Hans is by far the most helpful, honest and knowledgeable mechanic I ve ever been to. I have an Audi A5 and had an annual maintenance scheduled. Audi was trying to charge me over $2k for brakes, a fuel injector service and a new battery. Hans saved me over $1200 and the vehicle was completed in the allotted time he stated. He took the time to explain the intricacies of the battery and placed OEM brake pads on my car as well. Audi was charging $200 alone for the fuel injector service. Hans showed me the product and was kind enough to give it to me free of charge. He showed me an itemized list of the parts along with what he charges for labor and it s leap years different from what Audi was attempting to charge!This is a place I would recommend to anyone, especially those that have luxury vehicles as going anywhere else would cost an arm and a leg. This is a small business that is worthy of anyone s loyalty. If you want your vehicle serviced right, in a timely manner and for a fair price, this is the place!! Thank you Hans! And I will be coming back for any and all services on my car from here on out.

If I could give Quality Auto Repair zero stars I would. I took my car in because it was leaking coolant and Walt replaced the radiator for $400. Two miles before I got my car home three lights came on including the check engine light and the car began shaking horribly. I barely made it home and in rush hour traffic no less. I parked and as I opened the car door I saw that even my door was shaking. I turned off my car and after that it no longer would start. Walt seemed hardly concerned and nonchalant about about essentially wrecking my car.So yes you are reading this correctly.. I gave Walt $400 to fix my car and it subsequently died in my driveway 20 minutes after leaving the shop. Walt then told me to call for a tow at my own cost for it to be brought back to the shop. Wouldn't you know Walt didn't properly ensure my cooling system was free of air when he repaired it. This is why you TEST DRIVE vehicles before you give them back to your customers.I was not reimbursed the $75.00 for the tow even though it was a mistake on the mechanics part but more importantly I could have been in an accident due to Walt's negligence. Completely frustrated I finally texted him, "Honestly this is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced." To which he replied, "Then don't bring it back." (my car)I'm shocked, disgusted and disappointed.I'm writing this review in the hopes that it will serve as a warning to others. Do not take your car to Qualify Auto Repair.

Great work. Great prices. The onky mechanics in florida i trust to work on my vehicles. Highly recommended for anything thats needed. Stop wasting time and money at the dealerships. They will not steer you wrong to a dealer part/service if it isnt needed.

This shop is amazing. Hans is very professional, very polite, he will explain everything to you exactly how it is. I just moved here from Colorado, and have used this shop for 2 different issues so far, and this shop without a doubt will be the only place I bring my vehicle to for any and all work I need done!!!! Took mom s car to have windshield wiper motor fixed. Hans replaces it and warned us that the cowl seal was dried out and water might get to the motor again, which did end up happening but Hans honored the parts warranty and replaced it again without any hassle. He s very friendly and straight forward and does great work. I would recommend Quality Auto Repair to anyone.

Hans is a well versed super smart experienced tech ,prices are as expected. I'm usually very wary of who touches my vehicles and wasn't worried after a few minutes of conversation.

Great service at an affordable price had 2 broken motor mounts and oil was leaking from my motor. Had it fixed within A-day 1/2 the price of local auto Dealers repair shops.Definitely will be back if I need other mechanical services.

Seems trust worthy, knowledgeable and reasonable price. I usually work on my cars but didn't have time so I let them work on it. Price was reasonable for replacing the brake lines and AC problem. I will definitely come back again.

This is the best place I have found in Brevard, I am very skeptic when choosing a mechanic, I have found a lot of dishonest places before. These guys are very hard working, their rates are some of the best in the area, and they truly treat the customer with respect. They are honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in need of automotive repair.

Had travelled 2 hours to Melbourne to camp for Native Rhythms Festival on Thursday 11/7/19 and noticed a rubber burning smell from front of my van as I approached Melbourne. As soon as I set up camper, I googled auto repairs near me. I liked what I saw of Quality Auto Repair and it was maybe two miles from where I was, so called them. Hans told me to come in right away which I did and his very experienced mechanic almost immediately diagnosed that it was a pulley that attaches I think to the crank shaft of engine. Showed me where some rubber was missing. Hans, the owner ordered the part and since it would not be delivered until 9:30 Friday AM and I needed to be at the Festival at 9 due to my poor mobility and needing a good parking place for the day, he said he would pick up the part after work and have it there first thing Friday. They were to open at 8 AM. He told me it would take about an hour, but they would have to wait for my car to cool down, so I told him I would be there at 7:30 before he opens..To my surprise, both Hans and the mechanic were there at 7:30 and they started removing wheel then pulley early. Mechanic quickly discovered the seal that goes between the crank and pulley was bad and that was causing problem, so Hans hopped in his vehicle and in 8 o'clock traffic was able to pick up the seal and return shortly. The seal and pulley were put back on , then the wheel and I paid 290 which I thought was very reasonable. I was at the Festival by 9AM much to my happiness and great surprise. Had this company not gone WAY above and beyond to help an old woman from out of town, and in a timely manner, I would have been late and maybe not secured good parking.I cannot recommend this business highly enough. If you live in Melbourne, go to this auto repair shop for an ethical, efficient, reasonable and timely auto repair business.. In my town, I have to wait three days to get my vehicle into a mechanic!!! Quality Auto Repair is located behind Menike just south of where Sarno Rd crosses Wickham Rd, on Wickham, in a little strip behind Menike, so the shop is not visible from Wickham Road. Call for directions.

Great shop!!! They saved me an unbelievable amount of money on my repair. Every shop I checked quoted me over $1000 for the repair and they was able to fix it for under $300. I highly recommend quality auto repair if you want to save money and great quality work and service.

I love this place he always knows what the problem is 99% of the time before he even does a diagnostic on it this place is great I've been to a few other mechanics and they have no idea what they're doing they sit there and make you buy this and that when you don't even need it the thing about this place is they don't do that. He's NOT going to tell you that something is wrong if it's not they don't overcharge you none of that I absolutely love it here and my whole family goes here absolutely love it five stars all the way love you Mr.H

I purchased a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the car lot that they are attached to. the Jeep had a few issues, and the car lot quickly agreed to fix everything that was wrong at no cost to me. After checking with Quality Auto Repair three weeks after this, they had not ordered the parts required to fix the Jeep. They asked me to drop it off on a Friday so they could fix it. They then told me they had ordered the wrong part and I would need to bring it back on Monday. I brought it back on Monday. They kept it until 4 oclock Thursday afternoon. After looking under the vehicle, I noticed that they had damaged the half shaft during installation of the hub. I am a helicopter mechanic and had inspected the hub and half shaft before they replaced it and there was nothing wrong. The denied damaging the half shaft, and rather than argue with them anymore, I paid $250 to have a reputable shop replace it. These guys were never forth coming with information about what the status of the vehicle was. Inner shop communications was terrible, and my wife or I were unable to get a straight answer from anyone when we called, which we had to do often because they did not call when they said they would. The inside of the vehicle was greasy as was the area around the engine bay hood area. I would not reccomend these guys to work on my ten speed bicycle. If they do work on your car, I would suggest looking over their shoulders while they work to make sure they dont damage anything.

Hanns and the Master Mechanic are excellent. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and always have a great attitude. But most of all they are extremely experienced and have always helped me, I would highly recommend them for any and all types of service.
