Came in based on the reviews and phone conversation I had with Brad. I needed front breaks and rotors for 2009 E350 Mercedes Wagon.The parts didn t arrive on time and without any hesitation, Brad blessed me with a discount and still found a way to get me car taken carriages of before 3:00pm.Thank you guys so much!!!

The manager, Brad, has a heart of gold. I couldn't pay for my groceries a few weeks ago, and he paid my entire bill and the bill for the person after me. I tracked him down to try and pay him back, but he won't take my money. If the way he runs his shop is reflective of how he conducts himself in public, I know where I'm taking my car next time it needs service. Brad, I'm almost crying again thinking about your generosity. Thank you from a tired, stressed-out working mom/graduating college student. I'll be sure to pay your kindness forward.

This auto shop goes above and beyond for their customers. I m always so hesitant about taking my car to somebody new. Having just moved to the area I heard about this shop and how helpful the guys were so decided to give it a try.I just have to say auto shops like Sonny s are a rarity! Honest and trustworthy. They even noticed my key fob needed a new battery and had an extra one at the shop and fixed mine without charging me not even for the battery!They also walked me thru how to get my car s auxiliary battery warrantied out versus buying a new one thru the shop which would have been more business for them.Can t say enough about how impressed I was!I won t be taking my car anywhere else.

This is the most honest and reliable shop in the area. The staff is great.They save me alot of $$$$ over a competitor who was trying to over sell me on the same estimate!!

Brad is amazing! I was recommended Sonny s by another repair shop and I m so happy that I came here instead. I had been having trouble with my car since early June, one thing after another and Brad was super nice, understanding and patient! He explained everything that he did and would update me on the progress. The prices are good for the amazing quality of work and customer service he and everyone there provides.

Brad, at Sonny's automotive is so HONEST and does a spectacular job. He shows you what is wrong so you understand what is being done. He NEVER overcharges. His prices are so reasonable and he is reliable. I call and get in the same day. They are friendly and meticulous about their work. If he cannot do something he will refer you to a reliable business that can preform the duty you need.I cannot say enough about this business. There are still honest and go mechanics in the world and this is one of them. Do yourself a favor and give him a try. I thought my car died and barely made it into the parking lot of Sonny's Auto. Brad was able to help diagnose my car problem, told me he could have the part in the next day. Quoted me the price for everything. So professional and courteous and I was able to pick up my car the next day. I highly recommend Sonny's. Brad and his team are fantastic. Brad was very helpful. He replaced my condenser, and fixed my air conditioner. The service was completed at a fair price, and in a timely manner. The air conditioner is extremely cold, and I am very happy.

Sonny's is not only a fantastic repair center, but more importantly is an exceptional business and is a model for what customer service and customer care should be about in all businesses. In an industry( auto repair) that is typically smeared by bad reviews, shady practices, untruthful and sometimes downright unlawful tactics to take advantage of consumers who may not know any better, Sonny's shines through as the exact opposite. This is a testament to Brad the owner and his entire staff's dedication to providing complete customer satisfaction and trust in that Sonny's is a reputable, honest and caring business that has your best interests at need before profits. Every interaction with Sonny's and the staff made me feel like I was their only customer. I had only been in the building 3 times in 7 months, but Sonny printed out my invoice today without even asking my name. For those like myself that know nothing about automobiles, Sonny's is the place to go for all your repair needs. I felt completely comfortable with both my repairs on my high mileage jeep and at no point was I concerned I was being sold something bogus or something I did not need. Both repairs came in way under what I would have expected based on the issues I was having. But then again, I know nothing about vehicles other than how to turn it on and drive it. This tells me that Sonny's is as honest as the day is long. Brad even went so far as to personally make special arrangements to have the repair done under unusual circumstances so that I was not without my vehicle when I needed it most. ( I travel for work) . The auto repair industry needs more businesses like Sonny's . But more so, this world in general needs more people in it like Brad and his staff. Sonny's has earned my business for life. I cant thank them enough.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The owner seems nice enough but almost every time I take my car here something else breaks. I drive a car that doesn't break often and last for 500k miles. The stuff that goes wrong are high hourly rate also. I put 2 and 2 together and I believe these guys are dishonest. I wouldn't trust sending anyone to this shop. Stay away. Highly recommend Sonny's auto. The owner and staff are courteous and professional. One of screws on my license plate had completely lost its thread; I tried using drill bit and extractor at home with no luck. Took the vehicle to Sonny's, within a 2-min wait without making an appointment prior, one of the technicians started working on getting the screw out, after about 30 min, technician 1, screw 0. Thanks Sonny's!

If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and honest mechanic, look no further! Brad is not only a great mechanic, but is an all around awesome human being. He s been helping me keep my 2013 Infiniti JX35 on the road for the past year. Every time I bring him the laundry list of items Infiniti says is critical , he shakes his head in disbelief, tells me the truth, and gets me back up and running in no time at a fraction of the price! I will continue to bring my Infiniti here until she is fully retired. Thank you Brad!

I recently bought a used car and wanted to have it checked out. I brought it in with no appointment and Brad was willing to take a look at it right away. I asked him to go ahead and do an oil change because I wasn't sure if it needed one. He called me back within the hour and told me the car had no apparent issues, and wasn't due for an oil change for another 1k miles. He easily could have just changed the oil and charged me, and I would not have known! I appreciated his honesty, and there was no charge at all for the inspection. Several weeks later my car died, and I had it towed to his shop. It just needed a battery, which he installed with no extra labor cost. The shop is quick to get the work done, and honest about what is needed. I'm very impressed and plan to keep coming back!Service: Battery

I was sent to this automotive place by Kelly at Advance Auto parts nearby. Kelly helped me for about 15 minutes and educated me on parts of my engine when hedn't have to, awesome guy. He referred me to Brad at Sonny's automotive who treated me well and the price was right for a water pump replacement, the work was done in one day. Exactly what I needed and asked for. I cannot give Brad and the business enough positive review. I really do appreciate it and I hope everyone has as good a time as I did there. Brad did a really good job at explaining what was wrong with my ac and was honest throughout the whole process. Felt comfortable with his decision on how to car for my car and now my car is purring with ice cold AC. I definitely recommend this shop for all your mechanic needs. Originally I was going in for brakes on both axles and rotors, but Brad helped me by looking over the car before doing anything and let me know I only needed brake pads on my rear axle. He also helped me by sending me a picture of a notice from Mazda concerning a popping noise coming from my car.He was extremely helpful and nice. I have suggested him to my family for their cars and am definitely going back for any future problems.Service: Brakes

Brad was great. His mechanic Tim's inspection of my problem and was thorough and Brad communicated my trucks issue with me very well. The price was extremely fair to fix my alternator. Felt confident in the work done and the cost. I definitely recommend Brad and his team at Sunnys.

Best experience ever. Brad knows his stuff and he takes care of what you NEED... Unlike SOME other places that look for other things that you may or may not need. Brad and Tim at Sonny's are great! They are honest and were thorough when getting my daughter's car ready for her driver's license exam. They were able to tell me exactly what was wrong and fix it right away, at a fair price. It's obvious they care about their work. They are my go-to!
