I was in an accident in December and chose Gerber to repair the damage due to their good reviews on Google. They did an excellent job returning my car to it's previous state and were exceptionally friendly throughout all interactions. Recently, I started having a problem located in the area that was repaired by Gerber. I brought my car the same day and they made arrangements to take a closer look to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a problem unrelated to their service. Even though it was not required for them to go any further, Jeremy did everything in his power to make sure my car was safe to drive in the meantime, gave me coolant, offering me advice as to my next step with my car's repairs, sitting down and talking with me about what exactly the issue was, and more. I feel reassured that there are good, honest people in this line of work. Jeremy, and the staff at Gerber, saved me a lot of money rather than going elsewhere to figure out the problem with my vehicle. Kindness goes a long way!

Chris here was re assuring with the time frame and what was being replaced and had it done even faster!!! Would recommend this body shop to anyone looking to get their car repaired luxury or not. Awesome team here & so friendly.Night & day experience with them compared to platinumwerks which the guy told us he would change things without insurance approval and keep our car for 4+ weeks.

Average to below average work quality, bad customer service. Clearly Gerber is incentivized to perform to the bare minimum when it comes to an insurance claim. Car's alignment was way out, which would be less of an issue had state farm not called and informed me that rental car coverage beyond this date would be at my expense. Paint/buffing quality is quite bad, not sure how this passed inspection. They offered to quickly fix it, by that time I'd been there 2-3 times, once for repeat alignment, once for inspection. Not going back. Pictures pretty much sum up the rest; damaged window garnishes (~$800-900), and, poorly painted rims (reconditioned), and finally the recent discovery that they sent me on my way (and my wife and kids on a questionable side wall transition tire gouge).

The service I received from Sandy was amazing. She was always calling me when she said she would with updates and always letting me know everything that was going every step of the way. Customer service is top notch! Went here to get my rear bumper repaired after getting rear ended, but discovered a few months later that there was a leak in my car that I wasn't able to find on my own, nor did two other shops I took my vehicle to right before and just after Thanksgiving. Everything was working and draining the way it's supposed to. A couple weeks after getting it back from the second shop, I finally determined that water was pooling in the rear of my car and took it back to Gerber thinking it might be related to the initial accident. The folks at the office kept detailed records and were able to discuss the problem with me and were willing to take another look at my vehicle in case they missed something. The leak turned out to be unrelated to the damages I sustained in that accident but Chris (who also handled my initial repair) took care of everything and didn't charge me for it since it didn't take too much work to fix it. This is a great crew who is here to serve you well and are willing to go the extra step to communicate with you and get your car back on the road!

I live about 17 years in Melbourne FL. And have never felt the level of service Gerber provided, not in any industry , from the first contact till the end, the care of the customer is superb, as a business owner I am impressed with the way all colleagues work together, my experience taking my car after collision was impeccable, they made my repair a breeze, they gave a great relationship with my insurance and all went perfect.The phrase go the extra mile felt an understatement for them , they go beyond the mile!I will recommend the US1 branch to anyone in need of their type of services .Thank you so very much , my car looks amazing !Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did such an incredible job on my wife's Lexus that was in a collision. The whole process was very seamless in their communication with Geico and Enterprise. The car looks like new! They even cleaned the inside. Top of the line customer service. Really appreciated Chris's help and communication. I would give this team a hundred stars if I could! I had a great experience from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and eager to help me feel comfortable, from answering questions to offering detailed info.Hurricane Nicole hit just after I dropped my car off and they took the time to explain how they would keep it safe during the storm, which really helped my peace of mind.The team even went above and beyond to have my car ready before an event I had in Orlando, saving me the cost of a rental. I can't express how much I appreciate that, as well as their frequent updates.Getting in an accident is never fun, but this Gerber team made the situation exceptionally better. They couldn't be nicer. Pretty much the easiest and best experience I've ever had what's a car accident definitely suggest Gerber... Came back today because a little issue with weather strip and on it in two is dings from before and offered to fix that two. Awesome experience! Awesome people and service. I think if need be customer for all body work needs.

Absolutely fantastic group of people to work with, they were very on point with their appointments communications and the entire company as a whole from the the owner and everyone else has been completely amazing and I can't be any more satisfied.Although my car had issues, needing body work and this is the only place I would ever take any vehicle of mine nor can I highly recommend this place any further. Thank you Kelly and everyone else that helps make my experience so pleasurable and a special thank you to the tech that worked on the car as it came out beautifully. Again thank you all for everything, and thank you for being such a wonderful group have people to work with. You guys are truly amazing and I can't thank you enough!

I worked with Chris at Gerber to get my car repaired after a minor fender bender. My car was complete in less than a week, with text messages and phone calls to keep me updated throughout the entire process. I am very happy with the results. I had two slash shields damaged to my car. Gerber made a great repair and kept the cost low. Gerber had constant communication and updated on when my car was ready. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!

I got rear-ended by another driver and was sent here by the insurance company for repairs. They were extremely professional, fixed everything quickly, and the back end of my car looked brand new. I was VERY happy with the repairs and the employees.

The team at Gerber was outstanding! The appointment was simple to make, The process of getting a rental car was smooth and Chris Hart got right onto estimating the damage, getting the claim approved and getting parts ordered. While there, I asked for a second quote outside of the claim to replace a broken brake light assembly. Chris gave me a very fair quote and I approved the work. For both repairs, my car was completed a day ahead of schedule. I hit a raccoon on a Friday and my car was fixed by the following Thursday. I m already recommending Gerber to my friends!

5 well deserved stars!! I'm so glad I brought my vehicle here! Being in an accident is hard enough, and from the moment we arrived to ask questions through the time we picked our vehicle up everyone was professional, organized and very helpful. They did an EXCELLENT job on my vehicle's body work. I was a little nervous but you can't even tell it was ever damaged. I will be going here for all of my autobody work from now on out!

So on March 8th 2022 I was involved in a hit and run accident in Vero Beach, FL. A 91 year old woman decided to for whatever reason failing to yield into on coming traffic, striking me and taking off to drive to the local mitsubishi dealership. The police found her 2 hours later at said dealership. It's been one month since I have had my vehicle and I got it back today. I personally wanna thank the following people/companies:GEICO Progressive Gerber Collision & Glass at the 800 S Harbour city blvd located in Melbourne, FL and Enterprise. I also wanna thank Chris Hart and April Marhon of the Gerber Collision & Glass located at the address above for G.C. I personally wanna thank all of you for taking such good care of me in my time of need! I literally didn't have to do anything. You all handled the stress for me. I personally wanna thank Chris for walking me through everything and being transparent for repairing my car and making sure it was running 110% percent before I left. We were in constant communication during the whole time my car was left at G.C and was constantly updating me on how the repairs were going. I am so grateful to everyone! Thank you so much! I took my truck to them about 11:30 on a Monday morning, and they had it back to me the next afternoon. Admittedly, my issue was very minor in that they buffed the headlamp lens, touched up a tiny nick in paint, and replaced the chrome bumper with new. Luckily, the warehouse in Lakeland had a replacement in stock. Nobody would know the difference, if I do not tell.I was pleasantly surprised with their speedy and friendly service. They were a little difficult to find for this out-of-towner, but I would recommend them quite readily. I was planning to take my truck to the Ford dealer nearby, but glad I went to Gerber instead.

My car was perfectly fine Prior to being rear ended in the Rain by an 18 year old kid. After the accident I noticed my car making a rattle noise. Like coins in a Coke can. When I dropped my car off I explain this to The attendant that took in my vehicle. I also explain it to the insurance adjuster. Came back a couple days later to pick up the vehicle. Only to find, That the car was still making the rattle noise. I called Gerber immediately and told them about the issue. Their response to me was, we looked and we didn't see anything or hear anything. The repairs that we made, Is pretty much the extent of what we are willing to do. If you want to go somewhere else and get somebody else to fixed a vehicle. You are perfectly welcome to do that . If you can get the other mechanic to agree that the rattling was caused by the accident then we will try to get the insurance to pay for it. That was pretty much it.. Not, bring the car back in and we'll take a look at it. Just turn me away and be done with it. Now I am tasked to go fix my vehicle with my own dollar. Something that should have been done by Gerber. I know that my guard sounded perfectly fine or normal prior to the accident. Now my a car sounds absolutely terrible and I'm embarrassed to drive it.. So I am very just dissatisfied with Gerber and will not be returning there . They have helped me out in the past and they were all very friendly. But as far is the actual repair experience. Absolutely terrible.

I have had the unlucky pleasure of dealing with Gerber twice. Both times I have had issues with Gerber calling me saying the car was done when I get there my car is clearly not done. The first time I was called and told the car was done, I get there and my car hasn't been touched. The manager apologizes. I come back a few days later and there was still a ton of deep scratches in the bumper and the manger said I'm so sorry I don't know how we missed that. It took three times to get it correct. I'm sorry but that should be checked before calling the customer and waiting my time. Second time dealing with Gerber both times from someone else with Geico hitting my car, they call me to tell me the car is done and there was a bunch of debris in the paint. Again the manager apologizes and acts like it no big deal that he just wasted my time. I came back and it was finally correct.I would not do business with these guys if I could help it in my case it was easier to go through them because it was the people that hit mes insurance companies business that Geico uses. To Gerber I think you need to have someone in charge of looking everything over before calling the customer to say the car is done. It is a terrible business practice and customer service when you are wasting peoples time on things that could be easily seen and handled before calling the customer to pick their car up.
