Had a great experience here with every employee so far. Customer service oriented and friendly. Shout out to Don for doing a great job cutting my rotors and drums. Reminds me of what auto parts stores used to be like when staffing was focused on customer service and knowledge base. Thanks fellas!

They have an exceptional crew who are very knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all, HONEST. Unlike most of the other auto parts stores, they do not make me feel uncomfortable when I have questions about my car. They are now my go-to for all my car issues.

The young man who helped me was amazing. Changed my battery and checked the voltage afterward. Made small talk helped with a few other help for tips. I'll definitely be going back to O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I had to get new hubcaps for my car. The gentleman at the store helped me find the right ones and he put them on my car as well for me. I could not ask for better customer service

Came in 5 mins to close in need of new window wipers. The guys were polite and funny. They have no problems staying a few mins past close to assist in putting on the wiper blades. Great customer service!

Had a late night repair.... called & they had the parts...cool... Get back to the shop, pull apart the front end of the 2500HD for brakes. Remove old stuck caliper,pads & rotors... Replaced rotors, pads & calipers but when we go to connect brake lines the caliper isn't tapped to the same thread as OEM or the bolt that was sent..... So then we had to go to the other Oriellys & they had bad caliper threads also

They are fantastic at this location! I highly recommend them over the place next door. Everyone was really helpful and they helped me figure out what I needed and gave me confidence to do some of my own repairs. Erik was super nice to lend a hand and a wrench. With their parts and guidance, I was able to fix my cruise control and brake lights myself, not only saving me $, but now I feel great having done the repairs. They have earned my loyalty.

The gentleman Sean who helped me change my battery on 5/2/22 was the kindest and most helpful person I have met at an O Riley s store. I will be back and it will be the only auto parts store I go to!

Knowledgeable, affordable and very friendly. I go in with my service dog and they are very welcoming. They always answer all my questions and take the time to make sure I'm ordering all the right parts. They even help carry out all the heavy parts. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts for being so courteous to your customers. The inside & outside of the store is very clean and when your parts come in the call. Avoid auto zone. They are so rude and useless.

Associate Scott was extremely helpful yesterday, May 11,2022 with an issue I was experiencing with my Cobalt.He did a diagnostic, researched the problem and located the part on my car. Scott checked the camshaft postion sensor and had me on my way in no time.Scott was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He is an asset to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store located on Wickham Rd, Melbourne FL.Thanks again Scott.

This is a customer-friendly store that has a great selection of parts and supplies. They have tool rental and the tools I have rented are practically brand new some are still in the wrapper.I have special ordered a certain brand of oil or parts and the delivery is quick usually the next day and you pick it up. The store is easy in and easy out located right off Wickham and not by a stoplight. The checkout is always quick with usually a small wait if any at all. A military discount is available and is a great perk for the military, retired included.

I will never shop at this location again. I've never been so disrespect by an employee in my life. As bad as my husband and I were. We practically got shoved put of the store.I told the cashier " this is a good way to lose sales "Auto zone is better anywho.

Had to replace battery in auto fob. The gentleman working was pleasant and kind enough to actually take them fob apart and replace the battery. I have arthritis in my hands so I truly appreciated him going the extra mile not just selling me the battery.

The staff who works at O'Reilly's are the most Amazing People I ever especially a Wonderful Man name Dave at 1430 N. Wickham Road store. Not only did he take the time to check my battery and alternator to see which one that need replacement but he also installed it and changed my wiper blades as well. I am so grateful for having taking care people the way they do. Especially for females who need the help the most like I do. Thank you Dave and O'Reilly's

Do not trust O'Reillys or Phil at this location. He will lie to ur face and waste ur time and gas to lie more. Sad part is that's y they make warranty's is for detective parts but if the employees don't do their job and think and act like it is coming out if their bank account what is a customer to do except report the sorryness and make sure everyone goes else where for part. At least advanced auto parts and autozone stand behind there products and warranty's. Sad and pathetic on O'Reillys part that customers who work very yard for every penny they get to fix their vehicle with warrantied parts aren't warrantied and then phil tries to act like literally he is going to have to pay for them or something like that. Go anywhere but O'Reillys BC trust me when I say if one of there parts fail and it has a warranty they will not do right by customers!!!! Worst business I have ever been to.

Stopped in to check on the battery. They were very helpful came out tested the battery. Show me which battery would be applicable for my vehicle. I purchased the battery and they physically installed it right out in the parking lot. Very helpful very friendly Fair priced. I will be back.

Only place in town who had a cooling fan motor I needed on Sunday evening, everywhere else had to order it, our car wasn't out of service for a few days, thank you O'Reilly

When you've had a business account longer the the people working there and they give you a hard time about warranty and price matching. There is a major problem. Only 3 out of the 8 guys have any clue about vehicles. Horrible.
