Great experience with RCI Jeep, David gave an honest assessment of the issues with the Jeep I purchased. They took a lot of time explaining options and what needed to be addressed first. I would recommend this business, especially if you have a jeep needing any type of repairs.I had some subsequent repairs done that needed to be completed on my Jeep and again they did a great job.

Chris and David are the best, as well as the lady up front and the mechanics! They held their breath while I sorted thru my blondness! Thank God they have patience with us short bus riders!They did a lot of work on my poor Jeep, and it took a minute for the job to be complete, (related to delays in the shipment of parts). But they are thorough and they know Jeeps!Hopefully, I won't need to see them anytime soon, but I will definitely go back to them when in need!Thanks for everything you guys! Your integrity and knowledge of your services are extremely rare these days! It has been refreshing to find a good and honest shop to have my Jeep serviced!

Everyone at RCI is awesome. We had quite the complex project to flat tow our jeep behind our Class B Motorhome, that had an few unforeseen issues and the team stayed on top of everything and got everything working perfectly. They also priced everything fairly and we feel they truly care about quality, and customer service for their customers. Thank you Chris, David, and Maria! You all rock it!

I recently had to visiting RCI Jeep and 4X4 in Melbourne, FL, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my snapped belt and alternator in no time, saving me from a potentially stressful situation. I am truly grateful for their quick and efficient service. I highly recommend RCI Jeep and 4X4 to anyone in need of expert automotive assistance. Five stars all the way!

Had to take my Rubicon to RCI after another shop failed to repair the issues.RCI did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. As a new jeep owner, I trust then completely! The office staff were easy to talk to.I'll definitely be back!

I took my jeep laser lift in for a new transmission and front end work and electrical work and they did it all well taken care of. I got a bad steering gearbox and went back and they replaced it. No hesitation no problem I would highly recommend anyone who owns a jeep or any other vehicle to check with Rci Jeep and see if they ll work out for you.

I forgot to comment before on my service done here, I wanted to thank the team at RCI for the work done in painting my jeep. I would say the team at RCI were very nice during the conversations and setting up the paint job. I will say the company they used did not represent a good image of there company which is a shame. But non the less I would definitely come back if anything happened with me Jeep here. Knock on wood it doesn t but at least I know I will get good work here.

This place is great! They went out of their way to squeeze me in. I don't think I've ever met a mechanic that was so trustworthy. They did a beautiful job. I would never go anywhere else

This was my first time using RCI and they were great. Lawrence the mechanic that worked on my Jeep really knows his stuff. He put in a new tow hitch and fixed a poorly installed exhaust. He was honest and treated my Jeep as if it were his own. When he did the fluid check he let me know the power steering fluid was a bit low and filled it up without charging me extra. He also filled my tires with air. I had an oil change, transmission fluid and differential fluid replaced the week before at my local dealership and I never told him. He could have easily tried to take advantage and say I needed that work done but he didn t. I sometimes withhold information to see if I will be scammed and he passed with flying colors. I would definitely use RCI again. If you have a Jeep and want something done to it take it to there.

Very happy customer! RCI went above and beyond with installing my lift and putting on my new wheels for a good price (worth every penny!) on my Toyota Tacoma. They also checked everything and realigned after 500 miles! Had RCI install stage 3 Kings suspension on my 3rd gen Tacoma. They communicated with me during the process and I was stoked when I picked it up. Rides smooth and they said to come back in 500 miles so they can check it and they will make any adjustments I may want. I ll be scheduling them to do the cab mount chop soon! Great communications from the start (this was our first time bringing our JGC in to RCI for service). They did some prework to id and confirm what the issue may be (AC blowing hot on passenger side) and took care of the issue with no surprises.They are a little out of the way for us but well worth the drive to continue coming for great service!Service: Air conditioning

Having a front counter representative like David who treats customers with respect and exceptional customer service can make a big difference. I ve used RCI a few times now and I have to say every time they have done a great job for me at a very fair price with great turnaround times. RCI helped me with the purchase of running board steps for my Wrangler, installation, tire rotation, and alignment, along with other minor maintenance work. As a new Jeep owner, I really appreciate their assistance and patience; and they kept me informed during the whole process. When I picked up SeaWolf, she was clean inside-I couldn t even tell anyone had been in my Jeep (we have horror stories from other locations).I LOVE the new running boards! They did a great job and I ll always take my beast to RCI Jeep 4x4! Thanks RCI!

Hands down one of the best Jeep and 4x4 shops in the entire state of Florida. I always recommend them, Chris (owner) knows what's up and goes above and beyond to make sure you are educated with the work that needs to be done and that you are good to go. His staff are REAL people that treat you like a friend or one of the family every time you are there. I love all of them. If you are in need of anything for your off-roading, 4x4 or even a regular vehicle you will not be disappointed with the work that they do. So get on over there and let them get you fixed right up.

What a awesome experience with a repair shop. Straight shooters. Tells u whats wrong after the diagnostic. Sends a clear estimate and sticks to it. Was able to repair in less than a week. Communication excellent throughout the process. Couldn t even get a dealer appointment for 5 weeks. Will definitely be going back. Thanks again to the rci crew9/15/23. Once again came thru with excellent service. Engine light on Vapor leak fixed in a day. As usual I received stellar service from RCI. They even talked me out of an upgrade that really wan't needed. Customer Service vs Profit Margin! I cannot say enough good things about the crew at RCI! After Firestone fubared my brakes(caught on fire, fubar), RCI was just amazing. Everything from their communication on parts(had to pull from out-of-state because no one had them), to documentation and everything in- between. Their patience in dealing with me and my workings with Firestone was beyond what I can even comprehend. I'll never take my baby any where else! They may not be as cheap as the guy down the street but let me tell you, I'd pay more in a heartbeat if that means the job gets done right the first time and I'm not without a vehicle for over a month while someone else fixes it!
