Amazing experience here so I highly recommend! Kelly is awesome and so kind! She gave me a detailed assessment of my car window damage, personally called me with each update, and made sure my car was vacuumed thoroughly to avoid glass hurting us. I'm so grateful for her making this less stressful.. and all the reps there are friendly! Great customer service and car servicing. Thank you, Kelly!

I am thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Gerber Collision and Glass. After a collision with a haul truck, they performed a remarkable job restoring my car. My vehicle was scheduled to be repaired at this location by progressive insurance. I reserved a rental car through enterprise while my car was being fixed. Gerber collision made the process of picking up my rental car and returning it super easy. They scheduled a shuttle to take me to pick up my rental when I arrived and even handled returning my rental car once I picked up my vehicle after repair. My vehicle was repaired sooner than anticipated, and looked great when I picked it up. Not only am I satisfied with the service they provided, but the staff at this location was very helpful and gets extra positive ratings for hiring Philadelphia Eagles fans!

The workers at Gerber were very kind and patient, something I needed due to my poor English. Melissa, a worker there, went through the whole process with me, explaining each step. When I went to pick up my car, I could see that they did an amazing job with the fixing and even cleaned it both exterior and interior. 5 STARS!

This was the best experience with a collision shop ever. The service was top notch. From the front desk to our estimator all staff were very professional. The work was done beautifully and in a very timely manner. The whole process was flawless. I would highly recommend this shop and already have to a friend who will be needing collision work done soon

I brought my car in for collision work after being involved in an accident. Gerber handled all aspects of the process from my insurance company to getting me a rental car. Kelly Ford, Estimator, was an incredible help throughout the process. It was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had! The car looked incredible when I got it back! I definitely recommend using Gerber Collision and Glass.

I brought my Rav 4 to Gerber Collision at the suggestion of my insurance company. I was quite upset after being rear ended at a stop light. They repaired my car back to original condition in only a few days. I highly recommend them and if I ever need more body work again, I will definitely bring any vehicle I own to them. Very professional.

The quality of the repair to my car was fine, however, I am very upset and disappointed with my overall experience. A piece of my personal property was missing from my vehicle when I picked it up from the repair shop. I immediately walked back into the shop and told someone this, and they said that they searched for it but did not find it. The manager of the store, Robert, gave me his contact info and said that he would continue to search for it. The item that is missing is my late mother s rain jacket. It is sentimental and special to me. I am no longer receiving responses from the manager or the shop itself. I am heartbroken and very disappointed that my personal property was removed or misplaced from my vehicle. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that someone did not steal the jacket from my car, but I know for a fact that it was in my car when I dropped it off. The fact that this item happens to be sentimental to me makes the situation unacceptable. Someone needs to be held accountable for this.

My vehicle was in an accident and I brought it to Gerber Collision on Hibiscus. I worked with Alex Genis during the whole process. He was very informative and kept in contact during each step. My car looks amazing! I would highly recommend using Gerber.

Kelly and the whole crew at this location was great. They went above and beyond getting my truck back to new after I had such a bad experience after just buying my truck that same exact day the incident occured. One is my passengers hooked a tree in my front yard and they were able to bring it back to new like it never happened, and did it quickly too while I was out of town on work travel. Thanks everyone

The manager @ the place was great . I spoke with a Kelly and someone name Alex. But Kelly , was the worst customer service ever. She needs to get some mental health help for sure . I m willing to pay for it .She was yelling and screaming and crying on the phone at the same time . That company should really get that lady some help. I some what feel bad for her. If you have any problems ask to speak with the manager. That lady will make you want to get some mental help for yourself after dealing with her. Jean tullus

I got my car back, i was rear ended in Orlando and after a $10,000 repair they did not even wash it i wouldn t be surprised if parts start falling off. That is no way to treat a client.

The staff is caring & compassionate. They worked with my insurance & made the significant damage to my car, 2015 Honda Civic Navi 300XL look BRAND NEW! I have used their service several times & they are as good as my 1st car repair. I recommend them highly. Robert I.

My insurance company made the appointment specifically for the Palm Bay location , they never took me in they said they can t see my name for drop off at 9 am , horrible experience from that location. I had explained everything to both Kelly s that work at this location and they were absolutely professional and helpful. They took me in after having to call my company for a few hours everything worked out pretty well . I highly recommend this location to get your car repaired. The staff was super understandable and even though they didn t have to take me in they did . They honor my appointment that was scheduled for the other location. So thank you to the staff ! You guys are great! I m going to recommend everyone to go here for any repairs that they have to fix.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

Polite and professional ,however not able to do work without first given written estimates than scheduled appointment for repairs.I just want to make appointment and have vehicle repaired for cash money No insurance.Still would recommend for professional repairs.

Kelly and the whole team at Gerber Collision and Glass are by far the most efficient, professional, detailed, and customer service oriented auto repair providers in Brevard County, in my experience. This is the second time I have had to take my brand new truck in for work by no fault of my own. Kelly and the team were empathic and understanding of my plight. They worked diligently to resolve my issues in a timely and effective manner. Their repair work is impeccable and they put extensive effort and pride into their work. Kelly is super communicative and constantly sends updates on the progress of repairs; moreover, she and the team treat you like family. Although I hope I will not require their services again, they are and will continue to be my go to for any automotive needs.

Spoke with Ke.... trying to get appointment for estimate on fender bender. Wow, what a mistake. It is like "baking a cake" according to her. We charge more to insurance companies, keep adding stuff in than what your adjuster originally estimated. So I wanted someone to give me an estimate without using insurance company. .appt was made...then she calls back and says we can't give you an estimate, according to her manager they have to go by what insurance company says. Ummm.. what about the cake? yeah ok, good bye!

Kelly and the team went above and beyond to get my truck repaired, and paid extra attention to details. Its better than new now and delivered on the date promised. I had selected another shop at first but was wanting to move up the schedule. Kelly got me in and done before the holidays. Id give them 11 stars if it were an option. Truck is incredible again. Very recommended. Im Very happy and Im very picky about car repairs and workmanship.no regrets. And they worked closely with insurance company, making it as painless as possible.
