Beginning of all the have great customers service +10 they work was done fast and economic what else can you ask for ?? Plus the have snacks at there office my daughter love it. The glass was A1 Quality impressed with the work done totally will be back and and do not hesitate to come and get up estimate or options to fix your glass. totally recommended and is the only place that stay open after four don t hesitate to go by.

Professional service and quality. The process was easy and the staff kept my wife and I up to date on every step. We got a unique window replaced above our entrance door. The techs came out and measured and installed with a perfect fit. Pleased with the price as well especially compared to other window providers. Highly recommend.

Excellent help from Joe! I was able to drop by the same day I called. Joe fixed the problem with my new RAV4 promptly, with professionalism and was super nice! Everyone in the office was very friendly. I highly recommend Glass Doctor!! Thank you Joe!!

From start to finish my experience with Glass Doctor was stellar! From the friendly lady who called to schedule my estimate to the polite young men who came and did the estimate. And the efficient and kind young men who did the installation! Even the owner who took my payment over the phone. I couldn t have asked for better customer service! The job was done so quickly and the guys showed up on time. Very impressive! Nice people! I highly recommend!

Glass Doctor replaced 2 storefront windows for my business and did a fantastic job. Summer was very helpful with coordinating the appointments to meet our schedule. I would highly recommend them for your glass needs.

My yard service accidentally sent a rock into a door window on my truck. Called the company that advertises a lot about repair and replace. They sent a technician out, but he had the wrong window. After 2 more weeks of this company trying to find the elusive window, I called the Glass Doctor.While I was on the phone, they checked to verify the window was in stock, and assured me it would be shipped overnight to the Glass Doctor location near me.Early the next morning, I received verification that the window had arrived and was in good shape. Made an appointment for later that morning, and an hour after I arrived the job was complete.The staff and technician were prompt, courteous and efficient. As a bonus, they were even cheaper than the other guys. Would highly recommend.

I had a broken window, I walked in close to closing time and they still accepted my business. The gentleman that was there gave me a very affordable deal I just couldn't say no to. They called me first thing in the morning I picked it up and it was even better than the first time around. I recommend glass doctor to whomever needs one window fixed or your entire home.

Joe absolutely nailed the windshield! Wouldn t take my car anywhere else! Guys been doing glass for 25+ years and it shows! He had my windshield out and new one in, in an hour! 1000000% recommend!

Well, what can I say to express my thankfulness to this The GLASS DOCTOR OF BREVARD COUNTY. I called to the office the Lady picked up the phone and schedule my appointment to come out to give an estimate. 3 days later, they be here early time than I expected. Josh and Jake were so kind and very polite. That was my impression. I wanted to do business with this crew right away. and did cancel another Glass company. Jake is so kind and professional. Today he and Adam came out to install the glass sliding door for me. I am so satisfied for everything. They cleaned everything up after themselves. I would give time 5 stars cross the board. Finally, I am highly recommend this The GLASS DOCTOR OF BREVARD COUNTY. Thank you so much.Services: Installation, General door repair

Updated 5/15/2023 to correct my errors and update to a 3 star due to the owner working patiently with me during this process.I tried to work with a local company in order to support local business but unfortunately it was not as smooth as I d hoped. We had to take the car in a second time to attempt to get the windshield correctly installed. The first time it was installed the rubber sealing the top edge was smushed between the glass and the car. I had mistakenly thought there should be external rubber molding there but I found out I was wrong. The first visit was two hours and the second visit was also two hours. I think things could have been completed in a bit less time. The car was also unprotected during install, ended up fairly dirty (black and gray specs over most of the car), and the edge of the hood near the windshield is now scratched from the installation process. I still don t think I d recommend this place to anyone but I have to say that once I spoke to Josh who is the owner he did make every effort he could to look into my concerns on the windshield molding. I appreciate that these guys installed the windshield again to fix the sealing at the top but disappointed that the car came away pretty dirty and with a scratch on the hood (unfortunately it s nothing we can prove occurred there but we just had the car detailed beforehand and it was not seen). The close in shot is our new scratch on the hood (which is all the way down to the metal).

Every aspect of the job was handled quickly and professionally. Every contact backed up with an email. No misunderstandings. I had two door windows replaced. They are perfect . You would never know they were there except that the windows were fixed. Thank you for a job well done.

I will keep Glass Doctor of Brevard County on speed dial! They are fantastic to work with, efficient, and provide wonderfully high quality materials. I'm very pleased with the two windows I had replaced and they will be the ones I'll call when I'm ready to replace additional ones.

Absolutely done the way business is supposed to work. Had the product ordered and delivered on time for installation. It was done in the time quoted. Car was left clean. Windshield looks GREAT!!!!!

Glass doctor was by far the best choice I could make to get the glass replaced in my truck. I called a competitor and they were much more expensive and had a wait time. Glass doctor got me in the next day.Thank you glass doctor

We had to replace a sliding door rollers. We are out of State and we asked the technician to send pictures of the new install. Well, they sent us a picture of our old rollers instead. Thank you. What about a picture of the job you did? No response. They sent us a bill for $600 for the sliding door track rollers ($15 retail) and a rail that all other installers don't even charge for. I asked the owner to call us so we can have a chance to see the job or get some pictures. No response: he is too busy counting money...CUSTOMER SERVICE: ZERO! PRICE: ABOVE IT ALL!Do yourself a favor: find another merchant in the area. They don't deserve your business.

Scot repaired my cracked table drawer quickly and in a timely manner. He also added a mirror to our new entertainment center to help match the small table. Everything was completed quickly and even better than I had anticipated.

We were renovating our bathroom and needed a new shower door installed. After doing our research, we decided to go with The Glass Doctor based on their great reviews and fantastic community reputation.Within 24 hours of our call to The Glass Doctor of Brevard, our sales consultant Miguel set up an appointment to show us some options as we had no idea what we wanted.Miguel came to our house, took measurements and thoroughly went over all options, styles and designs with my wife and me. He took his time to explain the pro's and con's of each design and eventually we settled on what we liked.We eventually chose a "barn door" style bathroom shower door replacement. We also picked a smaller door that allows us to turn on the water without getting inside (see pics). Anybody under 6 foot tall NEEDS this! It's amazing for my 5'2 wife and 8 yr old daughter! You can open it and close it easily! Everybody I show had never seen such a thing!Communication with The Glass Doctors and Miguel was impeccable, he kept us updated along the process as the doors had to be custom made, and he also scheduled a timely appointment when we would be home to install them.On the day of installation Miguel and Josh came out at the appointment time, they even called when they were on their way so we would have enough time to get ready, as it was an early morning appointment and my wife and daughter are getting ready for school and work.The process went very smoothly and I couldn't have been happier. The doors look great, and very high quality!Every thing, from start to finish went as expected and my wife and I both felt very comfortable working with The Glass Doctor and their sales manager Miguel, we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family in the future!*Update: Today 1/18/18. Our installation and sales manage (Miguel) just called and followed up about how we were enjoying out shower door installed by Glass Doctors of Brevard (want to use their full name so they get credit ). Everything is awesome and their service is impeccable! I needed to have a small chip in the glass windshield of my Polaris UTV repaired before it could spread. Called and was told that they would not even consider helping me with it. It's a small chip on a small flat glass windshield. Funny. That's "exactly" what their website says they do. Not.
