My guy Ray is real good. Highly recommend and I won't be going anywhere else. Fixed up my Sands bike, went the extra mile and realigned and fixed things I didn't even know were wrong, got the bike running right. Super happy.

Installed my tires quickly and spot on balancing. Open on Saturday helps. Freely shared his knowledge of things not related to tires and put my mind at ease. Doesn t try to sell you on something you don t need. Very clean organized shop! I m going back.Service: TiresService: Tires

Professional. Clean. Knowledgeable. Their work is perfect and absolute. I say this with 100% certainty when examining any faucet of work from these guys, at any angle and from any distance. I am so impressed with the quality and attention to detail from these guys, that I would trust them with any job on my motorcycle. Their electrical wiring on their custom motorcycles is no nonsense, direct, and perfect. Inspecting their work reveals the high skill level of a professional, clean, and knowledgeable technician. These are gentleman bike builders, that build machines that are unbelievably well done. It s obvious that only perfectly executed work is accepted here, and you will be highly impressed with the level of care that will be taken with any work that is commissioned from them.

Let me start by saying that if you're like me, it takes a lot to stop and write one of these things....But Ray makes you stop and do it. This guy is absolutely the best. He runs an extremely clean, professional and well knowledgeable shop. If you have a bike...and you want to take to someone you can TRUST...and don't want to get gauged by the dealer for services.....you go here....PERIOD!. I had my baby brought in to him and he put me at ease in the first 5 minutes just hearing him talk with his knowledge and expertise. I picked it up sooner than expected and more done than expected as well.Ray has my biz and I won't think twice about it. If you love your bike like I do....He should have yours as well. Dominick

Very Highly Recommended! I was in a pinch when my front wheel bearings went out. Ray stepped up, did a great job and had it repaired quickly. Nothing but 5 stars across the board for Palm Shores Customs.

It's 2:35 p.m. on a Friday I went by the place is dark doors are locked. Very disappointing, they could have left a sign on the window or something? Disappointing.
