Was visiting from out of town and MM gave me some great overall guidance on my Golf Mk6 front suspension. Very happy with the alignment and inspection they performed. Car ran great on the 14 hour return trip to Texas.

Very professional, I felt that Andrew was truthful about the problem (cracked fuel pump) and fixed in 1 day. Cost set me back a little, but I had to do what I had to do.The showroom is very impressive with a collection of Star Wars memorabilia, which is separate from the garage area. For what it's worth, the office didn't smell like oil and grease. Ok, I'm a girl, but service was a good experience overall.

These guys are pros, highly recommend. I recently bought a Porsche Macan Turbo that needed quite a bit more work than I anticipated. Andrew s customer service should be taught as a master class to anybody in this industry. He was knowledgeable, to the point and extremely patient with all my questions. After having major work done, I drove my vehicle with zero issues out of town. After further inspection of the engine bay the techs cleaned up after themselves and performed top notch work. The same cannot be said for the previous shop that had my vehicle. If you have a German/European vehicle there really isn t any other place to consider. Thank you to the Melbourne Motorsport team for providing spectacular service!

Paul and Andrew are great - brought my 37 year old Defender 90 back form the dead. It runs like a Swiss watch now. Great communication and service- really helpful and knowledgable. This is a great shop. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to fit me in right away to install coilovers on my MK6 Jetta. I am so happy with the results The shop is spacious and clean and everyone was super professional and courteous. I was driving all the way to EPRnin Vero Beach for service, but will now save myself an hour and come here.

This company is as good as a mechanic can get. They care. They keep their promises. They get your car done quickly. they do great work. And their prices are very fair. They work on both of our range rovers.

I usually do most of my own automotive when it comes to regular maintenance items, but when the job exceeds my knowledge level (or I just don't feel like doing it myself) these are the only people I will allow to work on my car. I've been here four times so far for various services, including wheel/tire balancing and alignment, oil change, LSD and brake service, and accurately diagnosing a nasty vibration in the front end.They've always been straight-forward with me in their diagnosis and suggestions and their pricing is very fair for parts and labor. I'm not spoken to like I have two brain cells I get to rub together every once in a while. Every quote/invoice has been transparent; I've never got any unpleasant 'surprises.' They've never tried to upsell me for parts/work that doesn't need to be performed. They always presented me options focused on an effort to avoid 'throwing money' at the car, and solve the problem the first time. The facility is clean and nice, and they keep their garage area organized. Probably still end up losing 10mm sockets and T-25's just like everyone else, though!That said, these are just my experiences. Not everyone will walk away from this (or any) place happy; its impossible. Shop around. Ask questions. Don't make assumptions. For me, the proof is in the work they've done on my car; Andrew, Tim, Sean and Paul have proven they're good at what they do. I have a 2009 Smart car I got last year and it was finally time to get it serviced I let them know I'm terrified of ball joints and batteries they did an amazing job of tune-up belts and hoses like I requested and found nothing wrong they found no reason to replace the battery or ball joints or anything else they were so honest it left me shocked the quality to work was excellent if you stop by say hi to Andrew I'm sorry I don't know who the mechanic was that worked on my car but he is obviously a really honest person as well highly highly highly recommend this place

Been a customer for a year now. I bring all my cars here for servicing, both daily drivers and high performance sports cars that get driven hard. The cars haven never let me down on the way to work or on a track. Paul, Andrew and Tim are top-notch professionals. Paul keeps a meticulous shop which doesn t necessarily mean high quality work, but in this case it is a reflection of the quality of work provided.

Avoid this place! Brought my vehicle in due to a major issue with coolant system which made the vehicle inoperable (had to be towed there). Everything started off ok, with Andrew troubleshooting it. He provided what I thought was reasonable advice, which I accepted. Basically the thousands of dollars in repairs would exceed the value of the vehicle.Decided to donate the vehicle and received permission to leave it there through the following Monday for a charity to pick it up. The Charity pick up on Monday fell through so I called the shop 1st thing on Tuesday to inform them of the situation and that I was working to get it picked up that day through another charity and would keep them apprised of the status of the pickup. Within 5 minutes of that call, received a VM from Paul stating that he is going to charge me $35 day for storage. I called him back within minutes only to have him go off on me immediately stating do i look like I m running a storage facility!!! . The hostility was over the top, unprofessional and uncalled for. Here s the kicker, not once was it mentioned to me that this was such a big issue that Paul made it out to be. Only that they needed me to get it towed as soon as possible, which I was attempting to do with a diligence. Had I known it was that big of an issue to have the vehicle in the parking lot, (not in a stall) then I would have had it towed somewhere else. I will give Paul credit in that he agreed to not attempt to charge me for storage if the car was picked up that day, which it was. Equally disappointing is that I m a prior customer and they had worked on the same vehicle in the past where I spent over a thousand dollars on another issue. I also promptly paid the payment for the diagnostics on this occasion.Really a shame that Paul felt he could talk to his customer like that. Definitely won t be coming back.

I have to say hands down this has to be one of the best service experiences I have ever had with my BMW and needless to say I have plenty of experience in that department lol. But in all seriousness they are honest, fair priced and have gone the extra mile for me on multiple occasions. I don't tend to leave reviews but credit is definitely due. Andrew is by far one of the most understanding and patient advisors I have ever worked with and he absolutely does his due diligence on every repair he has not only taken before and after photos for me but ensures I have a constant line of communication with the shop as far as updates and repairs go for my cars and has really helped me in working with my extended warranty (as much of a pain as I know they can be). I couldn't recommend another shop more.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely an essential reason I can own an older BMW and keep it running great, is having Paul, and his team and key player Andrew on call for honest, quality, affordable and reliable service when I need it. Great people doing great top quality auto repair. I have a VW Tiguan and was recommended I take it here when I was had engine problems. Paul and Andrew were very nice to work with. They explained the problem with my car gave me a fair estimate and even called the dealership to see if the repair was covered. They did a thorough job fixing my car. I even asked about a different problem with my car and Paul told me not to worry about it yet that it didn t need to be repaired rather than taking advantage of my little car knowledge and charging me for something that didn t need to be done. Just moved to the area and was worried about finding a shop for my 2014 Mercedes E350 with over 100k miles. Moved here knowing I needed to replace the Aux battery however, I didn t expect a nasty vibration to suddenly appear. Did a little research and had the car dropped off at the shop before even calling. Spoke to Andrew that day and he was able to quickly get the car looked at. They were able to diagnose the car, make suggestions and even contacted my old shop to rule out a possible spark plug issue. This alone saved me a stash of cash. Service was fast, the communication was superb and the prices were inline with my old shop so it s a no brainer that this is where I ll be heading for all my automotive needs.Service: Auto battery replacement

They did a very good job on my brake's, and my starter replacement. However, I do have a problem that Andrew told me not to bring my BMW back to him anymore. Because, he feels that I don't trust them. First of all they close at 5 : 00 pm according to their scheduled hours.If they work past hours he should have expressed that to me. I asked him to lock my car doors. Come to find out my doors were not locked over night. So, I locked my car after hours, I didn't know that they were working after hours on my car.So I locked my door's after hours from my phone. Andrew told me not to bring my BMW back to Melbourne Motorsports anymore because he feels like I don't trust them. Seriously, with all the people in Florida going around checking people"s vehicle"s to see if the door is unlocked ?Of course I am going to lock my car doors once it gets to be 8:00 or 9 : 00 pm. In I was sick in I told him I would send someone to pay him and get my car. Because, Andrew said he didn't want me coming to Melbourne sports sick.The person I had to go pay him and pick up my car. Couldn't take care of my banking situation to pay Melbourne Motorsports. So, I put a mask on and went my self and paid Andrew. He told me to go find another Mechanic because I don't trust them ?Is Melbourne Motorsports prejudice against African American people !! Black people !! Because, I have never had a shop tell me that they feel like I don't trust them ? In to find another Mechanic. I have been driving Mercedes Benz and BMW for 29 year's this was a first I believe they are prejudice against African American. That's my opinion, I could be wrong but it appears to be the issue. Besides that they did a great job !!Service: Brakes

Did my research , realized Audi of Melbourne was about to feast off my oil change ($800 ) i have a 2016 and thats insane to me. Found this highly rated . Happy customer laden review section of Melbourne Motorworks . Very impressed I left a message at around 7:40am . They got back to me promptly and my car was done within 2 hours . Andrew at the desk was an awesome help . And very honest . I highly highly recommend this place to any Euro owner in the area . 6 stars if i could.

Andrew was very professional and easy to work with. My check engine light is on and he allowed me to bring it in the same day I called. He plugged into the computer and found it was a simple loose gas cap. He did not charge anything and it was a good relief for me knowing my car was okay. They are very honest and efficient. These guys are Fantastic! I originally found them because I had an issue with my CC and he told me to bring it in. He hooked up his computer and very professionally diagnosed it and didn t charge me a dime. So when I had a serious issue I knew I was going to use them. Specially because they are Veteran owned also. Andrew and his guys are top notch. I have a VW CC and My timing chain went bad and it sounded absolutely horrendous. I thought I blew the motor. It was a sound I ve never heard in a car motor. They allowed me to have it towed to their shop over the weekend. They diagnosed it within a few days and called me with the cost to repair. The price was very fair considering how much other repairs he made while checking over the entire motor. They check EVERYTHING!!!. And, they give you an itemized receipt with all of the parts and repairs and other findings listed with the hours and prices. To me they are better than the Dealership. The guys at Melbourne Motorsports have been my go-to mechanics in the Melbourne area since 2012. Paul and his crew have always been friendly, courteous, and professional. They have done an outstanding job on my various cars throughout the years. I now live about an hour away, and still find myself bringing my car here, if possible.There's not a better shop in the Melbourne (or Orlando) area, and I wholeheartedly recommend Melbourne Motorsports to anyone looking for an excellent mechanic.

Andrew at Melbourne Motorsports has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing my Audi A5. The service and response is 5 star. I highly recommend if you have any problems with your Audi this this the place to go. Other shops could not get to the root of my problem, but Andrew found the issue and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I am a "car guy" and this shop has earned my respect and confidence. I will be a loyal customer of Melbourne Motorsports in the future!

Trash diagnosis. 150 bucks to tell me my rear end needed replaced. They couldn't even find the part. I found it. Replaced it, zero change in symptoms. Thanks for costing me over $1000 in diagnostic fees and parts, not to mention my time. Biggest waste of time and money I've ever experienced at a shop.
