Bryce, Wanted to let you know how grateful I am that you were patient with answering all my questions and providing valuable information to me over the past 30+ days. The Kicks that you sold my daughter over the weekend is an excellent SUV for her at a price that she can afford. When I first came in I was greeted with a warm welcome. My salesman was Dee I believe his name is Demarcus. He was very knowledgeable and broke everything down to me to make sure I understood what all I was getting. He made this experience so easy and quick. I definitely recommend him!!

Our salesman was Esteban. We were greeted from the parking lot by him & instantly we knew he was going to be a huge help. He walked us through a lengthy trial and error learning process that a lot of people wouldn t have had the patience to walk a 22 & 23 year old through. He made sure we understood every step of the way, advised us and guided us in the right direction, and overall was a pleasure to work with considering the comfortability level. We did nothing but LAUGH all day, and not only with him but with the rest of the staff! There wasn t a bad vibe in the BUILDING. A process that took us a few extra hours felt like we hung out all day & just went home with a brand new car. The best experience I ve had buying a car by FAR!

Out of warranty issue. It took 30 days to get parts from Nissan. This was a dealer required repair with OE parts. Stuck without my truck for 30 days and no loaner. A truck I shouldn't drive, a Nissan part that wasn't available and no estimate on when it would be. I initiated every follow up call for status. First time at this dealer and last time! From other dealer experiences usually 10 out of 10 however here was 0 out of 10. Loyal Nissan owner, even escalated to corporate Nissan and they didn't even seemed concerned about my experience. What a let down! Not even an inch of goodwill from dealer or manufacturer for an almost $3K repair.

I'm not pleased the vehicle I was negotiating was sold within 2 hrs of my appointment after 3 hard inquiries were made lowering my score . I understand money talks but the consent was not given to complete the loan application. Disappointed and the building smells like mold and no employees were engaging in customers or seemed enthusiastic about selling cars for a living.

Not what you would expect from a car dealership. Adrien, our salesman, was confident but not pushy. He found a way to make what WE needed work for us. There was never a point where I felt like we were being pushed into a vehicle we didn t want or need.His sales manager is a magician. From finding the exact car we asked for (which wasn t on the lot that morning), to making all the numbers work, he met and exceeded every request.After a LONG day at the dealership due to our own indecision, Clayton, the finance guy, wrapped everything up nicely. We were laughing and telling jokes like old friends.The entire experience gets an A+. I tend to be wary of salesman and dealerships in general, but this ain t your average dealership. Give them a chance, they ll blow your mindEdit: On the way to come pick up the vehicle the next morning we noticed there was still a strong smoke smell. We were promised it would be taken care of the night before. Come to find out the service was never done. The GM seemed indifferent about the fact that it wasn t done, and we were tossed around with excuses why not. Upon talking to some other customers waiting outside I found out that they had similar experiences with the service department.It s a shame that the sales team, Adrien especially, are so incredible but they don t have the backing of a solid service team. Integrity is everything, and the word of the salesman should carry just as much weight as a signed contract. I guess those just aren t the times we live in anymore.

I love the employees at Nissan of Melbourne, but they do not give a military discount, very unfortunate for what we do for our country and the owner can not help out with military discount on services, it is only $10 on every $100, and $100 on every $1000. If you just did that and limited it, that would be much appreciated, for all we have done to defend our country. Just think about it, I love Nissan and you reside close to a military base. Your dealership would definitely be a 5 star operation, just helping out America's finest.

Today my husband and I brought my son here for his first car. Sean from the start was absolutely great. He was so personable with a great positive attitude and we felt he really wanted to help us get a fair deal. John and Jimmy were also amazing. It was so nice to have such a great experience and feel welcomed while we were helping our son who has worked so hard. We couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Normally when you take your vehicle in for service, they always try and sell you on other repairs that you don't need. Well, I took my car in for its oil change and that's all it got. I really liked how they didn't try and sell me on new wipers or anything else.

The whole experience was very poor from the app malfunctioning to being fleeced for $600 for unnecessary service. To be specific I booked for the oil change and tire rotation under my prepaid contract. This being only the second service since purchase of the vehicle. The service representative suggested additional services. I told him whatever the 15,000 mile recommended services were in addition to my contract should be done. It turns out none of the additional charges/services are recommended (valve cleaning; not until 50-60k miles) except a compartment air filter. This I discovered after looking it up on-line later when reviewing the bill.But let s start with the app which said my attempt to schedule the appointment failed, then confirmed it by email and text thus requiring me to call to determine if I had an appointment or not.Then upon arrival, my first time at the dealership, the attendant insults me for not knowing exactly where to pull up. Two and a half hours later I m waiting for my oil change & tire rotation to be completed.No extremely poor experience and unfortunately my local dealer.

After a traumatic 90 day event regarding my car, hit by lightening, it was finally totalled. I was approaching purchase experience with dread. Thanks to Sean Sonny and Clayton Jepsen at the Melbourne dealership, I was presently surprised. I received efficiency, kindness, politeness and they bent over backward to meet my needs to now get me in a car ASAP. Sean was so familiar with the features of the car, it was an easy decision, and responded to all my concerns with patience. Clayton's knowledge of financing options and flexibility in finding the right package for me was so relieving. This team really brought a pleasant end to a difficult event for me. Thank you for having such amazing employees. And I love my new Rogue!

I recently financed a used 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport from here that I thought I loved. A week later, it rained and the water is coming in through my front and back windshield. The rain has saturated the floor boards and smells putrid. I cannot believe this establishment would sell a car with underlying conditions such as this. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied I will never lease nor finance from Nissan again. This was my last straw. Thanks Max & Joel. I bet you had no idea of the garbage you were willing to sell from inventory.

Turick was so kind and helpful, he explained what services I will be due for next time so I can be prepared as the transmission service is expensive. He got me a ride back to work so I did not have to wait in the very uncomfortable waiting room. Turick made the experience easy and convenient.The waiting room is awful though.

I was with Tarick on this visit and he went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced correctly and in a timely manner. I was met outside as soon as I pulled up, informed about the service, and shown to the waiting area. I was even able to add another service while there. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciate Tarick and the Nissan team for their help!

You have to be careful these guys only care about THE SALE . They set you up for complete failure. Just Financed a car that cut off twice on me in traffic. They offered me a ride with the courtesy van which was nice ! but my problems don t end there . for example HOW AM I GOING TO GET TO WORK , or TO THE STORE ect . They Simply JUST DONT CARE . Instead of saying hey I apologize about the car here s a courtesy car for transportation instead i m stuck calling out from work because of them selling me a bad car .

Had oil, filter and tire rotation, replaced cabin filter and had a new recall item repaired and a car wash. All work was done in about 90 minutes which was definitely quicker than I expected.

I brought my Nissan Leaf in for a water pump replacement. I was told the part was on back order. I never received a word on when the part would be available. Nor did I receive weekly updates on status of the part. I had to call each week and sometimes did not get a call back. On week 4 of car sitting there with no definite time or what your department was doing to pursue the part, I did my own search and what did I find? The part sitting at a Nissan Dealership in Texas. I ordered the part and it was sent promptly. I brought the part in the next day and it was installed. Unbelievable that you cannot look outside your portal to find a part that could have been repaired in days instead of weeks. Biggest complaint is your Customer Service not keeping me informed and your system of searching for parts. Both pitiful.

My fiance, Mark, and I bought a brand new Nissan Sentra yesterday and Jordan was our salesman. Jordan is very knowledgeable and patiently helped us make the best decision. Jordan never made us feel pressured. We had an excellent experience here! We would highly recommend Jordan!
