled to leave town at 9 am on a out of state golf trip and my car would not start. Greg got me in for service at 9:30 and I was on the road with a new alternator and battery by 11 am. Amazing. Always satisfied when I use them.

I bought a used SRX from a dealer out of town and have been going to Murphy the last three years for regular service. Six months ago my car broke down and was towed in - arriving after the service department had closed. Instead of calling a cab, Salesman Gary Lev drove me home. Greg in service has been upfront and helpful. Needless to say, when I decided to upgrade, I purchased from Gary at Murphy and am very pleased with my decision.

Courteous and thorough service by friendly personnel on my Cadillac ATS. Shuttle service to a restaurant for breakfast while the work was done. Beautiful car was ready when we returned after they had done a free car wash. FIRST CLASS SERVICE IS STILL POSSIBLE!!!
