Just purchased a car from Nissan of Melbourne on October 2,2023 on the 6th of October the air conditioning went out took it back to the dealer and they wanted $6,100 to fix my air conditioner on a $9000 car. Unbelievable day.... They had my car all day from a 9:30am appt till after five and did nothing to it. The salesman has been telling me that they would take care of it for 4 days and I finally got an appt. They all lied and passed the buck from one dept to the next..... Very unsatisfied

Bring your car here if you like to be treated rudely, ignored, or if you want to be massively overcharged for services you dont get or dont need. The manager does not care about his customers in the slightest, and most of the employees have no knowledge of cars, or how to efficiently perform their job. My contact agent was Eli, and he was clueless about everything I asked him, and basically useless. There was inappropriate language being used freely among the manager and employees. I am from out of town and needed a repair on my Nissan Juke. I dropped it off at 8am and didn't hear back from them until I called to check on my car 3 days later. At that time they proceeded to tell me I needed a new transmission in order to fix my issue, and it would be $4,000+. Being from out of town, this is basically what I expected to hear from them. So I took my car to a local garage, and they were able to fix the issue same day for $300, and now it runs like new again. DO NOT go to Nissan of Melbourne. They are crooks and do not care about their customers.

Customer service is a joke. They will order your part and charge you for it then say they called and couldn't leave a message. When it's been over a month and you finally call to get a refund they will inform you that you need to drive in foe the refund and you will more than likely get charged a restocking fee.

They told me what I needed to have fixed on my vehicle which I pretty much knew was accurately needed. the final price was as expected

Always a great experience with the employees. Kristie is great. Service is always exceptional and straight to the point. Service time estimate for the oil change was an hour and 15 minutes. When I say I literally was driving out at that time I was surprised n pleased because I had to go to work. Waiting area is clean n has complimentary snacks my son loved.

As a first time Nissan buyer with my first service I was really hoping the process would be a great one. Well, I wasn't charged additionally since id already paid for service. The oil was changed per the sales invoice and the wash that was already paid for was performed as well. However, my black truck came out dirtier in appearance than when they took it in for service. A little soap and enough water to at least wash the windows clean and not drying my still dirty truck so there are swirl marks down the side would be a good idea

Friendly staff, just took forever to book appointment. There's no clear number online, Everytime I called different numbers, they were so busy I had left several messages. Finally the sales guy I bought the car from called me to check up, and I told him I couldn't get an appointment so he put one in for me. So the schedule part is hard but once that was solved, everything went smoothly

Great service. I received a complimentary oil and filter change in the mail. Scheduled my free oil change and brought it in. They took it in immediately and during the check in process offered a complimentary car wash and took care of a recall issue as well.

This is a decent Nissan although I have my reservations about the service dept. They perform sub par work on occasions. I brought my Frontier for oil change service and they left the screw on oil pan loose and oil began leaking from it. Also my granddaughter's Kicks was serviced here due to another Nissan dealership's service dept tech leaving oil dip stick out when oil change occurred there and splattered oil all over engine, including the alternator which caused engine to stall out and lose power. They did the repair here but neglected to change alternator which eventually caused car to lose power. Just be leary of this Nissan of Melbourne.

Made me feel right at home. Christy even gave me a great deal with a coupon I had. She was excellent to work with. Also got into a conversation with the tech who worked on my car about Harleys. Real nice guy. I will be back.

Brought fleet vehicle in with repairs needing to be done. Told them what was happening. Said it would likely be done tomorrow morning.. Tomorrow rolls around no call.. I call and they explain some nosense bs.. Long story short.. 15 days later. $2500 bill vehicle still over heats and is just about the same.

This is my 3rd vehicle i purchased From Nissan of Melbourne Danny the sales manager is like a miracle workerAll 3 cars that I bought there he put me in the vehicle that I wanted at the price I want to pay A very upfront person Great communication with him Whatever the situation is he will make it happen He has proved it over and over to me that's why I keep going back Danny's the 1st man I look for when I walk through the door At Nissan of Melbourne He's more than just a sales manager I consider him a friend
