I had a great experience buying a car at Kelly Ford and working with Kyle Brown! Kyle went above and beyond throughout the entire process and worked hard to find the perfect deal for me. Also, Kyle was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Everyone at this location was amazing. I absolutely love the car that I purchased and it s exactly what I wanted. As a first time customer, I m very impressed. I spoke too, Mr. Adam Castle (service).. He was very courteous, explained options, set up a super quick appointment. and made me a happy customer. When I came in for my appointment, he was quick to greet/introduce his self as my advisor. This is 5 star service for sure. As a Lincoln owner, I m happy to be here.

I always have a great experience @ the Kelly Ford Service Department, and this recent service didn t disappoint! They replaced a recalled part and fixed a couple warranty issues this go around.My service manager, Raphael Martinez, was very attentive and professional! My 2022 Ford Raptor is in phenomenal hands @ Kelly Ford and it s the ONLY place I trust with her care and maintenance!

Kyle Brown sold me my 2023 ford bronco big bend. I Love Kelly Ford. Paul is the best!!!! Actually Everone I ve crossed paths with is Awesome and very helpful! I started out at Kelly s with Dr. Phil but he retired .miss him too. Love Love Love my 2024 Maverick truck! It s better than I thought it would be. Great experience!!!!

After I had a few bad experiences at other quick oil change places, it was refreshing to get a service done with such professionalism. There was no line of cars to wait in and I was offered a bottle of water before I even exited my car. The waiting room was very nice with popcorn, water, and vending machines, and I enjoyed the massage chair while I waited. Definitely returning with my other vehicle for service. Way to go Kelly Ford!

Kelly Ford has set the bar for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Egor and Jason were quick to respond and schedule an appointment to view the vehicle. Jason was extremely accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. and worked his magic to meet my needs and budget! Every Kelly Ford staff member I interacted with were absolutely remarkable! I had valet service which was great. The drivers did a great job. I got a call from the service department minutes after my truck arrived at the dealer. The service manager told me I needed brake fluid flushed, drain and flush coolant system, and a couple other things. I m asked him where in the maintenance schedule was this stuff supposed to be done. He said if it hasn t been done yet then it needs to be done. And he also told me it s not something covered by the maintenance and warranty programs I paid several thousand dollars for when I bought the truck. It was in for a 45,000 miles service for a 2021 Ford F 150. I finally agreed to having him do what he said needed to be done, and asked how much the extra maintenance cost was. After several minutes he told me I needed $960.00 worth of extra maintenance. I declined and had him just do the recommended 45,000 mile maintenance. Checking my maintenance manual, the engine coolant should be done at 200,000 miles and nowhere is a break fluid flush recommended. I feel like this was nothing but a rip off the customer in order to get employee of the month .

My service advisor was Natasha Christian and I have to say that in the almost 60 years that I ve been driving a vehicle and taking a vehicle in for service that she is the best service advisor that I have ever had the pleasure of having. assist me. She is 110% focused on ensuring that the clients concerns are taken care of. Kelly Ford is lucky to have such a person as Natasha. If all service advisors were as professional, efficient and concerning as Natasha, no one would mind bringing their vehicle into any service facility for work. In my case, she went all out to get a part that Ford did not have in stock and had no ETA for the part and she was able along with her parts department to get this part repair my RV . I got it back within a minimal time, considering that the part was A warranty part, and not available through Ford corporate parts department. If not, for her demanding attitude, I would not have my RV back. It s employees like this that make a company great.

Quality and customer care has gone down since there expansion. Suggest Everyone who does oil changes at this facility check your oil filters as I caught mine being re-used. Tire rotations do not get done either, I will take my business elsewhere. And to the service manager, you need to do a better job your literally the worst.Update: you can see how they were not keeping up with a proper oil change from the video. Planned obsolescence at its best. Forget just the filter it appears they have been doing top offs for some time. Hence the thinned out oil leaking from the oil filter packed with contaminants. Kelly you should be ashamed of yourself seriously .

Very easy and smooth transaction. I m an out of town buyer, and they made the process very easy from start to finish. I typically work on my vehicles myself, unless specialized tools are required for the repair. So, when I do need a specialist, my expectations are high, especially in light of the ever increasing cost of parts and labor. Needless to say, I m putting my trust in that business that they do what they say they would do to complete a repair in a professional and timely manner. I recently brought our Ford F150 to Kelly Ford in Melbourne, Florida, to replace the air conditioning compressor. Traci, our service representative was friendly, professional and, above all, trustworthy as she explained the process and possible costs associated with the repair up front. The repair was completed without delay. Kelly Ford Service will always have my business. I recommend them for your service needs without hesitation! Thank you Traci, service staff and management team for a job well done!!!

Kelly Ford is my trusted service provider for my 2021 Mustang Mach-e and my new 2016 F150 "Black Ops" truck. Extremely happy with the Sales Department as I just purchased a new 2023 "Black Ops" truck from Kelly Ford. Sales Team, Finance and even the Detail Department went out of their way to fulfill my desires and wishes in the purchasing process. I would recommend Kelly Ford to all my family and friends with confidence!!!

WARNING. Just the facts in my opinion: Full video up on YOUTUBE. search Kelly Ford Service review 1. brought truck in for RECALL. 2. four hours later realized ambient temp sensor/ac did not work. Thinking maybe when they attached the computer something got a glitch. 3. called Kelly ford. they said to disconnect battery to reset. But that didn't work. 4. said to rush back before 2pm if I wanted help. I did. 4. they said my bumper was hit (see photo). 5. Steve Roth, raphael, pete the tech, and Jeremy Collin's were rude, dismissive, phlegmatic, and , in my opinion exhibited a very clear bias and incentive to claiming it was my fault which they had no way of knowing at the time. They had not reviewed the dealership video (THAT HAS BLIND SPOTS). PLUS. my dash cam shows how carelessly they drove my truck into a crowded garage. Nonetheless, it wasn't about he broken sensor (because without tedious hours of CSi level investigation it wasn't likely whom would be responsible) No folks, it was about the "sl...zy" demeanor of the crew that berated me when i exercised common sense and logic and tried to get to the bottom of how to resolve this. They gouge us at $194/ hour and i think they jack the the part costs. This was the third strike for Kelly Ford. Strike one: brought my truck in for clicking noises (hybrid) and they had no idea ( I figured it out on line), Strike Two: I ordered touch up paint for scratches (they said 10 days ) and I never heard from them again. Strike 3: They did NOT have 100% certainty on how the sensor broke but immediately took the position that it was my fault and quoted me between $730 plus parts to $1400 . Look at the bumper! These are experts? Any auto body guy could give a solid price and thats where I suggest you go. do NOT use Kelly Ford. ex: Oil change with Tire rotation $140 (full synthetic) . Tire kingdom? same exact service $88.

My car was with Kelly Ford for 3 weeks after a small accident, and the entire process far exceeded my expectations. My Service Rep was amazing and went above and beyond to assist me every step of the way from assessing the damage to dealing with insurance to finding me a part that was backordered indefinitely. Aside from offering exceptional customer service, she gained my complete trust in her handling of my car. Kelly Ford has insured they have all my business for as long as I am in Melbourne. I cannot thank them enough for making this whole experience a positive one.

I m very happy to write this review. I was fortunate enough to have bronco problems in the area of Kelly Ford . I am always worried and very concerned when having problems while traveling as you are somewhat at the mercy of people you don t know . I was so fortunate to have been given an advisor named Wilson Vazquez who got on top of my problem and made sure he kept me informed on it . He and the good people at Kelly Ford got me repaired and back on the road . I can t say enough about how nice they were to work with from the office girl ,Claudia Ruiz that went above and beyond on tracking some info I needed for a loaner to my new buddy Wilson that made it go as smooth as a baby s bottom .Thank againKevin

I decide to take my maverick to Kelly Ford which is about 10 miles from my home to address the recent recall for my 2023 Maverick and to also have it serviced even though my home is only a mile and a half away from another Ford dealership.I made a great choice because Kelly Ford did not disappoint.I d like to give special thanks to Taylor, the Service advisor, who assisted me. She was very friendly, pleasant and professional. I am particularly grateful for the assistance she gave me by locating my wallet after I forgot to remove it from the arm console of my vehicle.I was expecting the worse after forgetting it in that location for the entire day, but after being able to retrieve it, I further proves to me that this dealership has honest workers.Additional special thanks to Paul for the additional assistance provided. If you re looking to purchase a vehicle, I recommend going to Kelly Ford and ask for Paul.Lastly, I would ve given Kelly a five star rating however, the associate at the cashier s desk could use a bit more training on customer service on being a little bit more attentive and courteous. I am sharing this input because as a retired military veteran of more than 30 years and also served as a customer service representative, I believe that one of the most important factor of any organization is how you treat your customer.Thanks

Kelly ford was a great dealership to service my truck. Brought it in for an issue with a fast blinker (all lights were working fine) they diagnosed the issue as a trailer module issue and ordered the part for me, but upon further investigation discovered the issue was something else and quickly corrected the issue. Aside from the high diagnostic fee of $195 and the 03% charge to use a credit card to pay for the services, This place is on point with their free water bottles and massage.

I even ran into my VIP Salesman Paul who used to work at the 'other' Ford dealer.
