The guy with the corner office & cowboy boots scared us away from doing business here. From the moment we walked in for our 10 AM appointment to get our car looked at the 2 employees sitting at the desk were complaining about the lack of employeees saying where tf are the rest of the employees took 20 min to finally get someone to help us. Cowboy boots took us over because we had questions about the repair time frame and the actual repair itself. He told us that they are going to have to repair stuff even if the insurance/we do not approve it and would be stuck with the cost. We asked if we could prepay the parts to alieviate the time frame of 1 month for repairs. He said it didn t matter and would still take 1 month + because he can GAURENTEE there is more damages then even there digital quote that they gave us. He kept calling our son a girl and had to be corrected but wants to me believe that he can tell there is a bigger gap. He was condescending saying he didn t know we worked on cars and if we don t want to do it his way we were making him uncomfortable and to take our business elsewear. Well we did and got our car back in less than a week.

They damaged my car lamination and were claiming that it was in the same state when dropped. The staff lied on the photos taken. I don t recommend them for expensive/any car repairs. Very bad experience from the entire team. Their reason was the scratches are a result of the sun on laminated hood. Please look up any image on the internet of a car peeling from the sun and tell me if the picture of my car hood looks anything like that. Unbelievable. Even in the minuscule chance that this would have happened, this isn t something that just happens in little over two weeks. I would have most definitely noticed that.Please note the damages done to the lamination is not fixed. I will ensure that I will take this feedback to Mercedes Benz directly on twitter and facebook.They didn t even wash the car.I read the reviews of other customers . Looks like you team has not learnt any lessons from the past mistakes. The scratches in my car looks like intentionally done to express employee employer frustration. This is my first ever review of a company. I will be filing a better business bureau report after this.I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION.Dropped off y Car on Nov 16th, after having to wait three weeks for an appointment to drop it off for a repair expected to take 24 days. This place had no record of my "appointment", and made it seem as if it was my fault for that.Once my car was dropped off, they had it taken apart by the next day. They then proceeded to let my car sit in the lot, taken apart, for three weeks. The did no work on it, and then blatantly LIED to me and told me it was because my Insurance took that long to approve the repairs.Dec 7thI called my insurance to ask why this is the case and they showed me exactly when the request was submitted, and it was less than 48hours after platinum werks submitted it.... nearly three weeks after me dropping my car off.This resulted in me having to cancel a nonrefundable trip, and my holiday plans, because they could not have the car done before the holidays.Jan 3th.I called to check on the status, was told it is being put back together, and will most likely be done by Friday, but was told their policy is to not give a completion dates.Jan 10thI called to inquire on status and was told it is in "Detail" and should be done soon, but was not provided a completion time or date.Jan 12th.I called during their Operating hours at 5:30pm it took 15 min for someone to finally answer the phone, from another department, to check on the status of my car. No one was in the shop to provide a status. So apparently their work hours are not as advertised.I have no clue of the status of my car, I've not been contacted by them since Dec 7th, and literally am left with no rental, no car, and no clue when that will change.I do NOT recommend anyone ever doing business with this company. Go somewhere else... You will regret your experience if not.

I had my brand new BMW rear ended within a month of having it. Awful! Took is there, parts were hard to get and on back order but they kept me updated and even got the parts from Orlando to speed the process up. My. Lopez and Mr. Simmons are the absolute best to work with even in an unfortunate situation like this. They bent over backwards to make a situation appear like it never happened. Thank you.

Wow. Excellent service. Jacob and Todd kept me informed of all work done and every step of the process. All damages were repaired with OEM parts. Paint matched perfectly and they went above and beyond to blend in a paint chip that was there before I brought the car in. Platinum werks also took care of all dealings with the insurance claim. Took my BMW to Platinumwerks Collision since they came highly recommended by BMW in the area. They had my car for a month. The bodywork on the damaged panels was superb but there were other issues that came to my attention after the fact. Platinumwerks did not do much to try to correct the situation and I had to come out of pocket to repair and replace some of the items that were not up to my standards. They installed new tail lights that had internal damage and burnt out bulbs, left a very hard adhesive residue on one of my passenger doors that was not there before and broke my stereo system. The whole experience wasn't great to begin with as it took so long for a small repair, and the lack of professionalism and willingness to correct their mistake is not okay for me. I decided not to continue dealing with it and fix it myself because it's apparent they didn't want my business to begin with.Update to owners response:Funny thing is my car did not have any aftermarket stereo equipment installed, so not sure where that information came from. The fact is my speakers worked in my car when I brought them to Platinumwerks and when I got my car back they were damaged. Second issue was the taillights; when I brought my car there the housings were damaged, but all of my lights worked when I dropped the car off. The new lights did not have cracked housings, BUT they were cracked internally (not bmw standard?), AND multiple bulbs were burnt out on the new part.

I recently purchased a 2017 Porsche 911 4S in Carmine Red that had substandard work done on its rear bumper. I saw the shop manager Danny Baker who personally looked over the entire car and recommended a small dent on drivers side be taken out as well. When I got the car back the repairs made to the rear bumper were perfect, the paint was a perfect match and I could not be happier as my car was returned to me looking as it was when it came from the factory. The painter by the name Ray B. deserves many kudos (great job done) as I know painting to match color, luster, and texture is an art, I am very happy with his workmanship!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dan & Zoila.I wanted to related a story about the outstanding service I received from Jacob Childress last Saturday I arrived at your shop from the Melbourne Airport last Saturday, July 15, at about 7:50p. Jacob was also arriving at this time and was getting set-up at his work station. He very politely let me know that he needed a few minutes to get set-up and logged into his computer.After a few minutes he was ready to interact. I informed him that I was there to pickup my 2016 Porsche 911 and Jacob went to the file to look for my paper work. Nothing. He politely informed me that the car was not ready to go. I told him that I had informed Zoila that I was coming on this day to collect the vehicle and all should be good to go. I do not think he believed my statement, but politely agreed to reach out to Zoila to confirm the story which he was able to do.Ultimately, he discovered that the car was not ready to go and could I come back on Monday to pick it up. I explained that I had a flight back to Pennsylvania at 3:00p that day and needed to return the car to Vero Beach and get to Orland for my flight. Jacob explained that the car needed to be cleaned and buffed out prior to delivery. He asked if I could wait 45 minutes while he cleaned the car and buffed the front end. I agreed and he proceed to run over to the shop to begin work.In 30 minutes he completed the work, we settled up on the bill and I was on my way to Vero Beach.I am relaying this story because a young man took control of a situation and coolly and professionally worked to own the challenge and work to satisfy the customer, me.You truly have a gem with Jacob and someone that has a bright future in whatever he decides to do with his life. I hope you see the potential in him that I do. I have been managing people for more that 50 years and have a good eye for talent. This kid is a talent and I wanted you to know.Thanks for taking good care of me and my vehicle. I will come back next time I need body work in Florida. Many thanks.

Unfortunately I had a car crash past December and I was advised by Porsche Melbourne to send out my car to Platinumwerks since they are Porsche authorized. I had a brand new cayenne and my car had 5 weeks old/1700 miles. Even though being super upset with the car accident (no fault), I had the best experience with the shop. Dominik Bryan took care of my car. His customer care was above and beyond. His patience and honesty were outstanding. He handled the process with the insurance company so properly and kept me informed of all steps. I am extremely happy with the outcome but to be honest, what gave me a piece of mind was the perfectionism and the impeccable care/work team attitude that Dominik had. I would recommend the shop to any high end cars.The best experience ever!Thank you for making the bad experience being a good one... you guys are unique.

Worst body shop experience I ve ever had to endure. Dan Baker and Dan Holmes were most unprofessional and just down right rude. We were told 3-4 days to complete work on our vehicle. They ordered the wrong parts and took 2 weeks to complete the car. These guys do not know how to perform a proper estimate. Our price tripled from the original estimate as though they had an open tab.They tried to blame Audi. And don t try to argue with these guys either, they have an excuse for everything. Want some advice, take your car somewhere else and do not allow this business or these guys to perform work on your vehicle. Ive read these reviews and it seems they try to respond making it seem as though they are attempting to care and resolve the issue. I can assure you they were given that opportunity. They simply don t care. If I could rate lower than 1 star, you can believe I would. Thieves and Liars!!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

Mike and Dan Holmes were a pleasure to deal with, it took a little longer than expected but the quality of work was more than worth it. When I got my car back everything was lined up perfectly and my Audi looked better than when I picked it up. Superior work, I would highly recommend the shop. The BEST customer service! Platinumwerks Collision Center is certified by luxury car names like Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus and others. The awesome director Dan Baker and his team made my car showroom quality again! What a wonderful, professional team!! They provided status on my car's repair progress, it was ready as promised. They are the BEST in the state!!

My Mercedes was taken to Platinum bythe dealership after their dent guymade my small dent into a big problem.Danny met me at the dealership and we discussed how it was to be repaired and painted.I picked my car up from the dealership today and was pleasantly surprised atthe results.Amazing job !!!!I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires only the best!!!!

Danny Baker and his team showed me exemplary customer service. After fixing a problem with my car 3 1/2 years ago, there were a couple issues that came up. I met with Danny and he made an appointment with me in a week. He assured me that he and his team would take care my car and not to worry. They allowed me to watch and explained everything to me as they worked. I felt like a real VIP. Not only did they fix everything, as a professional courtesy, they didn t charge me. Great experience! Dropped my truck off and they had a driver take me to enterprise for my rental with no wait. Very quick with my repairs and were able to accommodate me and coordinate my pickup time with my work schedule. This was extremely important due to the fact I live in Port St. John. Very professional and my truck looks as good as new! Thanks for the great experience! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience with platinumwerks. I am more than happy with the work and the process they take when it comes to working on vehicles. My car is my baby and when I got in a wreck not only did they let me know every detail they went and showed me why. They take the extra step to go above and beyond. My car looks brand new again and being in the automotive business myself I can tell you it is hard to find a body shop that can make a luxury car look brand new. Dominic and the PlatinumWerks staff were amazing from start to finish. I had previous quotes from other collision centers and what sold me on Platinumwerks was Dominic. His knowledge of not only the process but the details of my car were outstanding. We were kept consistently in the loop on part lead times and what exactly was taking place with our repair. The good - the staff friendliness, quick checking in and out and overall the job was done. A few things that could use improvement would be inspection prior to giving back the vehicle after body work - the front left bumper that was fixed had a horizontal white line about 7 inches or so that I had to buff out myself. It came off so no big deal, but you d think that would be taken care of prior to pick up, particularly the area being fixed. Secondly, I planned to have an oil change while my car was at Toyota for 7 days - I had spoke with service prior to and the body shop, but somehow it was overlooked and now have to take more time to go and sit for an hour + to have that done. Finally, when getting back into my decently new car (almost 12k miles), a wave of a nasty smell hit me and is now lingering, taking over the new car smell I had before. Like sweaty body odor or urine, so that s fun. But otherwise, the job is done and that s the important part.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Someone had attempted to cover-up damage to my vehicle by using, possibly nail polish, on a spot on my driver's door panel of my new Toyota Highlander recently purchased from Toyota of Melbourne. PlatinumWerks came to my rescue and Dan Holmes and Jordan Nunez sprung into action and had the matter rectified within 20 minutes. Jordan was able to quickly wetsand the spot and it looked like new when he finished...the alternative if the spot was deeper was a $522 repair job. Their honesty and integrity in handling the matter without charging me speaks volumes about their workmanship! Any future issues will be handled by Platinumwerks.Service: Body & Trim

This is a shout out to Nichole the best customer service rep I have experienced in a very long time. She was attentive and professional to all my needs. Sometimes people don't understand that there are many facets to repairing a vehicle. There are parts that must be ordered and even though we has customers are eager to get back into our cars there is a waiting process and it could be the mfgr is the hold up and not platinum Werks. I understand these types of issues, but not every does. I see the caring and hard work that these individuals do to ensure we (the customer) can get back into our vehicles has fast as possible. I also recognize the respect they have especially Nichole. She ensured that I was pleased. Nichole, I think you are great!!!Platinum Werks thank you my vehicle looks fantastic!!!!!

What a terrible place to take a vehicle to get repaired.. no matter the cost of the vehicle $1000 or $100000. The disrespect from management is unbelievable, the lies, and the sneaking around. They have no respect for peoples property parts thrown on the interior of the car, no apologies just lies. Maybe if you re white you will get better treatment. I m a younger Hispanic male that was taken advantage of on my vehicle and LIED to. I will be taking further actions. I just don t want to see anyone get taken advantage like I was please for the love of god go to Maaco before you even think of this po-dunk establishment.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

No one wants to have to get their car repaired after an accident, dealing with the insurance company. Dan Baker and his team were fantastic to work with. They are true professionals that provide much needed guidance and advice throughout the process. If I ever need any autobody work in the future I would only use Dan and his team at Platinumwerks Collision Center.

Very poor communication and updates. As proposed, it would only about 3-4 days and end up 6 days past. And no calls or communication until the day it was finished. I am looking below some reviews and this has been an ongoing issues with this company about punctually and time frame. If the work is past to what is expected- it could have been easy and understandable if they will reach out or update the customers with time frame of work.(This has been my second time to have work done and the first one was the same experience. I could have learned my lesson on the first time and the work done during the first time was very bad painting and repair.)There are also concerns and works I d like to be done within the time frame and period the car was being taken care of- which i was hoping was taken care of already since no one reached out about some other concerns I asked. No updates and work details made until the day I m taking the car. Platinumwerks have not addressed some issues during the time period of 10 days but I was given option on that same day if I m still interested to have it done at the time I m taking back my car.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance
