Called Open Roads around 0945 this morning and told them what I needed, Kelly showed up less than hour later, took care of both of our issues in just 1 hour, replaced both roof attic vents and adjusted one our slides. We were very pleased with the work Kelly performed, he was very personable and showed us pictures of the roof repair work. Thank you! Definitely recommend.

Today I had Keith from Open Road RV repair meet me to repair a gas regulator issue along with a PC board on the refrigerator. I have to tell you, I have had RV,s for 20 years plus and had many repairs. Keith is the first service individual that knew what to do. He showed up on time, went to work immediately, educated me on what was wrong, he explained what it takes to fix. I am impressed!He deserves 10 stars . Don't hesitate to call them as opposed to waiting months at the big repair shops.

Kelly was amazing!! He fixed our problem in minutes, and even explained to my husband how to fix it if it happens again! Super fast response time (same day). We will definitely call him if anything else comes up!!

Kelly was awesome! He came promptly the same day we called for help. Courteous and skilled, he found the problem and explained what had happened. He even went so far as to ask to return the next day to double check something - which he did - and discovered another possible cause of our electrical problem. He went beyond the call of duty!

Kelly at Open Road Mobile RV Repair was outstanding. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable and personable. Fixed my slide malfunction, replaced motor, sync d the motors and showed me how to resysnc. He didn t mind me looking over his shoulder trying to learn and gave me some recommendations. If I need an RV Tech in the future I won t hesitate to call. Also they ran my warranty down and navigated that process and their pricing was very reasonable for the service call and diagnostic. Very good will use again.

Kelly was not only quick getting here but got the job done almost two hours faster than planned. Being able to adapt to dynamic working environments with the location and placement of our batteries, he was able to install our new hardware safely. We had 4 gel batteries and switched to two large lithium batteries. Highly recommended and definitely in good hands. Thank you for the great work!

Kelly was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. He came when he said he would and even had to come rescue me to fix a problem with the new water heater, that turned out to be something that was not hooked up properly. Excellent service!!!

Kelly replaced our controller board shipped from manufacturer, 3 out of 4 issues then fixed. He kept testing then found one defective wire to slide motor to fix 4th problem. Required wire replacement. Yuk.Open Road is highly recommended.

I had Kelly out here for a diagnostic, and replacement of my AC for my Keystone 5th wheel. I sold RVs for a bit, and he is an exemplary technician. His experience shows in his work, ability to identify problems, and efficiency. He wasted no time finding the issue, explaining it to me without the technical jargon that would confuse most. (Just because I sold them, does not mean I know anything about fixing them lol). Kelly was nothing but professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and PUNCTUAL. He showed up the first time quicker than I could shower, and the second he was on time to the second. Nothing but thanks to Kelly, and Open Road. It is nearly impossible in some areas to find good mobile technicians, and they came through. Even their phone lines are exemplary, they answer, talk to their customers with respect, explain the process/payment schedule, and left no questions unanswered.Services: Tires, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

The rear hydraulic cylinder went bad in my rv and my slide was open in the rear and closed in front. Kelly came out weeks ago and stated they could order the part and when it came in they would be back out to fix it. On 2-22-2024 he came out with the part but said there was nothing he could do for me. After contacting another rv technician who came out and said no problem and was amazed the first guy couldn t do the work. Maybe these people are competent generally speaking, but my experience was not a good one.

Kelly was awesome. The family and I were on vacation and one of our ac quit working. Contacted open road mobile Rv on Monday around 8:15 am. Kelly was out by 9:30 diagnosed the problem, it was submitted to my extended warranty company and had a new ac on my unit the next business day!! Never have I had such good service through out my many years of owning an RV..would definitely recommend and will use again..

Amazing experience with RV repair! They came out to diagnose, orders parts, came back a week later. I paid them my deductible for my warranty and they did the rest! Kelly was very thorough and explained the process. I highly recommend Kelly! Thank you Open Road!

They want $250 to give an estimate to put sealer on the roof what a business model! Don't bother unless you want to give them a license to steal. They want $250 to do what most businesses will do for free. Maybe if they had someone answering the phone that knew anything about doing the repairs it would be more convincing? Several companies had given me a price on the phone and $100 to come out if you do any kind of work not to get a price to do the work.

9/24 update: Great customer service and repair work. Had an additional problem and spoke to the manager. Kelly came out immediately to address and fix this new problem. This kind of customer service is not common and I greatly appreciate it.Kelly did a fantastic job on my RV slide out motor replacement. Took him less than an hour to replace the motor from inside the RV on location at my home. Very pleased and will recommend Open Road to everyone for sure.

Called Open Road last Thursday because my AC was starting to freeze up. Kelly came out that afternoon and was able to diagnose the problem. My AC needed replaced. Friday morning the parts were ordered and got a call Friday afternoon to schedule the repair first thing Monday morning. Kelly showed up and in no time had the AC replaced and working again in my Grand Design Solitude. Hats off to Kelly and the team at Open Road in completing repairs so quickly. Kelly was PHENOMINAL! He is smart and can problem solve on the fly. Kelly swooped in and fixed my whole system in a matter of 2 hours. What a great experience! Contacted the company at their 1-800 number and spoke with a very nice, professional lady. She was able to schedule an appointment for service within 2 hours. Kelly arrived and was knowledgeable and diligent in his accessment of our issue. Not only found the source of our issue and repaired it, but also gave advise and instructions for further maintenance that would prevent potential future issues. Glad we made the call and would definitely use their services again if needed. Highly recommend!

Kelly was amazing! He replaced both faucets in our bathrooms and fixed a leak with our water filter. He also replaced bathroom vent fans. Kelly even gave us some pointers about care for our sliders.
