I came in with a coupon for an oil change, tap all fluids and a tire rotation. They said about an hour. The coupon would not be for $29.99 since I used synthetic oil and he said at that time it was still a great deal because I got the wheel alignment. So I took a walk and shortly I got a call saying the tire rotation was not included and it would be an extra charge. I was unhappy since the original representative told me I was still getting a great deal. When I went back and to speak to the owner I was greeted by Joshua Castillo he said he had already done the tire rotation and apologized for the confusion. The gentleman who helped me earlier was a trainee. I would highly recommend them they are a family owned business. I will definitely go back. Thanks Joshua.

Always extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They don't cut corners and try to nickel and dime you for every little service like the dealerships do. They work with you too and keep you informed and make suggestions. Definitely my preferred motor vehicle service center. Good coffee too!

Perfect store experience!!!!!!!!Alf helped me out greatly.He kept my card on the road.My oil pan had a leak from a prior experience at a Valvoline instant oil changeHe was able to fix the situation for me and also recommended I need brakes which after checking they actually needed to be changedI feel , if your car needs TLC or a major fix take it to the shop they earned my business5 stars MidasServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Took my truck in over 6 months ago after replacing all my braking hardware and such. I was having a brake issue which midas claimed it being the rack n pinion and rear wheel bearing. So i financed the repairs got truck back. Now it made humming noises never did before. So i took her back n apparently the other wheel bearing was bad also so i paid to fix it and warranty the first bearing. Now i get my truck back its humming and jumping so i return. it they tell me my gears our bad so i financed new gears and such. They called said it was ready 3 days later it blew out after a month waiting i get my truck back now with a smaller and different rearend thats was used. Idk but very unproffesional to the point i had to reach out to the finances over it cause midas refuses to fix it apparently noone will call me back to point i had my company loan me money to buy a truck just to keep working i would not trust a soul at midas again they cant make this right apparently

Took my car here to replace the clutch. They were so quick to get me a quote and got me a really great deal. They were very communicative and honest. Best mechanic I've been to. Josh is awesome. Thank you, Midas Team for your awesome work and kindness! We'll be back!

This is one of the best places I have been and it shows how good they are by the amount of cars waiting every day. If you do not get there early you may have a wait or to drop off. This because they are trusted do good work and back there work if there are any issues.

I did a transmission fluid service and cabin air filter change. Their service was quick and efficient. Though it s slightly pricey than most other places. I would definitely recommend it in terms of efficiency.

SCAMMERSWe went to midas because our car wouldn't start it would only make a clicking noise but the lights and everything still came on so we weren't sure if it was the battery and they told us they ran it on their machine and that the alternator wasn't charging and both the alternator and battery was bad and obviously that was gonna cost quite a bit of money but luckily before we spent it with them we went to the autoparts store and let them check and they said the alternator was good and had nothing wrong with it ultimately a new battery solved the issue

I took my car to Midas several months ago for an oil change. Unfortunately, I discovered several months later that they failed to properly secure the oil dipstick and they just leave it under the hood. This oversight could have led to serious damage. While I appreciate their service, I was disappointed by this lack of attention to detail. I hope they take measures to ensure such mistakes don't happen in the future.

This branch is a franchise that s operated by a family I can trust. The owner s son Joshua is the face of the business. He s businesslike but accommodating and solicitous. I have an old van but he treats me just the same as the person who drives the latest model car. The shop esp the washroom and service bays are always clean, and the waiting room is cool and comfortable. Plus, major repairs they ve done on my car were fixed at the first try. Impressive. I have recommended them to many friends. Joshua knows me as Floriza Fernandez, 1998Toyota Sienna. Thid month, he fixed my flat tire snd aligned my front tires. The owner here is amazing! My family was in the area for a baseball tournament when my brakes decided to stop working! So so scary! I called their shop and the owner came to my location and drove my vehicle back to his shop and got me in right away! This place is great. I had oil change the employee's went out of there way to explain to customers what they found on there cars. I was paying attention to what was going on around me. I saw them shop alternative parts to save a guy money on his breaking system. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or other customers that I noticed. Place is clean. I live 41 miles south of this location I will go back again when I need service.

Went for a tire rotation and had it done in a timely manner. They didn't press me about added service's. Quick in and out and back to work. Their prices was the cheapest around. I will visit again for my next rotation.

The service here is terrible! I went in originally for my brakes to be changed and ended up leaving here with a bigger issue than before ! Now my car sounds like it s hauling something under the car so I ll have to take it somewhere else to get it repaired along with the brakes being repaired again! On top of that in the process somehow my windshield fluid hose broke and I never brought it in like that!!! The worst part is that the staff (specifically the Cuban guy) gave your shop a horrific name!! He was SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL then argued and threatened my husband!! I won t EVER recommend this shop to anyone!!!!Service: Brakes

Midas is an excellent auto repair shop. They provide quality vehicle services to their customers. The repairmen and mechanics obviously have a wide grasp of knowledge and expertise in auto repair and maintenance. Also, they offer different kinds of services such as oil changes, repairing tires, brakes, maintenance, and other services related to vehicles. Most of all, their prices were affordable and fair to the quality of service that they provide. I would highly recommend Midas auto repair shop.

So I was recommended by someone to go here and do my service. the first time I came to get my muffler fix the total including labor came out to $250. I was so happy with my service I tipped the mechanic. I came there again two weeks ago just to change one of my rotor that was making noise the part came out to be 108 plus to take off all for locks on my wheel which came out to be 27$. The young guy got mad because I called them out on why they went through my glove compartment without my permission and throw my receipt on the ground. He also was upset that I refuse to pay over 700$ to replace all my rotors which they all didn t have a problem. He charge me 445$ to replace one rotor labor cost more than the part and most of the time the mechanic was sitting down. Would never ever go back there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car's air conditioner, 1 side is hot and 1 side is cold. I brought the car in for them to fix it for me. I paid them $421.00, but what I got in return was nothing changed, just like before I brought the car in for repair. My car is still hot on one side and cold on the other. A week later I brought the car back in and they wanted me to pay another $291.00. They are not responsible for what they did to my car before. My car is still the same now, still nothing has changed, I have charged them $421. I don't know what they did to my car, they just want me to pay them more. My family has 3 cars, all of which are repaired in their place, but from now on I have to change to another more responsible car repair place.

The Staff here are Super Rude and not professional at all! one of the staff said the wiper fluid was inserted from the bottom and when I corrected him he got mad and said he will break me in half which was very much a threat. Will Recommend GATTO better.

This Midas is my go-to for vehicle service and maintenance. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the business. I've gotten multiple oil changes, brakes and new tires as well as tire patches from this particular location and I'm always pleased with the results. I know that when I take my vehicle there, it will come home better than it was before. I've seen the same team there across multiple years, which says a lot.This place has been extremely busy the last few times I've been there - and it's because people know the work is good.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Never thought I d be impressed by an oil change and tire rotation but here I am. They were very polite and exactly on time. I also noticed some detail such as adding 2 psi to my tires even though I didn t ask and would have been fine. Just goes to show they care. What can I say that 5 stars won't? I would and will go there again. Michael/Mike did an awesome job, workmanship and customer service was above and beyond. He took the time to explained throughly the details of what needed to be done, and did a fantastic job with the welds. Car sounds awesome now, definitely recommend this shop for your exhaust needs.
