I went in for a $120 alignment and left paying for an additional $180 in labor for them to use a blowtorch on my tie rod because my tie rod was seized on the front drivers side preventing them from adjusting the toe. The only other option given was to replace the entire tie rod which would have cost me more. They successfully got it broken loose and made the necessary adjustments with the front toe. But they failed to bother with adjusting the front camber. I specifically mentioned to my service advisor (who was very friendly) that I have aftermarket coilovers and they have adjustable camber plates on the front and I requested to have that adjusted as well and she said that wouldn't be a problem... but that was not done. I even checked the plates myself after getting home and saw no adjustments made to either side. And you can tell when looking at the before and after data on the alignment sheet that I requested.I'm happy they got the toe alignment sorted out which was the main concern... but to leave after paying $330 after tax for the front camber not being adjusted has left a bad taste in my mouth. When I arrived at 5:30 pm to pick my car up, they didn't have someone that could drive a manual to bring me my car, which was no big deal to me at all... but when I got into my car, the emergency brake was EXCESSIVELY pulled up. The lever was (I kid you not) nearly pointing entirely vertical! I wish I took a picture of it, because I've never seen anyone in my life pull up an e-brake that much. Especially on a flat surface... I hardly have to engage the e-brake on my steep driveway at home and it holds just fine. Also because of this, the brake pads didn't even break loose until I started pulling out of the parking spot and I heard a loud *clack* sound which I'm assuming was the rear pads or the brake cable releasing from being engaged excessively. It has me worried that my e-brake may eventually fail on me because of this.In the end, I'll still likely end up coming back in the future... if necessary, but now I know that I'll have to double check and confirm everything was done for my car like I had requested instead of assuming that all requests were relayed to the technician correctly. So this is why I am rating this alignment service as 3 stars.

I would put a zero star if it was my choice. Run from this dealership and their service department. They have my daughters car in the service department and are telling her that they had to order her parts but don't know how long it will take to get it. They say it could be 2 days, 2 weeks or maybe 6 months. She asked for a replacement car and they say they don't have one so she will have to rent a car at $35 dollars a day until they can fix her car. She doesn't have that kind of money to pay for a rental car. They say its not their problem. What kind of a dealership does this to their customers? A dirty dealership does this to their customers. Run, run away.

I feel bad but I can't remember the woman who helped me but she was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I needed a new tire and I called to have it ordered, they called back to confirm the time and to my surprise my tire came in early! I was running late to my appointment and they still accommodated me which was awesome! They understood that things come up in life that make you late -- excellent customer service. Quick and easy. Great experience!! I just moved up here from Deerfield Beach and my lease is up in August and I am looking forward to coming in to lease my next care at Prestige Volkswagen. Thanks for being so helpful, understanding and professional!

I sent my car in for an oil change and received it with a broken glove box. I knew the staff had been rummaging through my car as I noticed when I sent the car in there was an old lipstick on the floor of the passenger side, which was then inside the glove box when I got the car back. When I called to tell them what happened I received no apology And just an an advisor invalidating my experience, telling me when I can come back in the next week. I have a warranty on my car still, so if I broke the glove box myself, I would have no problem, scheduling that to be fixed on my own, but staff refused to take accountability. I work three jobs and don t have time to be running into Volkswagen and dropping my car off all the time.

Kathy was very helpful. I bought my Atlas form a Cadillac dealer and this was my first trip into Volkswagen. She confirmed my contact data and explained what I had left with my Volkswagen warranty. She explained the timeline for service including the annual service may take the day and if that was the case she would notify me within 2 hours of the timeline. In 2 hours she explained that the car should be done before noon. Kathy noticed I was a remote worker and set me up in an empty work station. It was a pleasant first experience!

Kathy was great but the service department informed her I had a serious break in my car Which would cost over $1000 to fix - I was quite shocked and walked around back to the library to wait for the car, which would take a couple hours I was told . She called me in a bit and apologized and said they had the wrong car and my car was fine getting the oil changed and a car wash .was wonderful news but just kind of crazy what happened ..

We came in looking on a Saturday mid afternoon . We mainly were looking to possibly buy a pre owned Jetta. We looked at a new Jetta and ended up purchasing a 2024 Taos due to the great financing rate vs the Jetta .Trent was great , very patient and worked hard for the sale and was knowledgeable about the VW line of products. We were looking and researching all types of vehicles and had a few in mind. The car buying experience has always been very tedious and less than enjoyable. We felt comfortable at Prestige VW and didn t feel like they were trying to take us for a ride like most dealers. We gave them a budget and they pretty much hit it on target with a below market interest rate. All in all it was good the only thing that I would suggest is the long wait to get to financing. We were there for quite a long time waiting to sign paperwork . All in all everyone was great and we appreciate the outcome. We will definitely check them out first next time around .

Oil change and brake job were done quickly and efficiently; that was great. However: I ordered a replacement key and when it came in two days later I made the hour-long round trip to pick it up, but it didn't work. This is a metal key not an fob with RF function; the key was cut improperly. The parts dept re-ordered the key and I will make another one hour round trip to pick it up; hopefully it works this time.

I had Kathy as an Advisor and in my entire 3 years of using VW Prestige this was the WORST experience and she is absolutely terrible at her job. To the point where the other advisors stepped in and checked me out because I was so visibly annoyed with her. They made a point to tell me I could request her not to be my advisor again like others have. She does not return phone calls. I had to call back 4 times and refused to be sent to her VM just so I could get her on the phone. She told me that my appointment was just a suggestion and that I shouldn't have planed anything on the service day because they get to my car when they can. She stated that me dropping it off and leaving the time when I would come back to get it still doesn't mean that they will get to my car in the allotted time. My apt was at 8:45am, dropped the car off the day before and it still wasn't done at noon. All I was getting was an oil change. She even told me that they didn't get to finish the inspection because I was rushing them. Last time I was there an oil change didn't take 4 hours. She offered to set up an appointment to bring it back in to find out why the check engine light was on and waived the fee because she didn't pay attention to me saying in need the car back by a certain time. Same thing happened when I bought the car back. Several calls and voicemails left and she doesn't respond. When she does she always sounds like I'm bothering her or interrupting her day. The first time I was in there she said she wanted extra time to go over what other work needs to be done and the extended warranty options because she sees that it's almost at 6 years. Today she nonchalantly tells me that the warranty is up and it's not the service advisors job to check that or offer warranties so I'd have to pay for the service if I wanted the car fixed. She doesn't listen when I am talking. I had to tell her 3 times that I had work done regarding a coolant leak and she just kept saying all we've done to it top it off. When she finally saw the work that was done on the water pump she states that she see it now but even if the issue was there before the warranty was up it doesn't matter now because it's out of warranty and I have to pay. I asked her why just top it off instead of checking to see why coolant is leaking in a closed system. Esp if the car has a known issue with coolant leaks. Again, doesn't matter because it's out of warranty now and they don't take inconsideration what was wrong when it was in warranty. I don't know how this women still has a job there.

Leslie was great, she treated me with respect and honesty from the beginning. She valued me and always listened to what I wanted and did what she could to make it happen. Leslie is the epitome of an excellent sales person as her number one skill is to listen then make it happen.

I'm still waiting, after more than a month, to have the price for a reparation I want to do on my car.The person that had my file told me that she lost my information on her ''messy'' desk...Last time I call there, she was suppose to call me back in 5-10 minutes..It's been a week now.. LOL

I had an excellent experience with Leslie Gibson. She was very knowledgeable and is a great sales person for VW. The process was very easy from the beginning to leaving with my new Taos.

I took my 2021 Tiguan in for the 30,000/three-year oil change. I also reported that the windshield wipers started coming on spontaneously a couple of months ago. When I went back to pick up my car, I was told there was nothing wrong with the wipers because they were designed to come on automatically any time there was moisture detected. Really? And it just started after I had had the vehicle for three years? On the way to work the next morning, a five-mile drive on a totally hot, sunny morning, the wipers came on eight times. Called the service department and have to take it back for them to actually test drive it a few times. Who doesn't like to make extra visits and give up their car for the day for the same issue?UPDATE. Took my car back in and the service department did a scan of the system and found the defective part making my wipers come on uninvited. And fixed it!ANOTHER UPDATE. Discovered my interior lights no longer work. I don't drive much in the evenings, so I can't say for certain, but I'll bet it has something to do with the previous visit when they replaced the defective wiper mechanism.

ANGEL IN PARTS IS AN ACTUAL ANGEL!!!! I called looking for a part that a body shop has been looking for for my VW for almost 2 months now... And they are only 2 and 1/2 3 hours away from me. I was about to lose hope until Angel in parts answered the phone. He was kind and compassionate. Spoke to the manager. Got permission to ship the part and then helped me by taking a call from the body shop to get the part ordered.... He saved my car's life lol and me... The body shop told me it would be 6 to 9 months to get the part and the body shop is not affiliated with Volkswagen or this dealership... One phone call to Angel and I got the part that everyone said didn't exist and he didn't have to help me but he went out of his way to be kind and caring, He was supposed to leave at 4:00 p.m. that day and he stayed late to finish to make sure that I got the part that my car desperately needed... By the way, it was only a plastic grill lol however, it means the world to me angel. If there were more people at dealerships like you then no one would ever have a problem at a dealership..... Keep up the great work. I hope the owners see this and understand that they have a really good employee in you...

Service and maintenance are lacking. Maintenance could not trouble shoot an issue with my car that is clearly evident. It did sit there for 7 hours for them to run diagnostics and and have a tech drive it to find nothing wrong with my SUV; this clearly cannot be true by the way it is currently driving and handling. The shuttle driver (Angel perhaps) should receive a kudos . He clearly is the only one with a smile that has customer service skills.

Heather in the service department is very nice. I don t think the mechanics checked my battery as part of the inspection last week. My battery died yesterday. I went to AutoZone and they were unable to change my battery out for free because it s a VW. Could not get an appointment until tomorrow so I got to jump my car 4 x today to get to and from work. My car is a 2020 and I m concerned that my Atlas Cross Sport has been in the shop at least 4 times for things other than basic maintenance. I love my car but I m not sure I d buy another VW

I was totally impressed with the courteous and knowledgeable assistance extended to me.As I was to drive back to NY the next morning it was important to analyze the problem that had me very concerned and to bring to my attention the rear tire which had to be plugged.Thank you for this!

Prestige Volkswagon does not have technical support for the ID.4. The staff just don't know the functions of car in detail. I have make 3 trips there for functional help and the staff is not trained. Even got the "that feature is no longer available" and was able to figure it out via Reddit. I still have outstanding questions I am having to send to other dealerships for resolution.

My Atlas was towed there by AAA with a battery issue. I called in advance to notify Prestige of my car s issue and that it was being towed there. I did not hear anything back from Prestige regarding the status of my vehicle (ie it s here now ), and had to call my service manager to decipher when it would be ready to pick up. Additionally my passenger door upholstery has been hanging off the door since September (when I brought it to Prestige for repair), with the part needed apparently on an endless backorder. I have called the service manager and the service dept multiple times trying to resolve the issue (or at least get a timeframe for the backorder) as it s embarrassing driving a car around with upholstery hanging off the door. I most recently spoke to the service manager on THE DAY BEFORE my vehicle landed in the service bay at Prestige, and was told just bring it by anytime and we ll see what we can do as a temporary fix while we continue to wait for the part. When I picked my car up the following day, what do ya know, the upholstery is still just hanging off the door as per every day since September. We own 2 VWs, and have already begun servicing the other at Capital VW in Tallahassee due to our dissatisfaction with Prestige. While it will be inconvenient, I may try to switch my Atlas to there as well, and I will absolutely be looking at other options for my next vehicles (myself, and my 16 and 13 year olds).UPDATEthey finally got the part in to replace the door upholstery (that has been on backorder for 4 months), so I brought my Atlas back in on Wednesday morning, and also reported an oil leak. The valve needed for the oil issue had to be ordered so I was told my car would be ready Friday 2:30. Then, Friday 2:30, I was told end of day. Well, it s after 6 on Friday and I just heard from my service manager, Patrick, that my car is still on the lift and will not be ready until Monday (which is MLK day, so I doubt it). Anyway, my experience with service at Prestige is absolute trash. At this point, I m pretty sure I m being punished for this review. I ll never buy another Volkswagen.

Give me pertinent info on performance of my car such as brake life, rather than sell me on filters. The service person did not discuss the repairs done on the car. He just checked me out. The price for a VW water pump was exceptionally high. You can buy it on VW website far cheaper.
