Hands down the best shop, super friendly and knowledgeable, they explain everything to you. I had a flat tire and needed a new tire because it was in the shoulder, they brought me into the shop to come see where it was and told me they would have to order it.The tire was ordered and I had an appt set to come back the next day to put it on, I had a little bit of a wait but I just watched a movie and had some of the complimentary coffee. If you're looking for an HONEST shop this is the one. I had some other questions and they told me what I needed to know without being sugar coating it which as a New Yorker I can appreciate.I have had bad experiences at the dealerships between price gouging and scaring you into buying things without showing you what's wrong. I would definitely come back to Gatto's again.

Damaged new rotors while replacing upper ball joints. I had just replaced the brakes and rotors on my Truck the previous month.After I picked up my truck from a replacement of the upper rotors the brakes immediately stated to pulse and the front end vibrate. When I return to Mr Gatto, they inspected the brakes and confirmed they were warped but took no responsibility or action to correct the problem. Instead they tried to blame the brake manufacturer and suggested a warranty claim. This was after I had driven the truck over 800 miles with not a single issue.These are $400 dollar brakes and are from a reputable manufacturer. Mr Gatyo was obviously looking for an excuse and tying to defect blame from their questionable service abilities. Use their services only at your own risk!

Worst experience I ve ever had at a shop, manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, and the prices were extremely sketchy. They try to overcharge me for a oil change, thankfully, I was able to locate a cheaper service nearby. Please stay away from this company based on their reviews it seems like they are ripping everyone off.

Went in with an appointment for a front end alignment and oil change. The oil was change but I was told it would be awhile I could make an appointment for the alignment. I said I already made an appointment. The guy tells me I might not need an alignment my tires are shot. Which they are not. His customer service sucks. If it was close to closing and you didn't want to do it just say that. He goes on to say he has no control over the machines. I understand that. But an appointment is an appointment. I know I need an alignment now I have to go another Day with out it.Service: Oil change

The team at Gatto s has raised the bar when it comes to customer service! efficient Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly staff. Every business needs a Darcy, she truly goes above an beyond ! Can t say enough about the service I received and thankful for help I was given . Even with a full schedule they managed to get my vehicle in and I was back on the road in under 4 hours !!

Welded my truck from having a lift put on after an alignment. From fixing a recalled dodge steering rack. Never painted the weld that was done. Weld is now full of rust and had to do it myself poor work

Wow! These guys are off the charts in service, politeness, timeliness, quality and fair prices. They gave me a quote for struts and stuck with it, which was $600 lower than a competitor's. It was done in half the time, too. No, they are not related, but I sure wouldn't mind if they were! Two thumbs up!

Took care of my car right away. Very busy shop but well run. Gave me estimate right away, started on my tire purchase. Then asked for an oil change. Got a price, told them I was trying to keep the repairs under a certain dollar figure, I would have to wait on the oil change. My car takes total synthetic so it's more expensive. The very nice man at the desk quietly looked for a coupon and I decided to do it. Done quickly. I was out of there in 90 minutes max. Nice people to do business with.

Picked up a screw in my tire in Tampa on Easter Sunday and was losing pressure. This is the original set of tires from when I bought the car new, but only had 13K miles on them. Had to inflate and install the "space saving" spare tire and limp the 110 miles home. Took the punctured tire to Gattos on Monday (without an appointment) thinking for sure they would try to sell me a new tire. But Dan M assessed the situation and said they could patch it for a minimal cost. I left the tire with Dan to run a few errands thinking it would be awhile, and got surprised with a phone call 30 mins later that the repair was complete. I returned to Gatto's and the technician remounted the tire, properly deflated the spare and neatly repacked/secured everything in its place under the cargo area in the rear. Couldn't ask for more customer friendly and expedient service. I'll definitely be going back to Gatto's when I need a new set of tires.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Great group of guys that ll make you feel like family. They ve worked on all of my cars and I have never had an issue. I ve had a transmission replacement, exhaust work, oil changes, brake service, alignment, and more done at this shop. I recommend this shop in particular to everyone that I can because of the GM. End of October:We have been to this facility twice. First, with a flat tire and was offered a free wheel alignment and then with my wife s new car for an oil change and tire rotation and was also offered a free wheel alignment. Notice the pattern. This establishment is NOT interested in providing any real customer care. Their goal is once you re in the door, how hard can they bang your wallet. My wife brought in a coupon for synthetic blend, recommended by the car manufacturer and the dealership, and was switched to full synthetic. Largely because this is how they operate. We also feel they took advantage of her for being female. After sitting there for 1 hour with an appointment, I took over waiting as my wife as she had a doctor s appointment. After an additional 45 minutes goes by, I went to the counter and asked what was taking so long. The counter guy said he was waiting for the alignment machine to become available. So, who cares if you sit there all day as long as they can ring the register? I told the counter guy the car has 7,000 miles and does not need an alignment. He said okay we will bring your car up. I further questioned him about the car alignment scheme, and he was silent because they got caught. When I received the bill and inquired about the oil switch, they blamed my wife. Their approach only serves their interests. I m sure it s not just an alignment. That come on turns into additional parts, then you need new tires etc., etc. If you want to get scammed this is the place for you. They are not sincere, are not honest and do not care about you as a customer. We will NEVER return and we are going to address this with the corporate office.Service: Oil change

I made an appointment for a 10:00am tire rotation. I arrived and checked in on time for my appointment. They weren t ready and had me wait in the lobby area for approximately 55 minutes before I finally got fed up, asked for keys and left. What s the point of making an appointment if you cannot depend on people to honor the scheduled time. I would shop elsewhere.Service: Tire rotations

After a disappointment, at another branch, I came to this location and Spoke with Dan Manager and I explained what had happen, and Dan has great customer service skills. Dan took my car in and introduced me to Collin the Service tech, that was doing the work on my car. I have to give these guys a five star rating, because they deserve it. Thanks guy's I'll be sure to recommend anyone and everyone to come to your location to get the same customer service that I got.Service: Oil change

Fantastic experience with Gatto's. They have been a long time fixture in Brevard. I had a tire puncture in a 4 month old brand new truck that sadly needed to be replaced. They were fast to respond, able to get me in quick and worked seamlessly with my warranty to get the replacement completely covered. I would highly recommend them!Service: Tires

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Gatto s location on Hibiscus. The GM Joe, Jason and all of the techs are great. I ve been using Gatto s and dealing with them since he was in Suntree. The guys made me feel like family so much so that my son is now a customer as well. These guys are highly skilled and honest. From all around service needs to even vehicle mods. These are definitely the guys do go to. They do not overcharge and are certainly up front. I know that when I and anyone that I send to them will be well cared for. They correctly diagnosed the problem, bad ignition coil #1 on 6cyl GMC Envoy. Then we were told over $800 to fix. I checked around and that is more than twice the highest quoted price. For blazer/envoy expect $200-$300. I might have paid upto $400 to fix, but the quote of over $800 is outrageous to replace a $60-$90 part that is right on top the engine and only requires a 10mm wrench, remove breather and less than 15min to change. Yes we paid the $85+5.95 for shop supplies (computer diag?)for diagnostic, which is reasonable if a little high then paid $200 to have it towed it somewhere else to be fixed for under $300. Ridiculous. Years ago they use to be ok for repair costs, maybe their tire work is reasonable but for simple repairs I suggest you price check them. Either we got the wrong estimate wrong, or the person behind the counter giving estimate was incompetent or worse gouging. Sorry but I cannot recommend your business anymore.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. Steve normally handles my vehicle and he is extremely helpful and detailed about current and potential issues. There is NEVER pressure to buy more than you need. Prices are reasonable and work is always done properly.

Need short time notice to check car for unexpected long distance travel. Only garage I called who could accommodate my needs for a car safety check. They were terrific, very courteous, with no long wait. I did not even get a call back form the service provider of 19 years.I would highly recommend them for car up keep

I took my daughter's car in for extensive work. The job was done well. I had a good idea of the cost before going in and the price was a little under my estimate. Steven at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. Another gentleman, I believe the shop manager, kept me informed on what the mechanic found wrong with the vehicle and the progress of the job. I went to Gatto's on Hibiscus on the recommendation of a friend from the area, as I live out of state. Great recommendation.

Saturday... I've been using this business for a few years for my oil changes Saturday I had my oil change came home turned off my car and it dumped oil all over my driveway my carport not once but a few times so I waited till this morning and contacted them they said they would come tow it and bring it into the shop which they did I never received a phone call so when I called them they told me that there had been no leak that someone probably parked in my carport which is absolutely impossible not only that but they insisted. They said that it ran for one and a half hours and then shut it off and let it sit and it never duplicated the problem all day so they treated me like I was crazy and when I went in to pick it up Jason was very rude and tried to withhold my keys and charged me $75 for the tow finally a manager came in and said he would have to eat the $75 well needless to say I will not be purchasing the $400 worth of tires and I'll never go back for any services. also...said the balanced out the air in my tires I had to do it today after work Jason lied.Service: Oil change

In for oil change and heater hoses. Fairly priced, quality work and very friendly staff. That's why they've been in Melbourne all this time. Will definitely go back for all my maintenance needs! Had an oil change today 4/22 fast and friendly as always!

I get my oil changed there all the time. They are always super nice and offer ant discounts when available. I recently purchased tires from Gattos. They were reasonably priced. Not the most expensive but not the cheapest place either. Service tipped the scales for me.

I have been going for a few years now. They are very friendly and efficient. Prices aren't rock bottom but they have saved me thousands over Toyota dealerships. Good stock of tires and great prices. Coupons via the mail often save you major money 10-20% off on $1000 repairs or sets of tires. Website is helpful but requesting a quote from it is a black hole and you don't get a call back. It's easier to just talk to them on the phone. They are very accommodating of walk ins for most situations.

Friendly great service! Not only was price for one tire very competitive, they actually fixed another tire with a slow leak w/o charge! I will definitely go to Gatto's for my tires in the future even tho i live in Orlando.

Integrity. Ethic. Respect.That is what I received when I went to Gatto s with a running flat tire. I had just noticed that I had a nail in my tire and quickly called Gatto s since the tires were still under warranty. I was greeted by Tim M. and was told to come over as soon as possible and that they would take care of it for me. Upon arriving Tim M. had told his coworkers that I would be arriving and sure enough when I pulled up there was a man waiting to put air in my tire and take care of my vehicle immediately prior to even going inside. I was and still am beyond wowed by the superb customer service that I received and will be recommending Gatto s to family and friends. Furthermore, I am now a Gatto s customer for life.
