I am overall highly satisfied with the work done. Compared to what it looked like before, it's miles better now.It's not perfect or "like new" but that was never my expectation to begin with. Maaco did exactly what I wanted them to with a vehicle that is aged and not worth a whole lot to begin with. Priced paid and service received is fair in my opinion.The new paint job gives this vehicle at least another 5 years of life.

If I could give them less I would, please go somewhere else they are trash and over priced if you ask me, plus they left white paint spots on my hood and over charged me for an insurance claim. Don t trust them!!!

As the owner of a low milage, mechanically sound 2014 Mazda 3 with significant sun damage to the hood, roof, trunk and spoiler a decision needed to be made: keep the car and have it repainted, or look into a new car.Enter Maaco in West Melbourne.Steven did a great job setting realistic expectations while walking me through the options available. The car was dropped off on a Monday morning and picked up Friday afternoon.Overall, the team at West Melbourne Maaco did a great job from top to bottom. Very little overspray and an overall quality paint job.Kudos to the team for their hard work!Would recommend for consideration to anybody needing a paint job.

I spoke with the rep twice and he assured me I could have my car painted with black on the roof and gray for the body (two toned). I signed the work order because it said 2 toned and I was told that they would do as I asked. But when I picked up the car, it was painted the wrong color! The car was black with a small strip of gray on the bottom. I was shocked. All they did was take a couple hundred of the price. If my car was newer than a 2008, I would've fought harder.

This place quick to take money but provide lack service. These reviews are lies or could this be race related, cause it seems like the work differs for customers that expect the same results for the GREEN cash being paid. Why would one have to return cause you failed to paint a spot, then again tell me how you miss a spot while painting after having the vehicle for over an week. Paint on the trim, did you tape the car prior to painting. For the thousands spent and I mean thousands the only thing done right was the repairs. Now you say we have to "drop" off the vehicle just so you can fix your lack of workmanship, the amazing wonders why many travel out of this area for real and reliable workmanship. We will take the other car out of the area for the needed repairs. Stop thinking people have one vehicle and no options....don't use this place and proceed with extreme caution.

We've had body work and painting done twice in the last few years and once again couldn't be happier with the results! Chris and Junior at the West Melbourne Maaco were wonderful to work with, went above and beyond, and their team had our vehicle ready right on time! Maaco's pricing is the best around without sacrificing quality workmanship. I highly recommend talking with them, when the need arises, if you also appreciate great customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Truly a stressful experience make sure you inspect closely. Be prepared to argue if you don t like the finish cause they got a lot of excuses. 15/30 days since day one was without a vehicle 3 separate appointments.

Pleasure to work with. Steve is a person who stands by his word. Had some initial issues with paint that was redone. These were all corrected and I m satisfied by both the work and the commitment to make things right.

They stole a lot of my change from the center console. And dingged up my car in a few places. Paint looks great. But when I get the car back and I have money missing that's an issue. They are thieves

The suggested paint looked awesome once the rain washed the dust and pollen off of the car. There was primer overspray on one tire and the black under valance air damage was primered but not painted.

I ve taken two cars to Maaco in the last two months and work was done in a timely manner. The workmanship was excellent and Steve in the office was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I would certainly recommend the shop to anyone looking to repair damage, and or have the vehicle

2006 Volvo was in bad need of body work and paint. Engine is great. Went toMasco and they made the car look brand new. It s a classic design and they did it justice! Had to go back a couple of months later to repaint a piece of molding on the front window. I also noticed a bit of rust coming thru the passenger rear driver's side door handle. It must have been difficult to repair but they did it and I am totally satisfied.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This paint shop is impeccable! The staff from Steve to the shop guys are professional, patient , knowledgeable about their jobs!I had a Toyota silver truck painted to a charcoal grey!!!!!!I was so apprehensive to make all the decisions that come with painting a vehicle, getting dings out ,new headlights and trims put on but STEVE. WAS A HUGE HELP !The truck is beyond what I thought it would be! It s breathtaking and flawless!!!Thank you ALL for the impressive job on my truck !Service: Painting

Great factory finish paint job on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Even the rust areas were repaired and look really good. Steve (Manager) and Jr (Junior) were easy to work with and not pushy, and they want to make sure you clearly communicate what you want done (such as dent repair). They definitely pointed out things that caught their eye, but I did not see (paint delamination, faded paint, etc), Maaco Platinum paint option was recommended by Bodies by Doug , a local body shop. These guys are great. Lots of experience to present for options in resolving your auto body work problem (for me it was hail damage.) also let you know how to reduce price and still get a quality outcome. They could easily have their own shop. Marco is lucky to have them. These guys are tops in my book! No trying to run up price, etc. did take a few days but worth the quality for price outcome.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My 1993 Honda, 24 years old, looks like new again, thanks to the folks at Melbourne Maaco. They. fixed. everything. In the past, I had heard disparaging things about Maaco. Well, they certainly weren t talking about the one in Melbourne. It all started at the customer service desk with the manager, Chris; he explained everything involved, what it would cost and how long it would take. And that is exactly what happened. My total cost was not a penny more than quoted (actually a little less.) On time, slightly under budget and next to perfect results. As professional as they come, honest and on time, really, what else can you ask for? If you need paint or body work, go see Chris. You won t be disappointed.

I've never met a company so honest in their inability to do work... commendable, but I would stay away from this place!My car is in good condition with a few dings/scratches. I wanted to have my car repainted because I am changing out some body parts, so I figured I would do the whole car...I had a few requests, like removing and filling in the antenna hole, painting the mirrors and freshening up the trim work... and you would think this would be totally doable in the hands of "professionals" but they made it seem like an act of god...All these guys want to do is drive your car through, spray it, and drive out... The guy even told me that they don't do anything to ensure your paint looks good (buffing, sanding, etc). He said however it looks once sprayed is how it looks, and before even seeing my car it was as if he was trying to convince me that they don't do good work and I should take it somewhere else.My confidence level was so low, I didn't even get a price... I just left.

Had my 2006 mazda 3 done here, not w/ insurance but paid out of pocket. I had the entire car repainted as it was moderately sun damaged, with various body dings, a cut in my rear bumper, and just wear from being 17 years old. I had their top of the line service (base + clear coat) done and absent a few spots that are not really noticeable, the job is superb. Pinstriping was overlooked and i brought it back same day i mentioned it and they did it right then despite being pretty busy. assuming the paint stands the test of time and is resilient to the FL sun\heat i would most definitely use this location again and recommend to friends\family. my neighbor may get their truck done here. Steve and JR were great. My vehicle has an automatic dashcam on it and i saw it throughout the time it was in the shop and i can tell the back area of the shop and how they function seem to be pretty honest and hardworking people. Thanks a lot for being the rarity of honest hard working people!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
