Absolutely Horrid customer service!!! They had My truck from Aug till March when returned to me they said it was complete. That was a Lie! Truck over heated no coolant in it and caps missing. had to return same day for coolant. then many things were still not taken care of. Attention to detail is definitely not their thing. So many obvious issues, they clearly neglected to go over the Truck properly. You would think after having it for that long they would have caught all the issues. Then to find a few days later that the truck is making a crazy sound and engine light was on. Took it back had to argue to get a rental car. They were supposed to take care of several things including order the parts for items still not complete. They only did one tighten bolts that they left loose. Then to say bring it back at your convenience i m sorry none of this is at my convenience. Do the job right the first time. and here we are still waiting on parts with no updates on when things will come in or get done. Avoid this place. they are disorganized and do not take care of the customer. When you call to get answers there is never anyone there to give you an answer. They are quick to take your money then drag their feet to complete the job properly.

I just picked my car up after a service . This place is amazing. Been there three times and every time the service is stellar , the mechanics, the detail shop and the driver do great and better than any other dealership I ve been to. Good job to Kelly ajd everyone .Always a pleasure. Thanks y all!!!

Great/friendly service, and they did an excellent job repairing damage from a "hit and run" on my 2023 company car...like it never even happened.I highly recommend them!

Superior work, the BEST customer service! Patrick and Tina made my car showroom quality again! What a wonderful, professional team!! They provided status on my car's repair progress, it was ready as promised and they were even willing to meet me after hours as I was running late. They are the BEST in the state!!

Tina and Pat provided me the best customer service I have ever received at a body shop. The repairs on my truck were top notch. Tina and Pat kept me informed throughout the whole process. I will never take my truck anywhere else except for Tasca Buick-GMC Collision Center. Thanks Tina and Pat for such an amazing job!

Kirk Ferguson did an outstanding job on my RX 350. His work was very detailed and neatly finished. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness, respectfulness and professionalism of the the staff I encountered. As a woman I am very reserved when it comes to dealership/automobile work shops due to past negative experiences but at Tasha-collision I felt no fears or worries. I would also like to emphasize the skills of the Painter, my car looks brand new. I highly recommend Tasca-Collision for all repairs and restoration.

Tina & Pat run the Collision Center at TASCA BUICK GMC . You can count on being treated with a smile, understanding & caring presentation thru your collision needs. They take each question you have very serious and are ready and willing to move the process of your repair situation as smooth as possible. The repairs I have seen are awesome and customersend up well informed and pleased with their results! So I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business.

Well very unprofessional work, took my car for 2 weeks. And I give them enough time to fix the damage, let m start with insurance adjuster from Geico recommend to use this body shop because they offer service after work. The worst experience i encounter in my life, I was handed the keys to drive away and I notice white paint on my black car, then I checked the pumper and it was loose. The signal light wasn t working and it looks that everything was glued. Also my car hood wasn t closing properly, so funny the guy trying to convince me that I have to slam it to close. DO NOT FALL FOR IT, it takes really hard to piss me off, their service was disastrous and I had to take a day off from my work to go there 4 times. You guys suck.Service: Body & Trim

I would highly recommend this body shop. They very courteous and willing to go the extra mile. Tina and Pat are awesome and I enjoyed working with them to have my vehicle repaired.

Excellent work by this organization. Took our truck in for what we thought was a catastrophe and the Team at the Tasca Collision Center put our minds at ease and repaired the issue perfectly.

DO NOT use this location for any of your car needs/repairs. Since there was a change in management, and Tina and Pat are no longer there, this place is a disaster!
