I went with my sprinter chassis cab 2022 for a service to change the oil and filters and ended up losing two days of work, spending $320 to tow my vehicle to the shop because they did the service completely wrong, they installed the fuel filter incorrectly and the vehicle was left leaking everything the diesel I could have had an accident because of the bad work, I spent time and money I had to stay overnight in a hotel in Melbourne because I live in another distant city so that the next day they would fix my vehicle that would not start due to the bad work that They did it, it was the first time I went to Jiffy Lube and I don't think I will return to this place again, it was a disaster!!!, the person who served me from the beginning was Oneill and he was very unprofessional, he kept me waiting all day for the filter in my vehicle and when they brought it they installed it incorrectly, they did not give me an explanation of what had happened, I do not recommend this place Jiffy lube in Melbourne FL

Walked into the shop and was approached by a young g lady at the counter.First thoughts, just great, someone female who knows nothing about her position and just needed a job.Wow, sis I stereotype. (bad on me)I had a tire that kept losing tire pressure, turned out I had a tiny nail in the tread wall which was not repairable.Jaelyn, was very knowledgeable at her job.She accommodated the situation with professionalism, knowledge of her job and a genuine care for my situation.What a classy lady, because of her, I m now a returning customer to this location.

O'Neill walked me through all the mechanical needs of my vehicle. He was not a pushy salesman or belittling like most people do when they're trying to make a buck. He was very respectful and informative. He ran the crew like a well-oiled machine.

Came here March of last year because my AC was not working. They did a recharge and put dye in the system to see if it was leaking. Paid around $100 and they sent me on my way. Came back a few days later, had a leak and paid over $1500 to fix the AC and replace the parts. Three months later I came back because I was out of Freon, still had a leak. They filled it and said I was good, two or three months after that I was back again, this time they told me an O-ring had been installed wrong and they were sure this would fix the problem. Well, back again with the same problem and no solution. Do not waste your time with the chain store, there are much better local mechanics that value custom service, go there instead.

Had a brake light that was out. Was a Saturday. My regular mechanic couldn t take me on Friday. They diagnosed it and fixed it an got an oil change to boot. They advised on some other future items my 17 year old car needed which I may work on fixing in the future but no hard sell on fixing these items yet. Was fast service and car is running nice. Got a free car wash as well. Very convenient and quick service.

UPDATE January 19, 2024 Second time service and both O Neil and Jeff took extra care with me. I actually had a piece of my under carriage dragging the ground was on a waitlist to get my car in the shop. They were concerned about my safety and made a small adjustment. I m amazed at the level of customer service!! November 2023 Prompt and friendly service ALWAYS!!!!! O Neil is just a pleasant employee and represents the positive image Jiffy Lube would want. I will come there again and again for all my oil changes and tire rotations!!

SCAM! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My man took his car for an oil change NOTHING was wrong with it before he brought it to them. They did a routine check and told us there was nothing wrong with the car before they even started the oil change. We received the car after they were done and a couple days later the car started shaking and the check engine light came on. I took it back to them and they give me a list of things that was wrong with the car and informed me the cost 847.40 to fix it . I DO NOT recommended this place to no one !!! You will end up having more problems with your car then you did when you took it to them.

They always have me in and out within a timely manner. There is never any pressure for upsells, only recommendations. And I like the free car wash when I leave this location.

Not 10 mins but 40ish mins. Plan ahead. They do brakes, tire changes/balance and brakes not just oil changes. Good crew there.

The location was VERY busy--busiest that I've seen in years--but everyone was kind and courteous and very efficient! I was out of there as quickly as it was able to do so. Thanks to all the workers!

I go here for oil changes. The last time I went, they pulled my air filter out and showed me and said it's really dirty. I never do their upsells because they charge too much. I have not touched the air filter nor has anyone else touched my car since then. This time I went in and they told me my air filter was missing. This means I have been driving around without one because they forgot to put it back in. UNBELIEVABLE, carelessUPDATE: 10/31/23 This week there was a clog in a water line that flooded my car. My A/C also needed to be replaced because every time it turned on, the car would completely shut off. It was a very expensive and damaging repair. I can't say if the cabin air filter left out definitively caused this, but it could not have helped. I will NEVER use this place again.Service: Oil change

I ve been using this Jiffy Lube location for years and will continue going there. Quick service, knowledgeable staff and great customer service (Jeff S). I always feel welcomed and the staff explains every single step. They recommend things or services that show up during inspection of the vehicle but I never feel pushed or talked into something. Jeff has excellent customer service skills and treats every customer with respect and a very friendly attitude. Thank you!

I am responsible for 2 government vehicles. I used to take the government vehicles here for their regular service. On three different occasions I have told them not do any service except the oil change but they changed other filters because they knew the GSA would approve the charges even though I asked them not to do the work. I feel personally responsible to protect the taxpayers money and so I have stopped using them for oil changes. Up until now I have been using them for over 5 years.Service: Oil change

Always a quick and painless experience here. The mechanics are down to earth and don t hound you into buying extra services. They are however, informative and honest about the condition of your car.

Just so disappointed I have never had service anywhere other then thus location. Brought car in for service normal synthetic oil change "uber driver so lots of miles" normal manager that's always there tells me I nessd a valve cover gasket I told him my mechanic would do that work just do the oil change. Few days later I brought car to my mechanic for the gasket he told me that it is just fine and would feel bad doing the work for nothing. Okay cool so 5000 miles later I pull into jiffy lube same guy pulls me aside this time he says I am low on oil and it because of the valve cover gasket that was in his notes from last time and I might of hurt my engine from not doing the job last time. So I go straight to my mechanic and told him what this guy told me we both pulled it in the grage and pulled a few thing off and he proved to me there was no leaking and this gasket was 100%. So of courses next 5000 was yesterday I decided to just do it myself while under the car I only had 3 out of ten fasteners left that jiffy lube lost over the years I really thought they did a God job but they are profiting off of thing that don't need to be fixed. Also feel the time I had the "low oil" they shorted me a qt the last time.Service: Oil change

The speed was amazing we anticipated an hour and they were done in 45 minutes. Including oil change, filters changed, tires rotated, fluids topped off and an interior and exterior quick clean. I m impressed!! They were all friendly and extremely professional. I overheard one of the men, who I assume was the lead mechanic or manager, but the positive feedback was very refreshing to see him give the team. It s probably why they are able to do what they do. Take care of your team and they will take care of your customers. I ll be back every time!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I came in because of a check engine light was on and the code was reading misfire. The workers were very friendly and very helpful. They recommended to replace the cooling pack for spark plugs. My car works great!

I really enjoy this place. They never seem to want to screw you out of a bunch of money. I originally came for an oil change and for an extra $20 they checked all the other maintenance things on my car. They then showed me everything that needed to be done. Later I then went in for a check engine light and an oil light. Again they took the car and let me know what was up. He walked me over and showed me the oil leak(as opposed to just telling me and adding up a bunch of costs). I then got the leak fixed and they did all the other maintenance done. They are thorough and I highly recommend them. For what I can see they seem to be pretty honest guys and don t try to screw you out of a bunch of moneyServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Needed a diagnostic as my Nissan Pathfinder sounded labored when I started it. When I got there they seemed very busy so I decided to go to Gattos. Gattos wanted $42 for battery diagnostic and $135 + for full diagnostic. Sat there for half an hour ( they weren t busy either) with empty bays and decided to cancel and go back to Jiffy. I arrived and Killian showed me to the waiting area. It wasn t two minutes and he said it was the battery. Gave me a price and literally 5 min later I was out of there. And no charge for diagnostic!!!Great service. Thanks you Jiffy LubeService: Battery

I called on June 2 2023. I asked the TOTAL OUT THE DOOR break price i was told for my 2020 Toyota Camry front brakes would cost $250. OUT THE DOOR. And another $250 for the rear OUT THE DOOR. I was then told if Rotors are needed it would be $80 per Rotor. In addition to the $250 per axle.When i came in on June 17 2023 to get the work completed my brakes were gonna cost $812. Yes thats high. Turns out i needed only 2 front rotors they were charged at $90 each. The rear didn't need rotors. So according to my quote i expected my bill to be $500 plus the $160 for 2 rotors. So $660.00 OUT THE DOOR.I was charged $812 OUT THE DOOR. So the place that had given me a price and quote was $152.00 added to my quoted out the door price.Make sure you have your total price quote money to pay and bring another $200 for the additional add on cost to the break job.Had i taken my car to Toyota it would have cost less.I have came to Jiffy Lube many times this will be my last after they would NOT honor a quote given to me over the phone.Im not sure what the reason for the $200 difference was.A person making $20 an hour needs to work 10 hours to pay the extra $200. So to put breaks on if you make $20 per hour you only need to work 40 hours to pay for a breaks OUT THE DOOR. For your 2020 Toyota Camry.I feel i was not quoted the correct price from the start only to get me there to add on to the OUT THE DOOR Price.Make sure you call around and that the out the door price is a total not a suggestion starting point.Service: Brakes

Expensive and they kept asking to add additional things on that would cost even more money I just wouldn't go back. They were super quick which is why I gave 2 over 1 stars but expect to spend a lot. I drive a Corolla and have never paid more than $50 for an oil change before.
