I specifically bought tires at Sam's club because of the road hazard and roadside assistance they offer with purchase. I currently have a flat tire due to a nail. I called to see if they could squeeze me in today to patch the tire. I get told they can't get me in until Saturday due to short staff (it's Tuesday). They also couldn't reach anyone for roadside assistance after being on hold for 15 mins. Luckily I'm at home, but if I was stranded somewhere I'd be livid! Why offer and advertise a service if you're just going to leave your customers stranded. I literally only renewed my membership for this reason alone incase something happened. Considering I'm a single female and don't have help readily available at all times.

Forget about TPMS service. They sell the Schrader sensors 33500 ONLY, those are rated for low speed, but they sell high-performance tires. So I bought the 33700 from Amazon wich only difference is the metal stem instead of the rubber ones(the electronic part is the same), the tire center principal didn't accept to program those and he was noticeably angry that I proposed "such an idea" and his answer were rough. So I searched for the store manager whom "attempted" to activate one of my sensors and without more ceremony said that "our scanner doesn't catch your sensor, sorry". I don't believe that. In the end I had to buy their tires anyway with my old spent sensors, because I had no more time to look for other options.

The guys who work here are some of the nicest people I ve met at a service center. I highly recommend this tire center.

Very nice staff however despite being next and told 1 hour to buy and mount 1 new tire, it took 3 hours. Maybe it wouldnt have been as bad but blew out on 95 on way to see father in hospital having surgery so disappointed in the wait but nice people!

The associate I spoke with about my tires was very rude and kept denying that I did tire rotations even though I had the papers with me and wouldn t let me speak at all. I regret buying tires from here. I d rather go to Discount Tires.

My colleague needed a new tire desperately as it went flat on us on the way to the airport. The guys were very helpful and good value.
