On a whim, I decided that it was time for my son and I to go on some dirt bike rides with hunting and fishing trips this summer before he goes to high school. I called Mary at Honda of Melbourne. I have known Mary personally for many years. I liked the videos she was doing on Facebook so I couldn t imagine going to anyone else. I was so impressed with Mary. She was able to answer every question I had. She was always honest, even if it was not the answer I wanted to hear. I really appreciated the truthfulness. It allowed me to make my decisions based on what I wanted and nothing else. It was refreshing to not feel any sales pressure. Mary has continued to be a part of our summer adventures by regular communications and checking up on how my son is doing as I m teaching him to ride. With her help and the awesome support from the team at Honda of Melbourne, my son and I will be able to build memories that will last a life time. Thank you Mary and Honda of Melbourne.

My husband Chris came into the dealership after shopping around and had the joy of dealing with Steve. He said can't miss his bald head lol. Steve was extremely helpful walking him around to show off all the toys and knew everything there was to know about them. He not only got himself a 4�4 Honda 520 quad but also brought a friend who was also able to get a quad as well. We highly recommend this dealership and please ask for bald head Steve.

Rob worked with me to get my 2023 Honda Ruckus! He was really great and offered great services and helped me out a lot with everything I needed. I would high recommend working with him if there anything you want or need. He's a really great guy. I also love the facility and it's very clean and organized!

If you are looking for a great experience you should definitely consider going to Honda of Melbourne and ask for Rob! My family and I purchased a new Honda and the service was great and everything was handled quickly and efficiently, Rob is great he was easy to communicate with and also included the kids while talking with us. This store has the best sales staff in all of Florida. Rob Meister helped me every step of the way in my purchase of my 2023 Honda Fury. No pressure sales tactics and a easy going spirit was a pleasant surprise. If you looking for a great bike at a cool place, Honda of Melbourne is it. My wife and I are looking forward to purchase a new Goldwing soon. Honda of Melbourne and Rob Meister will be are go too.

I bought my first bike from the Honda powerhouse store and it was more than welcome. I was greeted by Eddie O with a giant smile and welcoming arms. He eased the idea of me being on a bike to my mom and made me more confident in getting on the bike and riding. He even offered me pointers after I get my endorsement and gave me his personal line to ask for lessons whenever. Overall the experience, the sale, and the whole process was easy quick and extremely exciting. I definitely recommend shopping with this store for any bikes being bought and I definitely recommend asking for Eddie O. Great place, great people, and even better prices.

I had a fantastic experience with Mary and all of service team! They were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to address my concerns with buying my 1st Gold Wing. I highly recommend their exceptional service to anyone in need of any Honda equipment. I drove all the way up from south Florida Miami to buy from them for the great deal and service just from the phone conversations with Mary. Everything was great from start to finish all promises were fulfilled.

The nicest people I've ever met! I was just set up here over the weekend for the customer appreciation event, and it was by far my favorite event as a vendor!! The second we got there, all the guys helped unload my vehicle and got my tent set up before I could even blink! Everything was so well organized! Everyone was so nice and so helpful, such amazing vibes to be around and I can't wait to be set up here again in the future:)

I am grateful for the prompt and courteous response from the Service Manager regarding our Goldwing recall. The manager called us in the morning to inform us about the recall and invited us to stop by later in the day. We visited without an appointment, and once again, the service manager personally inspected our bike and outlined the necessary steps for the recall. We were able to complete the process in just 30 minutes! This level of dedication from a manager is truly commendable. We will definitely return for all our future services.

Mary was our salesperson and was very informative and knowledgeable, who knows her product and is very thorough. She was quick to respond to ALLL my questions even on her day off and did her very best to get me a good deal on my new 2023 Goldwing DCT. She also helped me to set up the basic settings before I left the showroom.

Mary is the best sales person we have ever worked with. My husband bought a Harley at Honda with Mary around 2 years ago, and just the other day we went up there to look at a Honda Monkey. I ended up being more interested in a pre-owned 2022 Honda Rebel, and within the hour we were ready to take it home! Mary always makes our experience extremely pleasant, along with all the other staff at Honda. We love being loyal customers, and we will certainly be returning for years to come.
