Turning light didn't work and I came to the store on July 7th. It didn't take no more than 3 minutes for the store manager Glenn to figure out what type of bulb I need and sent to the right section. I asked for help to replace and we figured it out that VW is quite different from other non-Germany models&made(in a more complicated way of course). I went back home, checked YouTube, but found that I didn't have the right type screw-driver.Today I came to the store again and Glenn just suggested using a straight one in the same diameter of the screw ( I realized that how stupid my friend and I were...we definitely have different sizes of straight screw-divers. Neither of us thought we could use it instead). Then Glenn and I worked together to replace the new turning light bulb. 20 minutes' work saved me a lot.The store is clean and organized, easy access to everything you need for your vehicle. Above all, people as Glenn makes it the No.1 place that I would like to visit for future reference.

Was very helpful staff, was greeted as soon as went thru door. And helped me get exactly what I needed then very happily away I went. The staff also goes above and beyond to make it's customers happy and satisfied. They will help you get the part you need even if they don't have it.

Came to the store last night and both the employees were extremely helpful, and made sure I got everything in my order. anytime I'm in the store all the employees try their hardest as a mobile mechanic and third party fleet mechanic this help a outstanding amount. I'd rather orielys then the others because employees like this store has.

Nice size clean store and parking lot. Helpful and polite staff. I bought some odd parts that were not in stock, but they ordered it for me and my parts were ready for me to pick them up later the same day.Needless to say I will be shopping there again. After short conversation with employee I found out also provide a lot of free services like specialty tool rentals, etc. They also offer brake rotors turning for affordable price.

Sunday July 19, 2020I called to check on the store hours. Alberto answered and was exceptionally polite and helpful. Great phone etiquette is rare today. Great start!When I arrived I was greated by Josh. His help was spot on as he made it easy for me to find everything on my list and answered all my questions. Very refreshing customer service indeed. My project is going great and when I need something else I know exactly where to go for a great shopping experience. Prices for what I needed where fair as well.Also noteworthy, the store is very clean. There is ample parking and a bike rack which is well placed In front of the store for your use at arrival. I tend to go here whenever I need anything auto related. The staff is always extremely helpful and go above and beyond troubleshooting for you. They're great with giving you their opinion on what's best for your vehicle, even if it's the cheaper option. They don't go out of their way to reccomend the pricier option if cheaper alternatives are just as effective. Real nice guys, overall a great store. They tend to have anything I need so it's a one stop shop (and on the rare occasion they don't, they order it in quickly.) This one's for you, John

Used to be a good place but lately the people that work there have become very rude and act like you coming in is a burden to them and now that they no longer have the rotor turning service I really don't have a reason to come here versus AutoZone or Advance where prices are cheaper.

Glenn was a huge help! We got a screw in our tire while visiting my mom in Melbourne. He let me use his personal air compressor to pump the tire up after I got it plugged. Great service!

No real complaints here except they only had 1 person on the register. It was clean n so was the bathroom. The man behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Def would go there again.

Great experience. Looking for wiper blades, and was unable to find the right ones. Brad was super helpful at the service desk! He helped us find the right ones, and we saved some money. Highly recommend this location.

I've been a 'Shade-tree mechanic' most of my life. In the old days we had to go to local Mom & Pop Auto Parts stores. Buying parts was NOT easy back then. So many times they wouldn't have what you needed, or it would be quite expensive, or they'd have to order it from 'the warehouse'.Recently, in the past couple of years, I've been loyal to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Their stores are meticulously clean, well stocked and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.This morning, I had the 'Check Engine' light come on in my 2013 BMW. I was NOT happy about that, naturally. Plus, I'm in Melbourne for a reunion, I live near Tampa.So, I pulled into the closest O'Reilly to see if they'd run a diagnostic check for me. This service is FREE.I was immediately greeted by Anthony. The first thing he asked is "Did you just get gas?"Right then I knew he was in the know! I had just gotten gas the night before. Next he asked if my gas cap was on correctly. I answered "Yes". (Bad gas and a loose gas cap are the two MAIN reasons for an unexplained Check Engine Light usually).We walked out to my car, he hooked up his OBD(On Board Diagnostic) tester and quickly pulled up a trouble code and a description.Fortunately for me, it was a very minor issue that would likely resolve itself, would not damage the engine or affect driving and did not require any parts. (No good for O'Reilly!)I couldn't have been any happier all the way around! With O'Reilly, Anthony and a simple answer not requiring BMW-type expenses.....Thanks!

Always has the part I'm looking for. Could of been 5 star but the guy at register was just talking to another customer about non related things for at least 10 minutes. Had to wait for another associate who was working outside helping a customer.

A young man named Josh at the West New Haven Avenue in Melbourne Florida store was extremely knowledgeable about the parts that I was asking 4 and the day before I had spoken to a very knowledgeable man named Glen that worked at that store and answered all my questions in regards to the parts I was ordering could not express enough good things about this store and their employees definitely top of the line

We were out of state and having trouble. We stoppedTo buy parts and didn't know how many parts that we would need. They said work on it here and we have tools to let you use. They even had to go to anotherstore to get us more parts. It is wonderful to find people who care about you and are willing to actively help. Thank you so much.

Spoke with brandon today needed a radiator for my 03 tacoma and read alot about getting the correct size and radiator not lining up there were 2 choices he made sure I got the correct size and the correct coolant ...well the repair went flawless hope to get many more years with this replacement and it saved me alot of money...

They've done me well I've purchased parts there a few times and personally like it better than AutoZone or advanced Auto parts.
